Bad experience first with the check in, I had a prior booking with them but when I reached they said rooms were full as I reached late after finishing my work (didn't get any calls from them to confirm whether I will be coming or not)
So I had to request my colleague to share his room (Grateful of him to share as the second option was the sofa in the hotel lobby..)
Next day was again miserable as I was not given my complementary breakfast as per their internal policy is what I got to hear from them for which I lost my patience and approached their management. After an argument I was offered one..
Finally I got the room and with surprise came a bottle of red wine n fruits as an apology from the hotel manager for which I'm grateful to.
Lastly came the billing process which was a complete disaster as our names, company addresses and other details were wrong which the billing team told cannot be modified. (For company reimbursement it is mandatory to have accurate details)
An argument of 1 hr and a call to Radisson Blu Top Management solved the problem and we got the final modifications done in the evening at the airport.
Positives is/are the courteous manager who was sorry for my stay and
Negatives are the above which one cannot expect from a 5 star enterprise like Radisson Blu..
