The service was fine and quick UNTIL it came time ...

The service was fine and quick UNTIL it came time to pay. I was suppose to receive a complimentary oil change because this was a used car purchase. Thankfully, the sales person was still there to confirm and then ask the used car manager to honor the agreement.
This took some time to sort out. So, the check out process was a little frustrating. It was straightened out in the end. Thank you!
