I m a pastor. I was on my way to a wedding and got a message from my car s information center my tire was flat. We considered both Ascents they had on the lot, but after going over all the options with the General Manager, we decided the touring was a better fit for our family's needs. It is absolutely amazing!
We actually live in Michigan, but my employer does business with Greeley Subaru, so I've been familiar with their staff for some time. I have had nothing but great experiences working with them, so I was so happy to be able to buy from them too! My husband and I flew out to Colorado to pick up our new baby, and we couldn't have been treated any better! Karen, our salesperson, was so friendly and kind. Steve our encore delivery guy, went over every feature with our new car and was super knowledgeable on all things Subaru (and he was funny too!) Angel in finance, was great at getting all the paperwork ready and answered all our questions well.
During the walk through, we discovered a crack in the sunroof (a result of the hail storm), but knowing we were leaving to drive back to Michigan, David (the GM) took it upon himself to call our local Subaru dealership, explained our situation, and arranged for our sunroof to be replaced on them once we got back to Michigan. Service like this doesn't happen often anymore, so it was a real honor to do business with a company who cares for its customers to such a degree. When we drove off the lot, we were so confident this was the absolute best decision we could have made!
The process of buying a car is really only as easy and enjoyable as the people you are working with. We met with several other sales consultants at other dealerships that were more interested in hearing themselves than listening to our needs and why we were in the market for a new car. Daisy and team at Greeley Subaru listened to our story, why we were there, and what we were looking for. Most importantly, they listened and respected our price range and didn t try to upsell us. That s how they earned our trust. We left that day with our new car knowing we got a great deal, but more importantly were respected and heard as the two soon-to-be parents that we are and not as two walking dollar signs. I worked with Jesse Huang for over 10 months trying to find a vehicle for myself at first then my wife, then our budget would change, then life would happen. all the while Jesse was so patient and honest. absolutely no pressure, stayed in constant contact with us till we finally were able to sit and really look. had us test drive some once we were ready to pull the trigger worked with us the whole way so no surprise numbers. Did everything he said he would and more. Even put a bow on the wife's car for her. We advised Jesse of our dealership terrors of the past and we never felt that when we walked into here. This is our second car from Greeley Subaru. They treat you like family and instead of a dollar sign. We traded our 2017 crosstrek after my and husband we're just not into driving manual anymore. Dakota was our sales representative and he was very professional and very thorough about the outback we were looking for. He took his time showing all the details of the car and showed us two models to help us find the right one. He worked with our price range and my husband's work schedule to sign paperwork. He even got authorization so my daughter could rent a BRZ which made her day! We love our 2019 outback and will drive it till the wheels fall off. We will highly recommend Greeley Subaru to anybody looking for a car.

I want to apologies because this will be a long review. However I want to give credit where it is due. There are several outstanding employees at this location: Kylah, Steve Wolf, Travis, Angel, Michelle, and Nikki.
Kylah is the most amazing service tech I have ever met. She is professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to relate to. I was having a very stressful time over the outcome of my car. Instead of letting me continue to remain in my bad mood Kylah offered to get me a rental and to come bake in the morning so they can have enough time to look at my vehicle. She offered me the time and space I needed to calm down and revisit the following day. She did a wonderful job of knowing what was needed in the moment and came to the rescue like the superwoman she is.
Steve Wolf is an outstanding person. He has a great person to just talk to and great company when I am waiting on the services for my vehicle. Steve has become a very important person in my life outside of Subaru, he is genuine and charismatic and hit my funny bone with every interaction with him.
Travis is fantastic, about a week after i bought my new 2019 Forester I hit a curb and immediately flattened my tire. I called Travis and he was able to come to me, changed my tire and helped me take an another tire back to the dealership. He has become more that just the person who sold me a car but a person that I can relay on for information, advice as well as fellowship. The Subaru Dealership in Greeley is full of wonderful people and Travis is definitely a person to know when you are in a jam.
Angel and Michelle are an amazing pair. They brighten me up every time I see them. They are both spunky and very intelligent. Angel is very knowledgeable on finances and how they apply to the customer individually. I go to her for all of my money questions.
Nikki is a wonderful and humble person. Every time I come in she will call me by name check in and provide me with all of the most updated information. She is an amazing person and goes above and beyond her job description to make a customer happy.

