After being treated forced at Russ Darrow's Honda to buy, we came to Griffin Chevrolet and met with Stephen Owen to buy a beautiful car. Stephen and his team made us feel welcome immediately. We told him about our budget, and he respected from the beginning. Did not wasted our time, and showed us what we can afford. He was honest and to the point. In general, we had a great experience, we got a car in less than an hour and a half and within the budget that we had!

It's sad when you go in to trade your car in and they try and get you to take less that half it's KBB and NADA listed value and expect you to believe that it is the auction price and tell you not to EVER trust KBB or NADA pricing it's never correct. Bad way to treat potential customers (we are stupid uneducated consumers)

They have very poor customer service I will never return. I use to go to this location about 3 years ago. After getting my oil change my service soon light came on when I took my car to get looked at they told me I will be charged. So after I paid for them to look at my car they informed me my engine light was not on so they could not detect what was wrong with it . Once I turned my car on the light came right back on so after me complaining to them about my light coming back on they really did not help me . So after the 3 years I usually take my car to Andrew Chevrolet but they were full and didn t have a open and I was over due for an oil change. So I called Griffin and got just a oil change on Saturday, Monday come my engine light come on I said to myself not again . So I called and and they told me to come in and they will look at my car free of charge because I informed of my last incident, So once I get there I was told a shuttle will be waiting for me cause my car will take 2hrs a lady beside me over heard the coversation and asks if she can get a shuttle as well mind you I have two smalls kids with me . Once the shuttle driver arrives he asks for the lady and not me and my kids. I asks if he had more room because I requested for a shuttle ride as well. Once we go outside the lady had a man with her and and the shuttle driver said that he can not take me and my kids he will need to come back for us. I looked and said to myself well I asks first and was thinking the lady would have said the same thing because she did not know anything about their shuttle. I went and there and spoke with the service area manager because she fail to tell him that we were waiting. I informed her that I could not stay and never knew I had to wait I was told the shuttle will be there once I got there because we had spoke. her reply was sorry I was confused at why she didn t go out and tell him that me and my kids were waiting first and should have been took my baby had no bottle or anything to wait longer because I was told the shuttle would be there and I also had to clock in at work . She told me I can reschedule I asks what s the best time she told me Monday at 7:30 SMH. never again will I go to Griffen I should have been accommodated for a next day appointment.

