Stop there about 2 months ago all for one of those promotions they run where you've won $50,000 had a couple of hours to blow so I thought for Giggles I would go in. It was just a riot that everybody in line had won the grand prize until they take you up to a second board just a typical scam to get you in there. They gave me the free Smartwatch I had won.I gave it to somebody I didn't like because it's junk anyway plus they were mad because it was supposed to only go out to people who have cars that are 5 years or older mine being one year old I didn't qualify boo. Plus the only Chevy I would ever own is a Corvette which I already have.

I brought my Chevy Traverse to have the brakes, sensors, and other things inspected. I was treated with respect. I was given a loaner car that came in handy since the vehicle had to stay overnight. I was please with the attention to details and that Galen Price was honest with us. I was at first apprehensive to bring it to the dealership because I thought it would be too expensive. It turns out that I got every issue solved for less than my first estimate at another shop for less work. I also appreciated the car wash.

They told me my warranty was cancelled but the bank hasn t received anything from them yet and i cancelled the warranty over 6 weeks ago. I will never go back here. Just awful.

Got my oil changed here on my 2017 Canyon. Truck states in manual and on oil fill cap that it takes 5w20. Driving home I happened to look at the paperwork and they put 5w30 in the truck. When I went back, the people at the service desk looked as if I was talking a foreign language. They kept going back to it doesn t matter, it s synthetic dexos. It s like they have no knowledge of oil weight and viscosity. Kind of scary that lots of cars could be out there with the wrong oil. In the end the dealer made it right and changed it out with the correct stuff. Check your paperwork people!
Update 2/1/2018. I usually am never the person to write negative reviews, but the service at Griffin has left me no choice! Took my truck back to get my last free oil change (they gave me two for their previous mess up) and after waiting an hour and 45 minutes (after I was told 40 minutes for oil change and rotation) I checked my paperwork. Low and behold they put 1 too many quarts in my truck! The paperwork said they put 6 quarts in when my truck only takes 5. I got out and checked, and sure enough, way over the full line. When I confronted the service writer, she said that the extra quart won t do any damage and that they could drain it even though it wasn t necessary. No offense but I think I m going to trust the engineers who spent thousands of hours and millions of dollars developing the truck. The shear oversight of the employees at this dealership is amazing. Not only did they over fill the oil, but left oily hand prints all over both fenders of my freshly washed truck. Never again Griffin! Mistakes happen, but this is just pure mismanagement.

absolutely horrible service from service writer Jason M Schmidtke. He seemed to not care about my problem at all guessing seeing helping me didn't involve a profit to increases his sales/commission to help his salary and found no profit in helping my business in re programming a computer/tech-em they sold me that had already been paid to have programmed and came up with two codes after driving it. they also had written on a work order that i had a ratchet noise coming from the transmission. the transmission was just rebuilt and in fact there was no noise from the trans but was coming from the blend doors for ac in the dash of the vehicle. when i told my customer about this they freaked out until we diagnosed it correctly at which point the customer stated he knew about the ratchet noise from the blend doors for a long time. when our tech asked the tech that worked on the car about it, he stated that he never said he heard a ratchet noise because he never even drove the vehicle which even verifies due the invoice showing the same miles that the vehicle was dropped off with. Jason acted as if he owned the business and said he wasn't responsible for gm parts being bad even through its a gm dealership and they repair and sell their products. the first parts department guy I talked to when first trying to get my part replaced after diagnosing it to be faulty was also short and dismissive like he wanted to make things hard and difficult for me to get this accomplished.. unless you spend big money with them and have all work done by them. they treat you like a no body. they're dismissive and unwilling to accommodate for faulty equipment they sold my establishment stating they did not diagnose it. although they had me write a 2 page letter on why its bad and how many miles was on it and two codes that are directly related to a faulty tech-em etc just in order to replace it. so it was justified after my letter that its faulty but they would NOT help with the price to reprogram it AGAIN. there's a lot of nice people that work there but unfortunately even owning a business and buying parts from them frequently i happened to deal with people who wanted nothing to do with helping me make things right. i told him that this was not nice and he said, its not about being nice its business.. i will continue to contact the bbb on the rude treatment and miss diagnosing and improper dealing with our company on getting proper care. i told him i didn't want anything for free and was willing to pay but they still would not work with me and when i told him i was going to seek further action ie: bbb etc he laughed and said go ahead with a smerky attitude like he talked to me the entire time. constantly asking me if i was finished when talking as if what i was saying needed to end for he could talk. I've worked at hall Volkswagen and Mazda in Brookfield with great repore and this would have never been accepted for proper handling at their establishment . i will not stop and will continue to seek further action with the bbb solely fro the rudeness of service writer Jason Schmidtke

Everyone at Griffin Chevy was very professional, polite, and did not try to ram a vehicle down my throat. I went back and forth with a few different cars and we decided on a certified Cruze.