My experience at Ehrlich Subaru and with Gene was fantastic. We were able to get a 2011 Jeep Liberty Limited with no pressure and with no headaches. All my questions were answered promptly and truthfully, so I felt like buying a car here was a very sound decision.
I guess they don't want my business... The online chat department doesn't seem helpful in the least. Even when you start your conversation with "I want to buy a NEW vehicle" they brush you off. That should be an instant indicator from a perspective customer to engage and ask more questions and not do the bare minimum. Isn't communication a key aspect to sales?
I called Greeley Subaru last minute to see if they had a very sought after Subaru Forester. I spoke with Miguel, a newer sales associate, about the two options on their website. I was sad to hear that the two they had listed were already sold. He set his manager on the hunt for me for the exact year, model, and trim level I wanted. After a few hours I called back and spoke with Todd, the new inventory manager, who informed me he has had to expand his search. I asked him to alter his search and he found two models, gave me a price and called the locations set to get the models and was unsuccessful in obtaining one. He gladly gave me the names of the dealerships that were getting the cars I wanted and told me to call them. Had he not so generously given me the dealerships names I would not of found the car of my dreams. They sacrificed a sale to ensure I got the exact car of my dreams and did not ask me to sacrifice my wants for them to just get a "sale".
Side note, they called me this morning to make sure that I found a car. Thank you Greeley Subaru, Miguel, and Todd for going over and above to help me get back into a vehicle I wanted after a crazy whirlwind of events! I can not speak highly enough of how competitive their pricing is, friendly the staff is, and how they go over and above to make sure the customers get the EXACT car they want!

Being a first time buyer can be very intimidating and it's easy to get yourself into a mess, but I couldn't be happier with the decision I made thanks to Karen and David here. David introduced me to an affordable plan that worked perfectly with my budget, and never pressured me into anything. Great people, purchased a crosstrek from here then traded it on a WRX, Angel, Jesse were amazing, very helpful through the whole process, they made it work for me and my circumstances. Would recommend to anybody. Steve was also a great help, took alot of extra time to make sure my wife understood all the features of the car and how to use them. Dealer puts on many fun community events that are alot of fun, just a good group of people overall, that are more focused on your experience than anything else. Just walking in the door you get a sense of a good company culture and positive can-do attitude!

This Subaru Service Center has always been great to work with. I have worked with Noe every time and he is always so friendly, understanding, and professional. Today I pulled in with no appointment at the end of the day because my car began making an awful sound unexpectedly. Noe got me in right away without a second thought. Within 10 minutes it was fixed and I was back on the road. Also, big thanks to Edgar for finding the rock that was making the racket. Always a pleasure!

Yet another stellar experience!! My service was going to take over an hour, so I was offered a vehicle and a $5 Starbucks gift card while I wait. The service department has terrible customer service. Completely uncaring and unwilling to be accommodating. The person I spoke to clearly did not want me to come in and tried to refer me to another dealership and then when I persisted told me that they couldn't look at my car for 10 days, waiting for me to tell him I would take my business elsewhere. Again, when I said I still would like to get it fixed, he was surprised and clearly did not want to add my car into his calendar.
I dropped by to pick up some new windshield wipers for my Impreza and the staff at the parts department were outstanding!! Not only did they install the wipers for me, clean my windshield they also gave me a free car wash! Carlos was great and I'll only come here for any of my Subaru needs!

Noe Delarosa, is so AWESOME. I have recently went thru hail damage on our new 2014 crosstrex XV, 6/19/18. I had babied this car since Feb. with maintenance and our free car washes. But when I saw so much damage on our new car I cried. After calling car insurance to make a claim, I called Noe first thing for a New windshield. It was installed in hours... Yesterday 7/25/18, I went back in to see if something was wrong with the wipers. Monday, I had gone thru another mini storm on e-470, and the wiper blades screeched across the windshield. Noe was very patient with me and took care of the problem right away.
I am so happy to have people I can take my car to... Colorado's weather is getting so volatile.
Horrible service. Only completed half of the work and called it good. Told them to finish it they held on to it for the weekend. Then the car took hail damage on their lot and their manager claimed that it was not their problem that the vehicle was practically destroyed. In other words what was supposed to be a simple oil change turned into an insurance claim. We will not be returning to this dealership again

I purchased a used 2002 Pontiac Grand Am last December with 81,000 miles on it. It was a one owner and the dealership told me that it had just had a through mechanical once over. I researched and checked everything pertinent that I could find on this vehicle, and it seemed to be a good deal. The dealership would not budge on the price so I paid them top dollar for this vehicle thinking that it would be a good vehicle for my granddaughter when she started to drive. Had the car 6 months and low and behold I was driving down the road and it quit. The timing chain had jumped and the engine was damaged to the tune of $3,500! So what I have now found out is that this is a common problem with this Pontiac Grand Am. Greeley Subaru is owned by Weld County Garage who was a Pontiac dealer so they should have known this. The dealership said there was no way they could have known or prevented this happening, however I have been told that the KIA dealership told someone that a 60,000 mile checkup should include changing the timing chain as this is not an uncommon occurrence. I understand the concept of "as is" however I believe there is a responsibility in selling used cars to know what could be a future problem and prevent it. I had hoped that they would at least offer me their best deal on a replacement vehicle and was prepared to buy a new vehicle. When the salesman presented me with their best offer on a Mazda CX-5 he started at MSRP $4,000 higher than what I had found to be a fair price online. At the Honda dealership their best offer was invoice. I purchased a Honda CRV for $5,000 less than what I was offered at Greeley Subaru. Although I may not have a recourse due to the "as is" clause I will take every opportunity I can to let everyone I know of this dealership's refusal to stand behind a sale.

