Will Enterprises has been a great company to work with. I had some concert tee's made up for the New Kids on the Block concert this summer and they turned out great! They were even able to split ship my order so some of the shirts went to Denver and it was on time! :) Fast turn around and they even took my idea for art that was on paper and turned it into reality!! :) They are great priced and friendly service. Great service....Will Enterprises' has a well organized ordering and approval system....made the process very easy.....I would recommend to anyone needing customized t-shirts or apparel for an event.
We had a tight timeline and yet our giant box of shirts arrived early. The quality was very good and the print quality was great. The results were just like the proofs I reviewed and Will's staff was very cautious and took the time to understand our needs during the proposal phase. We had, what I consider, a complex order of sizes and prints. This didn't phase the Will team. Will we shop them for our next promotional opportunity? Oh, Will I.
It has been 6 months and our issues are still unresolved. Ill-fitting shirts and sloppy screenprinting placed too high on the shirt.
Our YMCA ordered summer camp t-shirts through Will Enterprises. Filling out the order form was very easy and convenient, but they skipped one of our orders. When I tried to reconcile the issue, they said they did not receive it. I re-forwarded the sent email and was told a Manager would be contacting me. When I spoke with the Manager, he said he would send the order and asked if I had any other questions - as if no mistake was made. I was very disappointed that no accountability was taken for the mistake, no apology was given, and to top it off, they didn't have the color in stock, so we were sent the wrong color. As a result, our kiddos didn't have their shirts for the first day and didn't receive them until the second week of camp :( I would suggest if you go through Will Enterprises (we will no longer be using them), to order your shirts very far in advance so they have time to fix the mistakes before the t-shirts are needed.
Overall a terrible experience. Arrived to pick my items and was told there was additional set up fee (something about number of stitches in the logo). I showed the front desk person my invoice just sent to me yesterday with no such fee. She did the old "i'll check with my manager" routine and came back momentarily with a "yeah, you're going to have to go ahead and pay that." Very indifferent, short, bordering on rude. Without much I could do except refuse the product, I went over to the loading dock for pick up (really, you can't hand me three shirts here, but instead I have to go to a loading dock?) and waited in the snow for about 10 minutes until somebody answered the door. When I got the stuff home and tried it on, there was considerable puckering around the logos on all my shirts. NOT what you'd expect after dropping $120 for three polo shirts. If I had to find a positive it would be that they were relatively quick about getting the job done. Unfortunately, the job they did was tainted with hidden costs, rudeness, and inferior quality.
As I was looking for a t-shirt printer for a club I'm involved in I reached out to about 5 different printers in the Milwaukee area. Have to say out of all of them the best experience I had was with Will Enterprises. They were extremely helpful and were always very quick to respond. When I wasn't sure what t-shirt brand/quality to go with they had several sample options mailed directly to my door for comparison. Additionally they had competitive pricing and offered to match any lower quote I found. 5 stars for me!!

The turnaround time is quick and professional. The art on the shirts looks exactly like how I designed it. Pick up is a breeze.
Our basketball team used Will Enterprises recently for jerseys. The pricing is absolutely the best out on the market and turnaround was exceptional. I have also used them for tshirts, hoodies and water bottles for many events and functions over the years and always receive quality service and product.

Hands down fantastic organization to work with. As an event manager with thousands of merchandise orders I look to vendors for attention to detail. Will Enterprises was able to execute everything seamlessly. The associates from Will Enterprises were a delight to work with; from artwork collaboration, sales, delivery... everything was smooth sailing!! I also shopped my project around to other companies and Will Ent. came in way below the other $$ quotes. They delivered quality work without me having to compromise on my expectations!!! I always have a positive experience ordering my t-shirts from Will's. Every year it is a very easy process. Coming up with a new design for our shirts every year can be difficult but their art dept is extremely talented. I would and have recommended Will's to anyone looking to order t-shirts for an event!

I have been ordering t-shirts for my summer camp for years from Will Enterprises. Turnaround on orders has always been quick and their prices are the cheapest that I have found. I will continue to work with them in the future.
We ordered over 3000 t-shirts for an event. Ryan and the staff at Will Enterprises did a great job for us. We appreciated that we could order our shirts in batches as the registrations were finalized. And we were able to get one last order close to the day of the event. No one went away without a shirt and everyone liked the quality and printing.
Will Enterprises is a very difficult company with which to work. Though they have a phone number on their catalog, they refuse to handle anything via phone, instead insisting on emailing back and forth. It took me over a week of back and forth emailing to finally get my order right, and even then I had no confirmation from Will Enterprises that they were starting my order. While this is my first year of dealing with Will Enterprises, our pool has been using Will Enterprises for around ten years, despite the constant difficulties, because the prices are reasonable, but this is the last year we will be using their services. A company as large as Will Enterprises should be able to handle large orders without so much hassle.

They are so rude, customer service is so rude i called to ask some simple questions, and the lady at front desk had a smart mouth, so i figure i would come in and ask them in person and the lady at front desk had an attitude and smart mouth, they seemed like they didnt care about anything.
