The experience with Chase Albright was above expectations. I gave him a tough assignment to find the car I wanted. In fact I thought that it was so difficult, that I gave him until April 1st to find the car. This was on a Wednesday and that night I had my car. This is an example of Mercedes-Benz of Loveland. They go out and above board to take care of their customer. To Mercedes-Benz....you are lucky to have these representing your products. They know your products and definitely know their customer. Thank you Chase and Loveland Mercedes.

One of the best car buying experiences we've had. After we found the vehicle through USAA's car buying program, Chase Albright set us up with a test drive and then finalized the purchase. Completely low key, friendly and pleasant buying experience. They even found a loan that was a lower interest rate than the one we showed up with.

He was very honest in representing the car, helpful in processing the paperwork, quick to respond to questions and assisted in shipping arrangements. Worked with Bill H in getting our Sprinter and he was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better sales person. He was never pushy, told us what he would recommend getting and why, and was always on top of his side of things. He responded to emails quickly and continues to check in on us.

We have noticed that Mercedes as a whole really cares about customer service and it shows every time we go into the building. It's our first Mercedes (even though it's a van) and every time we go in, they make us feel important. It's a nice change from other dealerships.

Stoped by Sat 10/17. Needed new windshield wipers for My C300. Time was 11:45. Guy sees me turns lights off and walks out of parts department. Someone else walked up explained my visit say there parts department closes at 12. But will see if he can get sales guy to still help. Guy comes back annoyed slams the light switch on. I tell him about the wipers. He tells me he needs vin number. I know for sure you don't need vin #. Just year and model. Tried to look for vin number in my phone while his talking that they have him working 6 days a week and his just trying to finish the day. I felt he was more than rude . Should actually be thankful for a job right now. Will visit a different location to puchase the wipers and take all my service.

From the second I walked in they treated me like a princess!
This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had.
They offer amazing deals with great warranties and are not pushy like some car dealership's, they genuinely want you to have the car you like!
They were professional, answered all my questions and their store is amazingly clean!
I would suggest this shop to anyone buying a new/used car even if you don't think you can afford a Mercedes just stop and see, chances are you probably can! They have AMAZING deals!

While Mercedes dealerships tend to be a cut above the rest, this one is among the best of the best. Chase Albright, our salesperson, really knows his product, and in keeping with the entire dealership, strives for transparency. This is our second Mercedes - it must be nice to sell a car that sells itself! Our first salesperson, Bill Holloway, was with a customer when we showed a second time to buy. Rather than have us wait (we had the choice, of course), he referred us to his colleague Chase. Tim Hardin is the sales manager, kudos to him for crafting a team that understands both the meaning and the benefits of putting the customer first.
We have never been treated better by a service department, either. Sure, it s vehicle service, but it s really customer service. Simple in theory, scare in fact: match a great product with genuine dedication to the consumer (and the consumer s time!) and you can t lose. Buy your next car here. It s the way things ought to work.

I just bought my 3rd automobile at this dealership and the experience is seamless. I cold called Chase Albright on my 1st purchase. I had received a letter from a different Mercedes dealership offering a huge discount. Not knowing me from Adam, he gave me the same discount on a car that wasn't intended for that promotion. There is never a hassle. I'm out of there in 1 hour or less every time. Chase is legit, honest, no BS.

Upon arriving, I met Nic Mercer who introduced me to my new car! Nic was incredibly informative and helpful throughout the entire car buying process. Let s see. First, to get an appointment for general maintenance takes about two months. Then, it costs $600. To add insult to injury they kept the car for 6 hours and when I finally called to see if it was ready, they told me they were really busy .

Not what one expects when paying $600 for a oil change.

I was relocating across country and found myself s...

I was relocating across country and found myself stranded in NE on my way to UT. I had a major tire failure. After poor service from their roadside assistance, I was frustrated to say the least. I also had my car in to the Wilmington DE Mercedes Dealer the week before due to some alignment issues and stressed my trip and concerns with the safety of my car. Wilmington told me my car was fine and sent me on my way. Unfortunately, they were wrong and I ended up needing 4 new tires due to their lack of service. As I arrived at Mercedes of Loveland Kasey Curtis in Service met me and did everything she could to make it right. We had a dog and they welcomed her into their facility. We had been stranded for 7 hours and they took us to eat and relax while they worked on my car. They worked diligently to get me back on the road that day even staying late and offering me a discount due to poor service from another location. I don't think a 5 star is enough for Kasey and the team at Loveland CO Mercedes Benz.

