I came here for a business meeting and used their tea rooms. It's very peaceful, great surrounding for conversation. There was piano music in the background. Service was ok. Building itself is lovely.

Visited the JW Steakhouse for a lovely dinner with friends and family. It's a little on the pricey side but the fantastic service and beautiful food makes it worth it.
Loved it. Had an amazing dinner at the hotel downstairs. We were so stuffed we started dozing off at the table! Lots of towels provided. We shopped at Selfridges and walked to and fro. Check out was drawn out though.
Visited the hotel briefly. Reception area and bedroom I saw all very nice. The bar and restaurant had a classy feel to it... good for impressing your guests if entertaining...
Attended industry awards event. Excellent venue and first class attentive service never disappoints. Main course steak was on the light side for the cost imo but cooked and presented well.
Worst experience of my life. I will never ever forget how rude the staff are and the place is so dirty and outdated. Like majorly dirty. I even left with some what I think are flea bites on my legs. I struggled to find a working socket and generally the place was awful. I'd also like to know if the security guards are SIA as they had no badges and I witnessed them being so rude to people, especially the staff.
We were there for a "do" so this review is about their conferencing not sleeping facilities. The food was good, not your usual event menu, and the waiting staff were brill. Overall the while operation was very slick
Great hotel and recently renovated but the lady at the concierge is racist and lacks the basics of hospitality. I had an incident with clear case with her and the management did not take any action other than saying sorry and we will investigate and let you know!
One of my favourite hotels in the world. Combines old world charm and atmosphere with excellent service and a great location on Park Lane. Ideal for lovely stroll in Hyde Park or shopping in Oxford Street which is a 10 minute walk away.
I do not advice this hotel for people who would have allergy from the dust as the room was not cleaned for 3 days regardless of calling the supervisor and the guest relationship , the curtins saturated with dust which makes it difficult to breath in such atmosphere ,obviously understaffed and the ones available are not welcoming at all , i wouldn't consider it a 5 star hotel
Very nice hotel for a weekend in London ... A nice hotel well located, for a shopping weekend and a visit to London. A short walk from Hyde Park, not far from Buckingham Palace, this property is also conveniently located for shopping in Oxford Street. In superior double room - double bed. Good bedding, very clean and neat service. Not necessarily the cheapest but a value for money very acceptable for this category of hotel in the capital.
Absolutely excellent hotel. This is our 4th stay in the last year and a half and we don t ever want to stay anywhere else in London. The staff always goes above and beyond both before we arrive and during the entirety of each visit. The hotel itself is beautiful and housed in the immaculate Grosvenor House. They have multiple restaurants on site (gorgeous tea room, steakhouse and Starbucks). There is a high end jewelry store and a club room for guests at that level. The club has showers and bathrooms for those that have late or early flights and need to freshen up and they have water, coffee etc. available at all times. On this particular occasion our room wasn t ready until quite late in the day so they gave us a resting room in order to sleep through our jet lag and freshen up. This is the kind of service that puts this hotel above all others. Sabrina has been our concierge on many occasions and has always ensured our stay wasn t the best it possibly could be.
Beautiful hotel with great amenities. Nigh manager Jack and day manager Lisa are real professionals and credit to the company. Thank you for amazing stay!
Nice hotel. Lovely venue for meetings. Got lucky with the parking bats just outside on Sunday. Parking may otherwise be a problem as it is mainly residents or time restricted.
Stayed in the lounge, excellent value. Could of been more canapes though generally. Although I understand it's partly due to the pandemic restictions. The breakfast was lovely & good value though. Would definitely stay again.
We stayed in the hotel for 9 nights, Unfortunately I am Not happy with the standard of cleaning when I check-in in room 733, - The TV s table is dusty. - No caring about basic hygienist they put hand towel at the floor to be used as floor s rag (it happens twice during our stayed) - The toilet is Not cleaned well every day, basin and WC were stained and dirty. - The toilet floor is Not mapped, and some of trash not collected its left behind the garbage - The toiletries is not replaced once used, till we asked them. - The pillow cover is not changed as needed - We spoke with hotel s desk and showed them the pictures for all the above concerns, the manager call us and apologized. - But after that we have experienced same problem, and we raised again to the management,. - Really I was disappointed of poor standards
The hotel no service in phone service is bad and bad internet small room they let you wait to much to get your room I don't like it but the location is good and the food is good
Luxury place I try great. Great rooms I give it a 4 because they put us a natural strawberry juice that we did not drink. The container was a closed bottle and that fermented. On the fourth day it exploded like a firecracker and put it all lost. There is a need to collect food in poor condition from the rooms.
The JW Marriott at Grosvenor House is a fantastic hotel (with a larger price tag, of course). Plenty of amenities, a great executive lounge , and decently updated / tasteful rooms. It s also extremely close to a large park for walks and runs, so it s location is hard to beat.
Great event space, but there is poor phone reception as its basically underground, and the "conference" WiFi node doesn't appear to be for people attending an event. In the 21st century I find it very strange for a high-class place to keep guests cut off.
