Great place to relax and for a do nothing vacation.

Private beach amazing

Buffet Breakfast sumptuous.

Rooms cleanliness there is scope for improvement. We found a baby lizard and insects in the room.

Property is amazing.

Must have your own conveyance if you want to go outside.

Location is remote and no public transportation available.

If coming to Goa for Goa Action sorry this is not the place.
Kids friendly. Some activities for them and also baby sitting available.

Great staff very caring and cordial.

Amazing place to enjoy the perfect holiday with family. The entrance is overwhelming enough to make you feel special. It's a huge property with endless options to keep yourself engaged and spend the day with family. There is beach side restaurant to enjoy some memorable moments with family and a spic and span beach to relax and enjoy the sunset. Thw staff is also very courteous. Definitely worth a visit.

Awesome word for the luxurious rooms and four star rating for the bad room services.... Five years ago, it was really awesome in all aspects but now they have really degraded....

Further to your words Mr. Shridhar Nair..... you do not have the time to talk to your guests.... How do you expect me to return back to you? I will never ever return back even if you call me personally.... It was such a horrifying experience.... My son fell sick on the very first day & the doctor charged me a whopping Rs 1200 for a prescription of electral and antibiotics.... WOW.... Nothing else to say.... Travellers..... please note that the rooms and food is good but if you expect service, then a big NO... Service has degraded very badly.... Infact I was so frustated that I wanted to vacate immediately!!

I don't have words for this place. This was my 3rd time visiting Goa Leela for my birthday , and i still look forward to visiting again. Extremely well maintained even after an extremely large area is covered by the property. The food is great and the staff is friendly. The pool is amazing and the beach is well maintained too.

Beautiful property with wonderful hospitality..loved the restaurant staff.. kids club was so much safe for my kids to spend quality time during the sunny hours..Anjana & Sridevi looked after my kids so well while we were enjoying beachside as a couple or in spa ..
I would highly recommend to visit the Leela to experience the comfortable stay..their cooperative staff especially the restaurant manager Sudipto... made our dining so so wonderfully manageable that we just named the dish and he served me n my family so nicely
Anjali in the restaurant was always smiling with her colleague seval..she attended us so well...
We thoroughly loved staying with the Leela.. we will surely visit again for their warmth and enjoy the beautiful comfortable property ..
their privatised access to the beach was truely mind blowing ...

The Leela has the best location in Goa which has a huge premises on the beach. The surrounding is excellent. Some mix of traditional interiors with world class architecture... the hotel has preserved the natural water bodies... even the swimming pool has an interesting cave like structure where you can actually enter from one side and exit on the other side - awesome!
The beach is very clean and not crowded.
Food has a lot of varieties but the taste is not that great. For food I will give only 4 star.

All in all a disappointing stay at the Leela. We came here for the second leg of our honey room in Goa. The location was great, near the beach, hence the two stars. However you can stay at the Holiday Inn next door for much less and still have the same access to the beach.

Why the low rating? For the money the Leela is simply bad value. Rooms are small and cramped. Bathrooms were similar and disappointing, it actually felt closer to a 4 star level. The hotel we stayed at prior was MUCH better much less cramped and much more secluded. All communal areas just seemed overcrowded and food was again soso in terms of quality and variety.

Finally, my biggest issue with the Leela was the CONSTANT power cuts. There would be a 15secs-1 min delay between the generator and the mains. Which meant EVERYTHING disconnected. It was a pathetic honestly, the other hotel we stayed at has the backup generator kick in immediately after a power cut.

Would not recommend.

In my view this is amongst the best hotel in india from staff hospitality, rooms, buffets, beach and spa. Stayed here with an infant twice and the experience has been amazing. The beach is continous and one can walk or run for 10kms easily. Kids play area is well managed and ample toys.

Beautiful resort with proximity to the beach. Property has a lot of greenery and heliconias, water lillies dot the landscape. Staff is hygiene conscious. Note club suites are excellent for privacy and the only option right now to use the pools as the common pools are closed. While the club suites are spacious, they are not work-cation appropriate. The wifi though claimed to be 12 Mbps was notoriously slow during my stay. And unfortunately my visit was coincided with 2 noisy weddings. Food at room service is average. Didn't try the restaurants due to the wedding parties which crowded these places.

The best hotel in Goa!

The best hotel in Goa!
The staff is trained, polite and courteous. A sufficient variety of cuisine, with an emphasis on national spicy, which you can refuse.
You need more fruit and all sorts of things!
It is advisable to serve guests in all restaurants of the hotel for free!

The property looks like a piece straight from heaven . Lush greenery with well planned lagoon landscape. We checked all the room variants and decided on club suite which had its own perks such as a private plunge pool, wide spread High Tea and a personal Butler at your service. The hospitality and the courtesy of the staff is Top Notch . As for the food , we enjoyed every dish off the counter during the buffet and in room dinning .
Over all this place is a 10 on 10 . Thankyou Team .