Steve did an amazing job listening to what we were looking for and showing us the different models that were available. He was patient with us asking questions and responded to emails and text messages very quickly. He was happy to help us find our choice vehicle and was able to be flexible with his time. Brad and Steve will be my first recommendation to any and all friends and family. Upon pickup, Steve showed us around the dealership and where we would come in for any questions or service, which gave us confidence that we would not be on our own after the transaction was complete. after finance preapproval was completed he worked on getting everything ready for us to pick up the truck on 12/29/2020, which happened to be an evening when we got 8-10 inches of snow. I was ecstatic to have the 4 wheel drive of our new truck on the way home, which surpassed every other vehicle that I have driven in snow. Lastly, the final paperwork, walkthrough of the dealership, tutorial of the features, call with OnStar and phone app setup were all done timely, but not to the point of feeling rushed. Chris in finance also did a great job walking us through the lease and explaining all of the items we had questions on. All in all, my the experience I had at Griffin Chevy far surpassed my expectations and I left feeling confident in my purchase as well as happy to have met each of the staff who helped me along the way. Everyone was always respectful and kind to me throughout the purchase experience, and things did work out eventually. When I first bought the Impala, I had the Xzylon coat put on, and the people who put it on scratched the car and did not notice tree sap on the roof that they coated over. Next, I did not have the correct mats for the car, as the people who got the car ready gave me Silverado mats instead. The manager and salesman did agree to take the car in to get the correct mats and get the scratches and tree sap cleaned at no cost for me, but it did end up taking a week at which time I had a loner vehicle. The remote on the loaner vehicle did not start the car once I left, so I had to open the remote and adjust the battery and the prongs that hold the battery to get the car started (a good reason I am happy with the keyed start in my Impala). All these issues did resolve, and I have my car back. When I got the car back, there was still an opening in the floor where they mist have needed entry for the installation of heated seats. One of the service managers helped me velcro the carpet down. Although no one at the dealership could tell me why the heated seats worked the way they did, I called the company that did the work and they gave me a good answer. Now the Information screen does not populate every so often on the Driver Information Center (between the gauges behind the steering wheel). So I will bring back my Impala on Wednesday of this week to have the DIC diagnosed, as the OnStar people told me to bring it in. Throughout all of this, everyone was kind and respectful to me, but there are some people working at Griffin Chevy that need to know how to do their job, and do it right the first time.

I have a new 2020 Equinox that I bought in March 2020. The check engine light came on week of 10/23/20. Code was for brake assist vacuum hose. This also happened to my 2018 leased Equinox, but not until I had it for almost 3 years (got it in April of 2017). Griffin changed the hose and I thought I was good to go. 4 days later, the light is on again. I don't understand why Chevy doesn't realize this is an issue and use a different type of hose that won't collapse as these are doing. Now, I have to go back again and have it serviced. Very frustrating. It's not Griffin's fault that Chevy isn't correcting the problem but still very inconvenient to the consumer.

I was looking to buy a new C7 Stingray and started my search at Griffin. I met with Dave who was their corvette specialist on the sales side. Dave was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They didn't have the exact stingray I was looking for..I wanted a manual with black wheels. They had a manual with chrome wheels. Dave worked with Brad the sales manager over several days to try and come up with a package that worked for me. Dave did a fantastic job keeping me informed, and the package they came up with was very competitive. In the end, I ended up buying from a different dealer because the car they had was exactly what I was looking for. With that said, my entire experience at Griffin was top notch and I highly recommend them.

Some parts on the floor could have been vacuumed better. They're were streaks on my windshields. I took everything out on my vehicle except an air freshener i forgot to take out before dropping it off. If I'm paying $229 plus an extra $20.70 for shop supplies for repair order, whatever that is, plus tax, i expect my car to look better then that. Again exterior looks great. Interior could have been better.

