Corruption has not been canceled here either. Everything is very sad in our judicial system. Although the renovation has been done, there is a toilet for visitors. Nearby there are transport stops, near the metro. Yes, there is a ramp for people with disabilities. I did not find any containers with water for visitors. Nothing, they will drink in the toilet, if that.)

Terrible service, no service.

Terrible service, no service.
It is impossible to call the office by phone on their website. When you come in person, they are rude and say that they did not receive any calls. 5 minutes before the end of the working day, no one will accept your application. They work until 16:45.
At the same time, all participants in all road accident cases are invited for one time, as a result of which a crowd is formed in a narrow corridor. If you come on time, maybe in an hour and a half you will be lucky to get to the meeting.

When you send them a statement of claim with a blank return envelope and a receipt with paid postal services - no one will bother to inform you at your own expense about the time and date of the meeting. Write a statement-request to the office to send you an SMS, too, to no avail. Summonses are not sent, follow your case on the site. But this is not a guarantee. You can come on the day of the hearing and you will be told that the judge went on vacation a few days ago.
When you complain to them, the next time they send the summons after the meeting has taken place. The mess is complete! It seems that mentally retarded people work there. Go around this place on the tenth road.

The assistant judge speaks only Russian, even when addressed in Ukrainian. Unpleasant and unacceptable in a public institution. There are no toilets for visitors on the upper floors. Only for court staff, open with your keys. Somehow not in a human way

A typical "scoop" office (to call IT an administrative building, the language will not return). Most judges are like kings and gods in one person, arrogant and contemptuous, "a man is a beetle, and even more so without a piece of paper": absolutely unacceptable attitude to visitors as if to "serf slaves": judges can decide at work when they want phone personal problems, suddenly postpone the meeting, especially "liked" the issuance of resolutions: the schedule changes without notice - get a decision is possible only ONE (!!!) day a week and not the fact that when you come it will be ready to receive. Terms of meetings and registration of those resolutions - in general a separate "song" - prepare at least for 2-3 months of waiting and numerous and fruitless upholstery of thresholds of this "institution". Absolute mess and contempt for people!

Inconsolable location. Assistants of a judge may afford not to prepare a court decision within 10-15 days after the statutory term. 3-chi came to pick a decision. One time was late for 7 minutes and got into a lunch break, but nobody said that the decision was not ready and had to arrive 2 more times with the same result

The office accepts applications quickly, but problems still arise with the processing

Bad place

Good repair.

Good repair.

Good design for a public / communal building.

The new courthouse is 10 times better than the old one - terrible (who had experience).

People, judges, as they were - so they are now.
For whom do they serve, God or? .. If they serve society, then who governs society? Who is the Prince of this World?

We have such that at our expense they are protected and cherished, and to us (ordinary people) treated as a beast - imposing on us their rules of conduct by force, which they call laws.

This court is renovated, everything is fine.
Regarding the judges - everything as it was before. Worse was not, and then Thank God.
About improvement of justice too early. It may separately judge something to me, but the general trend seems to be no. The system is certainly broken, total protection racket as before, no. Every man for himself. Maybe someone is in some groups, there are arrangements, but there is no system, it collapsed.

The barrier at the entrance, there is nowhere to park according to the rules. I give advice - come after dinner, fewer people. If you have been taken away your rights and there is a court decision, which can be dealt with in the receptionist of the judge or in the office on the 2nd floor, in the office you take a copy of the decision, go to any judge, put the list, then put the seal on the first floor, without waiting in line. It took me 20 minutes to do everything. It is important that security will not be allowed into the building without a passport. Then pay by posting, with receipts for 22 trolley buses and for People s Militia 9 to the administrative practice of the patrol police.

It is simply unrealistic to park, when entering the territory of the barrier, you need to look for a place along the road or on the sidewalk (hello to traffic rules). As elsewhere in state structures, everything is "organized" in a very Soviet way, to obtain one document (decree) you need to run around 3 offices and 6 floors, get a piece of paper in one, a signature in the second, a seal in the third ... difficulties begin at the second stage , since on 2 floors there is not a single judge at the workplace, just to put a signature. The result is 3 hours of time spent on 1 piece of paper, which, for good reason, should have simply been issued online upon request.