Very nice group of guys that helped us. However, this being the first time buying a car from a dealership we would have liked them to be more trustworthy. They ran us through a day full of reports claiming this car was in great condition and claiming their mechanics had already taken care of all the major repairs. We naively trusted that and did not take it to a different mechanic - I definitely suggest this step. They guaranteed the car would pass safety inspections or they would pay for repairs - well my state doesnt require it and safety inspections don't cover major issues. So we have now had this car for a month and have had to get every piece of maintenance done and have spent a large sum on it. So as nice as they are - please learn from our mistake and don't trust everything they tell you, if buying used make sure to get a second opinion .

Enjoyable pain free experience buying our Subaru Outback from Greeley Subaru. Jeremiah, the sales rep, worked hard for us putting all of the pieces of this deal together, Steve patiently walked us through the car showing my wife and me all of the great options and integrated technology, Angel worked her magic in financing, David runs a tight ship with high integrity. The only down side is that we live three hours south, but the drive was well worth the time!
Giving one star is being generous. In my 35 years of owning cars, this is by far the worst service department ever. It was a disaster from the start. I now have a key that I can t use to start my car.

I have been using Greeley Suabaru service since 2007. I would not take my Subaru anywhere else. I never feel like they are going to try and sell me unnecessary services or RIP me off. They do what I need and that's it. If something needs extra attention they let me know it needs servicing soon and always give me a quote. I trust them so much I even starting taking my Jeep Wrangler here. Everyone that works in their service department is very friendly and knowledgeable. They will always greet you with a smile.

The only complaint I have is Greeley Subaru needs more than one Financial representative because it took us about three hours between the time we agreed on the price to get into Angel's office to complete the transaction, I know she was busy and the first come first serve basis. Cindy did very good and professional job completing our transaction but again Greeley Subaru needs more than one Financial rep to get the people through.
Overall we had a good experience and a good deal and I would recommend Greeley Subaru to anyone!
My wife had an issue with our outback today. She was able to get it towed to Subaru of Greeley, and I must say your service department is amazing! You where able to diagnose the issue quickly and get the repairs done in no time. You made a terrible day in to a pleasurable experience with your service and shuttle services. I cant begin to thank you for how quickly and professional your team is. You have made customer's for life with your no nonsense approach and straight answers and we look forward to having our Outback serviced at your location, and possibly purchasing a new vehicle through your Greeley store when the time comes.
I took my car into this location for service and I couldn t be happier with my experience! I not only felt comfortable walking in and talking to the employees at the desk, everyone was so helpful and cared that you were happy and comfortable! I d love to give a shout out to the mechanic Jeremy, he was the one fixing my car and it s rare that you feel comfortable leaving your car in the shop. With Jeremey he genuinely cares about your car and your safety and will explain in great detail what s wrong and the actions needed moving forward you can tell he s not like a lot of mechanics trying to pull you around, it s rare to find that in a mechanic I feel. I live in Denver but it s worth the drive up to Greeley and I recommend for sure asking for Jeremy, thanks again for getting my Subaru in top shape!
I had such a nice experience working with Travis and the rest of the sales team with my purchase of the Forester. Travis was very attentive throughout the entire process and made sure to communicate everything that was going on. I was able to get the right car in the color I wanted.
I have had my cars serviced here as well. I worked with Kyla. I appreciate that everyone isn't always trying to sell services that aren't necessary and the focus is on the highest priority items. Of course, I get serviced what needs to be done, but it is a bonus to not have the pressure of a service person basically telling you, "Your car will explode if you don't change this cabin air filter now." Thanks for everything, your team is amazing.

After bad experiences in: Longmont, Boulder, FtCollins, Denver, etc. -- we purchased a 2018 Outback at Greeley Subaru -- mainly because they did not waste our time by playing games (unlike the many other places we walked out of), the great price they quoted us was the price we paid -- no surprises at the time of signing the papers. After the sale was done, they took time to explain how all features of the car worked, this was very valuable to us. As my wife drove home she was surprised to see the fuel tank was full (and not nearly empty as with several of our other new car purchases over the years).
We love the car -- except the radio does not stay turned off but re-starts every time the car is started. When i turn the radio off, i expect it to stay off until i turn want to turn it on.

I went into the process of looking for a new car with trepidation. I started my search for a used Subaru and found out they have such a great resale value, buying new was not that much more. When I walked into Greeley Subaru, I did not know what to expect and certainly had my guard up. I was pleasantly surprised when I was greated warmly and given as much time as I needed...after leaving and returning up to three times. I never felt pressured or rushed. Once I made my decision and planned to buy that special shiny new car, my color choice was not available, and I headed to another dealer out of town. However, I found myself returning a few hours later to buy my second color choice from my new family...Greeley Subaru. No need to go anywhere else! Our car purchase here was an outstanding experience. It's a great team to work with and we would drive from Alaska to do it again. Frank Brewster, our sales consultant, was a true professional and really great to work with. Steve Palmer, the Service advisor, addressed minor issues we had with our car and showed us this dealership is customer focused, he was a pleasure to work with.