As a side note, I did reach out to Wilmington DE Mercedes Benz and they were accommodating to their lack of service. They reimbursed my costs for tires and the additional night of hotel.

Absolutely THE BEST car buying experience I have ever had - and I m 65 years old and have bought a lot of cars! Drove from Leawood, KS to buy from this dealer and I wasn t disappointed. From Chase Albright who made a call to us as soon as he received our email to our total experience once we arrived....100% perfect. Brian, the New Car Manager is outstanding - so personable. No one that we dealt was hard sell , just straight forward and helpful. Now I just can t wait to get my new car!

Chase Albright was our salesperson, and he made it so much easier to make a decision due to his knowledge and patients with difficult customers like us. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about our experience in purchasing an automobile. Brian Butler, the new sales manager, was also wonderful and very easy to work with. Alex Clarke, who handles finance and insurance, is quite possibly the most personable and joyful person I have ever met. Just purchased a 2014 Toyota Sienna from this deal...

Just purchased a 2014 Toyota Sienna from this dealer ship a couple weeks ago and had the worst cusomer service. Mercedes is a high end vehicle and you would assume you would get quality service from there sales representivite to their management. I signed all paper work on a Friday and took the vechicle home that night. During the weekend of driving it around my wife noticed a dash light would come on for maintenance record. She took it back Monday the very next week to have it fixed and thinking it would be a simple fix due to a new oil change the light just needed to be reset. They told her it would take a day due to them having to take it to the Toyota dealership and gave her a ride home. We respected the time frame that was given and had no issues. Three days have gone by with no call for an update on the vehicle. I called the dealership to understand what the issue was on why it was taking so long to reset a light for an oil change. They said the service manager Brian would contact me and find out what the problem is. I never received a call back from him that day and had to call the next day to now ask why I didn t get an update and where the vehicle is at. They proceeded to find an excuse and tell me that I was scheduled to bring the vehicle Monday (same day my wife brought the car back to have light reset) for a safety recall and I missed it. I questioned them on why I would take the vehicle on a Friday if it needed to be checked Monday. I was never told about this appointment and never knew the vehicle had a safety recall. Now I m one week while this vehicle still has no status on if it has been fixed. I call the very next Monday to ask for their sales manager again after he has been on vacation and was able to finally get in touch with him. I explained to him the issues I have been facing with his service team and sales team for the past week. He was very responsive daily on the status and told me the Toyota tech has been out and they will have someone fix the vehicle tomorrow (Tuesday). Tuesday goes by and the vehicle has been done and he told me sorry for my troubles he will have someone bring the vehicle to me and he will have the gas fueld before it gets dropped off from it being bounced around so much. I explained to him fueling a gas tank doesn t put a smile on my face from the problems I have been dealing with due to your sales representative and service team. He told me he would come up with something for my troubles and would call me back. Vehicle was dropped off at my house and never received a call from the sales manager Brian! If you want customer service I don t think this is the place for you. If you are wanting to just purchase a high end vehicle and be lied to behind your back this is the place for you.

This is my second purchase at MB of Loveland and both experiences have been amazing. This last time I went in for a service on my GLC and left with a GLS with an amazing deal. Chase was incredible to work with and the financing department is great as well. I was in and out within a few hours.

While having a car with MB of Loveland, they always seem to go above and beyond when it comes to service, customer care, and making sure the car is always meeting my expectations. We will be repeat customers!

Just completed our second purchase from MB Loveland and highly recommend this dealership.

We worked in this instance with Sean Grandbois. Sean is personable, knowledgeable, and highly customer focused. Awesome to work with and stepped up to make the buying experience a great one, despite significant COVID-related timing challenges along the way.

The deal took more than 90 days from start to finish because of DMV shutdowns/backlogs, title process challenges, and other factors outside of anybody s control (or even influence). Sean was proactive in communicating updates to ensure we knew status and potential timetables.

