Room was a bit quaint as it is obviously designed to capture the old world charm. Albeit it was not very spacious, certainly it was good enough. Lack of HD channels on TV was a big negative as I am quite used to watching Hollywood movies on HD at home. Actually the room was booked from US by my son with instructions to bill him; but these guys somehow goofed up and billed me. Similarly, when I checked in the guy at the reception told me airport pickup and drop was on the house. But when I checked out the girl in charge promptly billed me a whopping Rs.525/- plus 525/- for airport pickup and drop! A ride by Ola or Uber in matching comfort would NOT have cost me a quarter of that!! My protest went unheeded.
Food is a tad expensive. During dinner all of a sudden the waiters began to dance en masse to recorded music. Their dance wasn't exactly what you'd call graceful. And I don't understand why a complete can of room freshener has to be emptied to greet a guest on arrival. The stench was so strong and pervasive I couldn't sleep for hours in the night.
I don't know if I would prefer to stay here again.

Food is too plain as they are cooking cusine for NRI'S.

Please change your menu at the restaurant for a hotel of that standard the menu is very very very weak.

Had the best time here for my sangeet. The rooms and the hall were amazing. The organizers were great and prompt and resourceful. Had no qualms over the food or arrangements or the venue. It was just perfect.

Very poor room service. The room boys are not well trained. They never bother about guest's needs. Totally chennai branch service rate is zero.

Fancy hotel near the airport. Great place for banquet parties and weddings. Food is good especially their mutton biryani.

Not designed for non-resident guests, reception/restaurant very misleading when it comes to activities and using in-house facilities. Disappointing experience...

The best cottage cheese and kebab place I had visited

One of the finest Restaurant The Grate Kebab Factory, hospitality at finest level, We were group 13 checked in for Lunch after looking at review we decided to drop the plan. When we very less people are in the restaurant and all kebab was delicious and yummy. Main course was less but after having starters there will not have not have space in tummy to accommodate. I would strongly recommend to visit the restaurant have nice time.

Price is very very expensive if you dine with more than 4 people. There is only buffet and it is expensive.

The hotel is located close to Chennai airport therefore very convenient. Rooms seem to b high prized for the facilities n utilities they offer. Breakfast is gud with a variety to choose from. Food is ok.
