Went for a conference as well as combining the #FatEast festival in the Salt restaurant out here. Service is not that great. U hv to keep reminding them 3-4 times. However service in other areas is fine. The rooms are however good and very close to airport as well
Great hotel, really close to the airport but you wouldn't know it while you're there. Staff are amazing, couldn't be more helpful. Room, food and prices all great too. Definitely recommend if you are flying in or out of chennai.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Today we hired a driver from the hotel to take us on a three hour tour to places of our choice. Our driver was Ravi. He was courteous, respectful and a great driver and guide. He took us to other places besides what we requested and went out of his way to park so we could get out to take photos of beautiful ancient temple.
The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful going out of their way to make sure our needs were met. And the spa and therapists were excellent!! We would stay again. Our flight arrived at 3:30am and a hotel driver stood outside of the airport with a placard with our name. He got us safely into the car and back to the hotel. He had our check in information and our room key ready for us. He too was amazing and gave us helpful information for our stay!!

Treat of French Hospitality. Guest is greeted at each and every step of the hotel. Very close to the airport but no noise or vibration inside the perfectly sealed rooms.

Good food at the Kebab house, however, for the price we pay it'll be nice if they keep a watch on the temperatures inside the restaurant, we were sweating it out inside & had to keep asking them about the AC.

Bad Lift to basement. The lift sensor to stop doors from clossing was not working we almost got stuck with old ladies and children.
A nice hotel! Nothing fancy.. just the right place to spend some time before heading to the airport which is 5min away.
Had dinner in The Great Kebab Factory. Food was awesome, and I felt overwhelmed with just one serving of every veggie item. However, the aircon was not effective owing to the open kitchen, and that was a bit of a dampener.
Good place to stay, staff and service are very proficient. Ambiance and food is really good.