Despite this being a pre-owned non-Mercedes vehicle, he never pressured us to change direction or get something else instead of the vehicle he knew we wanted. Sean was genuinely interested in a strong customer relationship vs. just another transaction; he didn t forget about us or the deal and worked hard to expedite it. I respect that tremendously and he s a credit to the dealership.

When the time (finally!) came to close, Sean and manager Nic went above and beyond to ensure the vehicle was in top form. Nic is very focused on vehicle quality and customer satisfaction, too; really appreciate how he worked with Sean to make this the ideal deal for us.

I couldn t be happier with the sales process, the deal itself, and the overall outcome. MB Loveland is a five-star shop!

He was super helpful and made the buying process so simple and worked around my schedule. I have never bought a car so quick and hassle free. Alex Clarke was also very helpful in finance. Love my new C300.

We owned a 2014 Mercedes-Benz GL 350 BlueTec and I...

We owned a 2014 Mercedes-Benz GL 350 BlueTec and I had to take it to the dealer over 15 times to reset the vehicle's software so the engine light would turn off. I was told I was not the only client experiencing this and the diesel had trouble in high altitude, the cold, and with the fuel here in America.
Even though it was an inconvenience, at first they happily took care of it and recommended an additive that cost $25 a bottle every time we filled the fuel tank.
Eventually they stated that Mercedez-Benz could not provide the solution for this problem with the computer software and they could no longer fix this at no cost.
Basically, they knew there was a problem that couldn't be fixed in this model but couldn't help us out. After talking to customer service we were offered $2-3,000 if we bought another brand new one at approximately $85,000. What a great offer-no thank you.
Nothing would turn the light off and we ended up spending $2500 on repairs and selling it for less than we owed.
We were just very disappointed that Mercedes as a company knew there were problems with this model that were not fixable and they did not stand behind their product.
As for Mercedes-Benz of Loveland, their service department was very helpful and tried to rectify the situation but their hands were tied.

Really nice guys at MB Loveland. Way different from its competitors down south. The Loveland guys called me back ASAP and started building repour and where very helpful and informative, giving me no spin or bull, and stating it as it is. They did not push to buy stuff I did not need and made the purchase of the Sprinter easy and relaxed. Probably my best experience buying a car from a dealer.

I as most people, do not like buying a vehicle from a dealership, except for Mercedes Benz in Loveland. Our sales person, Carlos Sanchez made us feel like royalty. From handling the sale, making sure the vehicle was in tip-top shape, to every single detail was to our satisfaction. He made my husband's dream a reality. Would I go back? Most assuredly I would go there first.

We've owned 5 Volvo's and purchased them from the same dealership in FoCo. After wanting to explore other options, MB of Loveland was one of our stop's for test driving. Chase Albright was our representative. He was simply, PHENOMENAL! His product knowledge, excitement for the vehicles, and follow up were some of the factors in us deciding to move forward with purchasing our GLC 300. Added to the experience, Brian Butler's ability to tailor a purchase plan that fit our needs and budget, and his reassurance that taking care of local customers was a focus, made my wife and me feel right at home! What a great way to close up the process, Alex Clarke kept us smiling through the closing of our purchase. We so much enjoyed our experience, we purchased a 2nd vehicle for our son that same night! As my wife states; "it just felt like it was meant to be that we end up at MB of Loveland". I just bought a 2014 CLA 250 from Mercedes-Benz of Loveland and couldn't believe the five star customer service I experienced. I had to make a couple visits because the car I wanted was specially ordered, and I also traded a couple vehicles. Their sales rep Dal, educated me in great detail about the car's features and updated me regarding each step of the transaction. He NEVER pressured me and made me feel very comfortable. The other staff members I encountered were all so nice and inviting. Their beautiful hostess Bailey, and sales rep Kayne made me feel welcome, and no one was condescending or rude. Their sales manager Theron and finance coordinator Alex, worked relentlessly to get me the deal and financing I was seeking. I would totally go back just for the staff. Never have I had such a great car buying experience! A++++

My parents have purchase from Mercedes of loveland multiple times, when it came to purchasing my Mercedes everyone involved was wonderful. It s been about 6 months now and I have come in for service and maintenance a few times and had the pleasure of working with Austin and Brian O.
Austin has secured me with his above and beyond customer service and always handling anything I could ask for with a wonderful attitude. He s always accurate with my ordering of parts and or payment and has strong communication throughout!
Brian O, my mechanic has done a phenomenal job! Each time I get my car back it is cleaner and better than before. Brian s attention to detail is untouched, and the trust and reliability he s given me through his services I am tremendously grateful for. His kindness and how he listens to my questions, Brian never rushes me and ensures I leave happy every time.