Biggest waste of time I have ever expirenced. Called a week in advance about a chevy cobalt and then the day before to make sure the car was good to go when i came down to pick it up. I let the guy know i have to drive 2 hours and i have the cash in hand to pay for the car. I make the 2 hour drive there for this kid to tell me the car doesn't run. Biggest waste of time I have ever seen. Thanks for wasting $30 in gas.
I just purchased my USED 2008 Chevy Malibu CASH On February 22, 2018. Today April 22, 2018, I stopped to get gas and went to start my car and it wouldn t start.
My oil was completely dry. No sensor came on at all. I was constantly checking my oil life on the dashboard and it was at 59%.
I m not looking for anything free and I understand used cars are sold as is. But I feel completely taken advantage of.
As mentioned to the staff, I was greatly impressed by the simple yet effective online appointment scheduling. I don't know how many other outfits are doing this. Secondly, the wait time was short, staff friendly and discussing all options, as well as explaining what they were going to do. Keep it up!
Always love going there to get my oil changed - friendly employees, fast service, and willing to answer any and all questions. Walkin service at 0700 is the best! No wait and can still get to work within an hour!
My personal experience at griffin Chevrolet was a great and blessed experience!! I am one of those people who are hard to please... and rarely want to do a rating but this experience was definitely well deserved!! If u are looking for a vehicle and want good people to do it and push and work hard to please u... Alex and Victoria are the two people u want to see!! Not only are they professional but they go over and beyond to make sure u are happy...and they keep u in the loop of everything!! 2 out of 4 visits were bad. Two were simple oil change and that was fine. One time I called for a quote on installing a brake box (which I already had just wanted them to install) in my truck for my trailer. He called with a quote of $250. I said no thanks that seemed kinda high. Well he called back 2 minutes later saying he gave me wrong quote (yeah right) and was $150 which I did agree to. Second time I had wipers that weren't working. As soon as I walked in he pressured me into signing agreement for service for $103 for diagnostic test. My wipers don't work, even I can tell you the motor is bad. So after an hour they come back and yes it's bad. After Another hour later and another $360 later they couldn't get me out of there fast enough. It was 6:55 on Friday night and HAD to leave by 7:00pm sharp. Wouldn't even take truck through car wash. When they came looking for me in waiting room they started leaving saying 'I don't know what happened to the guy' (I've been the only one there for the past 2 hours) I stood up and they finally asked if I was waiting for truck? I said 'yes and I'm not a guy'. Long story shot I think they did try to and did take advantage of me!!
I worked with AJ LaPorta to buy my 2020 Silverado. It was a pleasant buying experience. He showed me exactly what i was looking for without pressure. He really knows the product. Every question i asked was answered without having to go "check it out". He took all the time i needed to explain all the bells and whistles that i wasn't used to. I purchased my 2014 Sonic here and have returned for the oil changes. However on my last oil change I asked if they could read why my check engine light had come on a few days before. They stated I needed to set up an appointment for a diagnostic to the tune of 170 some dollars! 170 to tell me what's wrong??? Are you kidding me?? They were not. So I went to my local Ma and Pa garage and they diagnosed my car in 10 minutes and gave me a free estimate on the cost to repair. $200 bucks. So I got it repaired there for almost the same price Griffin wanted to charge me to simply tell me the problem. Plus, they repaired it in 30minutes while I waited. Griffin would have cost me 2 full days without my car and relying on someone for a ride. Ridiculous!!
Something changed in the last several months, the customer service is horrid, the guys are rude, and have told me to get my car checked at auto zone because obviously they are too lazy to work. They have refused to look at my vehicle when I brought it in with engine issues...if I could give them a lower score, it would be a lot less. BTW it should never take 2 hours for an oil change.
Excellent Service! They're very respectful and caring. The prices aren't that bad either. Cheapest full synthetic oil change I've ever had. I recommend this dealership over the rest.
Nice, welcoming.. Friendly and well informed. Great Experience. Im a do it yourself type of guy and this place serves as a good back up when i do run into problems.

Very nice people here they tell you the truth what's wrong with your car and they try to make your self comfortable with cookies, coffee, soda, water and if here for over one hour they will give you a ride home and pick you up when the car is done that's nice of them
Auto department has excellent customer service. Don't know if this was the guy, but it says Errick Clay for the service advisor. He was keeping me updated throughout the whole time and was very polite and nice. Great service here!

We drove over 500 miles to purchase our dream car....the customer service was outstanding, we purchased this car over the internet-which is not our style and everyone by far exceeded our expectations. I was at the dealership for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was told to expect the work to take 1.5 hours. Everything was completed in less than 1 hr., including a wash. Very comfortable waiting area! Spacious with numerous areas. Love the beverages and snacks! Extremely courteous and friendly staff! Win, win, win!
Called multiple dealers for a price quote. Other dealers gave me the run around waiting on hold for minutes trying to get pricing and if it could even be installed because it was not factory equipped. The Griffin advisor told me it could be done based upon the VIN. Part and labor cost was below others, but they did not have the part in stock. So we ordered from another source and scheduled an appointment. Met Galen the advisor at the appointment, which he stated a potential higher cost for install but would see what could be done. Took a little over an hour to have it installed from the point I sat down in their waiting area, with snacks, beverages, large TV and device charging stations. Galen was able to meet the price quoted over the phone provided. I will be coming back to have our other maintenance items addressed when needed due to this positive Griffin Team experience. Thanks again and now I can say I kept my promise to my wife on getting her the only thing she wanted on a newer car, REMOTE START!!

