Im not one to leave reviews normally but we had a great experience buying a used ram from Kyle!! Very relaxed and quick buying experience. The truck is awesome and we got a great price. Very low pressure experience and would highly recommend Kyle. Couldnt be happier!! Thank you!!

You would think because i bought the car from you guys. When i call to get an estimate on a timing belt you wouldnt put me on hold for a half hour and still no one got back to me after that. Thanks i will not be taking my car back to you guys.

As a loyal customer to Griffin I was very disappointed in my diagnostic for my window. I asked the service tech how long it would take and he said max an hour & a half.

We called after 2 hours to check for an update, he answered & said he would check with the mechanics. We never got a call back.

We waited another hour (3 hours) to get a response that he was out on lunch & he would call us back.

After hour 4, we called again and they said he was busy. We asked if ANY service tech could give us an update & they said no - it HAS to be the person you were working with... which i find crazy.

He called back after 5 hours & 4 phones calls later with the diagnostic. He gave no apology until I brought up how unsatisfied I was with the long wait and lack of communication. A simple phone call to say " This is taking longer than usual" would have been sufficient and i wouldn't have been upset. He did not offer a discount until my husband called, even then we declined further service, we were stillllll not given a discount for the diagnostic. UNTIL, I asked his supervisor at checkout... he was still hesitant. The service tech stated that the delay was due to him being in "meetings" all day, but the manger stated that the delay was due window diagnostics being difficult because of electrical wiring. Two very different excuses for both of them!

Moral of the story, update your customers and have good customer service. I will not be coming back unfortunately!

My salesman Peter was wonderful to work with. He has exceptional product knowledge. When he wasn't able to answer one of my questions, he found someone who could. Overall, I would describe the purchase process as seamless. I would definitely recommend him and this dealership to others!

Very nice, clean, modern looking dealership. Both new and used cars sold there, more new though. Salesman was not pushy and did everything to accommodate us. They also have a nice lounging area to wait in if you are in for service or if you have kids to keep them busy. Although I did not find a vehicle there, I will go back in the future.

The customer service of the auto body shop is unbelievably poor. My car was hit in a parking lot so I brought it to the dealer I bought it from to ensure it had a guarantee on the repairs. Griffin had my car for 25 days the first time I brought it in. In those twenty five days they never once called me. I called about once a week where I was actually able to talk to someone, messages left were not returned in the 3-4 days I'd wait for a response. Every time I spoke with Griffin I was told repair work would be done in two days. The third time I spoke to someone (18 days in) I was finally told they had begun on it the day before and again was told it would be done in two days. As far as I am aware it was completed on the 25th day, however, they did not actually call when my car was finished, I was notified when I called to check the status.

The quality of the work done was very poor. Items that the insurance company had requested be fixed Griffin charged for but were not fixed if they were minor, I'm not sure if this was in hopes that I wouldn't notice them or that they truly overlooked them. Additionally, my car was returned to me with paint damage that was not there before and every one of the newly painted panels was obviously scratched or chipped. Pieces that were removed were not appropriately put back together and white wax everywhere that was very noticeable and would not come off.

In addition to the poor quality of the work, many items I requested be looked at were not. I gave Tyler a list of 4-5 things to look at and when I picked up my car he lied to me about having checked them. They only admitted to "being confused about which car I was talking about" when I called back to complain that they the issues I was having were clearly not addressed. I ended up having to bring my car back a second time to get some of these items fixed!but several were simply ignored no matter how many times I asked they be looked at.

I also paid an additional $80 to get the alignment straightened after Dave said that although my car was hit hard enough to be moved to the side a full six feet-while parked-the alignment was not affected by the impact. Within two minutes of picking up my car it was very clear the alignment had not been fixed as the car still pulled violently to the left.

It has been more than two weeks since I picked up my car for the second time and issues continue to persist, I also still have not received the receipt from the second visit. When I followed up I was assured would be mailed and emailed within days, more than two weeks late I've received nothing.

I have been going exclusively to this dealership since I bought the car almost two years ago because the car salesman was so great and the service shop had been fantastic even when issues arise, but my experience with Tyler and Dave in auto body was so poor I will not be returning.

While the person I was working with was very nice, the service overall was poor. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 1:10 and by 2:35, my car remained untouched. I had an appointment at 3 half an hour away from the dealership. So, I asked if it could be worked on soon or another time. That s when my car did get its oil changed but the tires could not be rotated. After finishing at 2:55, I was given $10 off my next service along with a free tire rotation.