Each Austin and Brian O. are very genuine In all interactions, I ve been to other Mercedes and this team really stands out.
These two individuals will be the reason I purchase a Mercedes again after the impeccable service time and time again.

I went into MB Loveland in Sept of 2019 to custom ...

I went into MB Loveland in Sept of 2019 to custom order a 2020 AMG G63. When I walked in, I was able to sit down with Chase and order exactly what I wanted. I am young and a woman, so being 100% honest - most times I don t get the service that I hope for from a dealership. MB Loveland treated me better than any of the 3 other MB dealerships I had been to.

The next build date was around March 2020 and Chase ensured that I would be getting that spot and updated me by email every 2 weeks. My car arrived last week during the current COVID-19 situation but they still were able to get it to me as soon as they possibly could. Once it was ready, the paperwork was seamless and I was in and out of there very quickly. If you re looking to buy a Mercedes, you will not be disappointed in MB Loveland!

We purchased a used vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Loveland this weekend. I spent a few days prior communicating via e-mail and phone with sales person Dal Kanton. At no point was he ever pushy or irritating. He understood our concerns, worked hard to get the numbers we wanted, and delivered everything he promised. We drove two hours north from Colorado springs to do business with Mercedes-Benz of Loveland and Dal. We were not disappointed in our experience with the dealership or Dal. Everyone seemed to be very nice and they did exactly as promised. Got us the numbers we wanted and not a penny over. It was well worth the drive there. Prior to getting there, Dal made sure everything was in line so we wouldn't have to make the trip several times because someone forgot something or anything. One trip, we were done in a few hours and heading home. Over all, it was one of the best dealership experiences I've had. We are very happy with our choice in vehicle, dealership, and sales person. Thank you Dal Kanton and Mercedes-Benz of Loveland!

While on vacation in Colorado near Loveland we need our 20000 mile service done we called several dealership in the area and no one could help us out until we called Mercedes Benz of Loveland and talked to Kasey in the service department she right away talked to her service team to see if they could work us in that Day! It is so good to see that one dealership still understand when your on vacation you can't wait 2 weeks to get an appointment. KUDOS TO MERCEDES BENZ OF LOVELAND!

Excellent service from start to finish. Friendly staff. Chase Albright was very knowledgeable and informative about the model I was interested in buying. He is an outstanding salesman and made my whole family feel comfortable during the process. The entire staff was helpful and efficient in order to streamline the purchase. He had everything lined up for me and worked with me on timing to fly out to Colorado to pick up my 2020 GLC 300 4 Matic. What a fantastic buying experience we had at Mercedes-Benz of Loveland, CO! This is our first MB (GLK350) we've purchased so we weren't too familiar with the features of the vehicle or the benefits of buying a MB. The Sales, Service and Finance Teams at MB Loveland really made us feel like we were long time customers and really like family. Nic Mercer (our Sales Representative) us very professional and patient with us as we selected our vehicle. He was very thorough in explaining the features of the GLK350 and was extremely knowledgeable.
The entire Team made sure that our needs were being met and had our best interests at the forefront really than the benefits to the dealership.

These guys are as nice, caring, and honest as they come, from the front desk to the back of the house! From the first phone call, I felt like I mattered, and once I left, I knew I had been given the best service at a reasonable price. It's a great feeling to know there are still stand-up businesses around. I'll be coming back to Mercedes-Benz of Loveland, and sending all my friends, too! I used to live in Fort Collins, less than a year ago I moved out to Parker. Even though its now 170 mile round trip to them and back I don't even think twice where to take my car. I usually deal with Brian Pickle and Peter Werner. I have also dealt with James Longhurst and Parker Jacobs. I take my hat off to all of them because they really know how to treat their customers.