We had Griffin Chevrolet do an alignment on my 2008 2500 Silverado. My son picked up the truck on 04-28-2020 at 10:30 AM. Griffin Chevrolet is located at 11100 W Metro Auto Mall, Milwaukee, WI 53224. My son left the dealership turned Left onto West Metro Auto Mall, then Left onto North 107th Street, then Left onto Good Hope Road, then Left onto Highway 41 on ramp, then right onto the Silver Spring off ramp. On the Silver Spring off ramp (2 miles from Griffin Chevrolet) the left front tire came off of the truck. Thank goodness he was not on the freeway and that the tire did not hit another vehicle at freeway speeds. I called and talked with the service rep, they put me to the service manager, and he said they didn't take the tires off the truck. I asked to have the GM give me a call. He called while I was busy searching for the tire (it had bounced over the freeway fence and was found almost back on the freeway towards the Silver Spring Drive over pass) and jacking up the truck (now on Silver Spring Drive) to put a tire back on the truck. I called Brad Krebs (GM) back and left message, he called me back later that night, after talking with him he said he would check with his technician the following day and call me back. It is now 05-11-2020 and I have not received a call back, I have left Mr. Krebs an additional voicemail asking him to please call me. This in my mind was a long enough time to wait for a response and for the dealership to cover the costs that were incurred by me from having Griffin Chevrolet service my vehicle. To date I have spent $878.38 on the following: 4/28/2020 $578.27 New Tire and Wheel from TireRack 4/28/2020 $103.45 Payment to Griffin for alignment 4/28/2020 $25.24 Advanced Auto, new lug nuts 5/7/2020 $171.42 Mc Ardles Care Care Center, re-alignment and tire rotation I believe that I will have to spend about $75 more in repairs to get the vehicle back to the condition it was in prior to taking it to Griffin Chevrolet. That would put the total at about $953.38. I purchased my last new vehicle from Griffin Chevrolet. I will not be purchasing any more vehicles, parts or service from Griffin Chevrolet or any other dealerships that I know that they own (a quick google search shows that they own dealerships all over the state of WI so I'll have to make sure and double check before I buy anything in the future).
08-07-2020 As you know to adjust the camber and castor (which Griffin Chevrolet did) you have to remove the wheels also. Which was done at your dealership. See photo.
What sold me on my purchase was the absolute honesty and forthrightness of the Bergstrom Sales Consultant who arranged my purchase--Daniel Wilkins!! I had told him that I wanted a new passenger sedan with standard transmission and a CD-player for no more than a certain price--taxes and fees included. He went to great lengths, found me a car that fit my description--a 2012 Chevy Sonic--and sold me my beautiful car for almost $2000 less than I had expected, even though the car came with ZERO discounts or factory incentives!!
And during this whole process, when I asked him for a description of the vehicle, he sent me every spec he could find, including a breakdown of all the expenses--MSRP, delivery charge, licensing & title fees, and tax. Being myself a man who says what he means and means what he says, I expect no less from others. Daniel Wilkins, Rafael [ the Business Manager (whose last name I don't have on hand)], and Bergstrom Chevrolet did not disappoint me!!
I was quite pleased with how Chris handled everything. I am a professional salesman myself, with a lot of training and experience, so I was ready to combat any tactics the car sales guys were going to give me.
When I first met Chris, I noticed he was younger, so that put my guard down a little. He was very genuine, had a lot of knowledge of the vehicles, and was very smooth with his delivery. What really impressed me, is that he was following a lot of the sales methods that I had learned over the years, maybe without even realizing it. Some examples:
He took all of my contact information (in the event I left - very smart).
He didn't promise anything he knew he couldn't deliver.
He would deliver good news before any possible bad news (like the car didn't have automatic parking, but he first boosted it with good features). You always raise someone up before delivering potentially bad news.
I would have guessed he was at this for years. You have a real good car salesman here. If he ever leaves your dealership, I will hire him for sales myself. :) So, hold onto him.