I have been getting my oil changed here for years and unfortunately today was the worst experience I have ever had. I arrived at 7:30 am and was told there were six cars ahead of me... I didn't think much of it as they were working on three vehicles at a time or so I thought. Two and a half hours later my car was finally done so I guess they were only working on one at a time or just really slow. When I got to the checkout counter I got a good idea as to why it took so long for my oil to be changed. Four workers were just hanging out at the desk talking about being sick and catching up on the holiday. I was told my tires were in good shape as well as my windshield wipers etc. This can as a slight surprise since last time I was in they said I would need new tires soon and my windshield wipers were in need of replacement (Both accurate and they gave me quotes on tires at the time). When I got in my car I check to see if the oil life indicator had been reset and it said I was still at 25% oil life.
Apparently catching up with coworkers/friends is more important than taking the time to properly service a vehicle. When you are paying to service a vehicle it is nice to have workers that care about the small details and this was lacking today. Unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere based on todays experience.

Extremely dishonest dealership for service repairs. I have busted these guys multiple times with telling me parts are bad when they are perfectly fine when I take it elsewhere for second opinion. I went back because at first i thought it was honest mistake and its convenience to my area. All they want to do is up-sell because mechanics are on commission based salary. Last time I was there for my Yukon Denali XL which had service light on, they wanted a $1000 to open up my engine just to find issue. I took it to "South town Firestone" on hwy 100 for second opinion and it was a $220 sensor repair and I had my car back in 4 hrs (Thank you Steve at Firestone). This is 1 of 4 poor service experiences at Griffin Chevrolet. Its been a year and truck runs perfect. I do not recommend this dealership what so ever.

3/4/2020 brought car in for check engine light. $885 paid 8 days later on the side of the rode because of check engine light again and literally no rear brake pads and very worn front pads. 3/4 I was told my brake fluid was black and needed to be flushed. Brake fluid was black because there were no pads. Serpentine belt warn which can cause coolant concerns. Paid for complete cooling flush when only the belt should of been replaced and coolant added. Service advisor inform me services over 500 10% off according to the amounts on the invoice. Discount N/C included under the item covered under warranty the amounts listed $838.81 not sure were discount was applied. Also extremely dissatisfied regarding the brakes. Was there a multi point check completed. Services not related to check engine codes recommend but not brakes. The brake pad was thinner than a penny literally. I called Chevrolet and GM to formally complain after the amount of money no way I should of ended up on the side of the rode with a check engine light and penny thin brake pads 8 days later.

By firing Jean Ross for lousy customer service, I was in email contact with her from 11:30 Saturday morning till 1:30 Monday afternoon to look at a SUV. Got there went over details, with salesman, he pulls the SUV around we get in, comes back says sorry this vehicle is sold literally while we ere sitting in it. Called Jean Ross after we left dealership looking like complete fools and she says to me when I complained that the vehicle we wanted to look at was as to why it was even being shown with "Well you know Jill they are all for sale". Duh Jean Ross I know that but I thought by contacting you and telling you we wanted to see this vehicle and you setting up the appointment and assigning us to Miguel you understood we wanted to see this vehicle. But apparently we were mistaken and you literally sold it while we were sitting in it waiting for a test drive. Really bad bad taste in my mouth over this experience so unprofessional of Jean Ross to do that to us and then to be rude to me also. I don't think she even told Miguel we were coming he looked surprised he had an appointment, she tried to blame him for the fiasco, said he should have told us it was sold, he never even met us until 3:30, but Jean Ross knew we were coming and did nothing to secure the vehicle we wanted. I talked to her manager twice and I asked for a call from the GM I will follow up if that ever happens. How unprofessional Griffin makes all car dealers look when they fail to put the customer first. Car dealers already get a bad rap this kind of incident only makes that more truthful. When purchasing my 2021 Chevy Blazer - I had an awesome experience with the sales representative, the general manager and the finance director at Griffin Chevrolet. They were informative, welcoming and knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle. They exhibited great customer service skills and made me feel at ease when I asked specific questions about the warranty, reliability, and cost. They had the nerves to have an awesome sense of humor and often made me laugh about frivolous things. It's healthy to laugh!
The absolute highlight of my car buying experience was the pink bow! Yes, the bow. I always dreamed of having a premier vehicle, with a bow, parked in front of my house on Christmas day. This experience was a dream that came true. Griffin Chevrolet helped to make this happen by sharing the bow for a few days. I will forever be grateful for that!