I needed tires. I received a coupon from your dealership, so I stopped in. I ordered the tires and asked for a oil change. The tires went well. I also had a diagnosis for another problem. I paid the fee but the repair was too expensive. I declined the repair. Once I left, I discovered my check engine light and check tire light on. I returned because I had not received the oil change I requested. The service rep. apologized said they must not have gotten the message. but, I could get the oil change any time. Paying for a diagnosis and discovering that they did not notice my car needed additional servicing or even recommend same. I don't believe this to be good service. Not to mention the fees were too High and I never received the discount I was offered.
I think the customer service needs a face-lift. You may also want to look at "how to address the whole car" with every customer.
My Camaro needed its timing chains replaced. After comparing prices at several different dealerships and shops I decided to get an estimate from Jason M Schmidtke in the service department. The quote I got was almost $1000 cheaper than the other places that I spoke with. Not only did they repair my car for a great price, but they also did warranty work and cleaned it for me. Jason was respectful, communicative, and stayed true to his word. I would highly recommend Griffin Chevrolet based off of the experiences that I had with them.
Everyone here is very nice. I delt with Peter and Isabel. Both helped me tremendously. I was in a unique situation involing a lease and a divorce. Isabel worked for DAYS trying to find me the best price on a different vehicle for me. She didnt give up and found me a great interest rate and a great used car. I am so thankful for the staff at griffin chevy. I will recommend them to family and friends.
Problem was diagnosed on 2/11 as corroded rear detection modules. These were out of stock and delayed repair until 2/28. All Griffin employees seemed very efficient and friendly. I would like to especially compliment my service consultant, Alex Bair, for his help and patience. Other than the short parts delay, I was very pleased with the experience and will continue to have my car serviced at Griffin.
Not a very good experience with their service department. Jason in their service department told me it would be 2 days to 2 months to get a part in and that no one had it. I have one vehicle to get to and from work. I asked if he had a loaner and said "sure, you can rent a car for $35 a day". Absolutely no sense of empathy and or urgency in helping me with my problem. The next day I called Heiser Chevy and discovered that they had the part in stock. I called Griffin's customer service manager Robin and told her about this. She arranged, free of charge, a 2017 Silverado as a loaner for me and a rush on the part via Fedex to their service department. Robin was about the only positive experience I had here.
My truck was fixed within about 4 days, but this will be my last time coming to Griffin's service department. It's a shame, because I brought my truck from here when it was owned by Bergstorm.
Got into the oil change bay without drama. Work was performed efficiently and I was out in about 1/2 hour. Nice work by the maintenance team and as always, thanks to my sales guy, Steve Brandofina and sales manager Brad Krebs for ushering me into my fine 2020 Tahoe.!!
Griffin Chevorlet words can not explain the gratitude of my experience with this company ratings are far and above a five star. The customer service is the best I have experienced in a very long time. These people went far and beyond their expectations Adreina Oden sale rep, Alex Arteaga sales manager, Tim Pinn sales manager and Dino the guy that pushed the finance company to get me the loan I need. I left Griffin Chevrolet a very pleased customer.
I was turned on to Joe Carinni, service adviser, by a buddy of mine that has dealt with him for years as I was having issue with two other dealers. First new vehicle I ever bought. One was Boucher in Racine whose lube tech did not tighten my oil filter and left lug nuts loose and one actually was flopping around in the hub cap. I went outside in the morning to find half a quart or more of oil on my asphalt driveway which had to be burned of and replaced. The other was Lynch. Do a search, You can read these reviews on most of the usual websites. Unfortunately most lube techs are not paid much, as most people are not besides the upper echelon, CEO"s and company owners, and that there is part of the problem. Anyway Joe and his go to guy took care of what the other dealers could not figure out and what I told them was wrong and wanted to do nothing but argue with me and deny anything was wrong as did GM. I have a mechanical background. I encourage you to search my other reviews. Anybody can do great selling a vehicle but where it really matters is when it comes to service. Most mechanics these days are textbook only and lack common sense diagnostic skills. No computer codes listed so there are no problems it is assumed. I do sympathize with Ann Anono who wrote a review here but "google user" is just a Dingbat. It is not the dealers fault she didn't do her homework.
