I have been getting all our Subaru cars serviced here for years now. Nearly perfect communication which is just as important to me as the repair services on the car. I love the in house car rental service and the WRX STI parked for sale in the show room. I hope to some day buy my wife a new Ascent. i have owned 6 subarus in my life and still own 3 of them. my hope is that someday SOA will make a WRX STI hatchback with 350hp so i can buy it.
It was great to work with Jesse and Greeley Subaru. My wife and I went in with a certain budget. There was a car that was a little out of our price range, and Jesse and the team made it happen. We experienced a few mechanical issues within a few days of buying the car, and the service team went above and beyond to fix the problem at no cost to us. We will definitely be buying from here in the future.
Bob Moline was so wonderful. My boyfriend and I were there a while and he never lost interest with us, and our conversations. They were the only dealership that would work with our credit (we went to six). Angel Millerworked miracles with the finance company for us and she got us the best deal possible. Great experience! Very impressed with the way Greeley Subaru is run. We scheduled a test drive with Blaine, he had the car all ready to go when we got there. He also pointed out some lesser-known facts about the car, which was a nice touch. We did end up buying it there, and the process was quick and smooth. Although they don't negotiate on price, they actually had the best price from the dealerships we had checked out for the model we wanted, so from my experience, it's certainly fair pricing, and a nice change from the sometimes aggressive dealers you come across.

Carlos from pats department got me decal emblems for a 2005 Subaru Legacy and the problem was the first emblems we got were the wrong size so he made sure to order me the right size for my car and made sure to get me the color I wanted and helped me put the decals on the car to make sure they turned out great

Lived in Denver and Boulder the last few years. Work in Greeley. Been to all the Subarus in my area and haven't been to any other one in over two years since I've been to Greeley Subaru. In fact I live in the far NW corner of the state and I came here because my parents are satisfied customers. The four hour drive was well worth it. Although I live in Northglenn, I make the drive up to Greeley Subaru every time I need a car because they do such a great job. The drive is worth it every time. David and his team always take incredible care of us. There's no pressure, and they address all of our needs and questions. This last time we went to lease a Subaru Forester in a bit of a time crunch, and when we told them they managed to get us out the door much more quickly than I would have thought a dealership could. Overall it's an incredible place, and I wouldn't go anywhere else to get a Subaru.
The Subaru here helped us find our subaru and has been making all efforts to make it right and are working with us now to do so. we will keep you posted.
If you're in the market for a used or new car this is the place to go. I bought a car from them 5 years ago and it was the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. Last weekend I bought a brand new 2020 Forester Sport from them and it was a quick easy and painless process. They have so many perks as well for buying a car from them! Michelle was great and very helpful I would recommend her to anyone looking for a car!

Better than weld county garage. At least the guy there cared more. The receptionist at WCG, rudely told me I was at the wrong location and needed the subaru location. So I drove there and guess what? Wrong. It was where she was at. I even showed her the email I received. And still haven't received a call from the manager at subaru. Oh well
I m not sure I can say enough good things about this place! I recently drove up from Denver to look at a car at Greeley Subaru; a new 2016 Outback that we ended up purchasing that same day. I had previously spent the day shopping online (where I first found the vehicle) and visiting a handful of Subaru dealerships in Denver. While the other dealers were accommodating, helpful and informative, they didn t compare to what I experienced at Greeley Subaru. From the minute I stepped on the lot, the team treated me like they had known me for years. Seriously, like I would expect a trusted friend to take me through the process. There was no pressure, no assumptions, no angles, just a TON of great information and a lot of respect from a team of people that are truly jazzed to be doing what they do. It would take too long to detail all the ways they went the extra mile (pun intended), but suffice it to say they didn t miss a detail, and FAR EXCEEDED any expectation we had. The entire team (Bob, Todd, Mark, Mary, Deano) had solid knowledge, obvious integrity and a great sense of humor, the price was beyond fair, and their follow-up post-purchase is impressive! This will be our third Subaru Outback (in 20 years) and won t be our last, but I m happy to say we won t be looking again for a dealership. These guys set the bar! What a great experience for buying a car! Went in knowing what I wanted but also wanted to compare options and on lot selections at other dealers in the area. Worked with Michelle and Ended up purchasing one there with good trade in value they offered us and pure price there was no negotiation. Steve spent one on one time with us giving an in depth tutorial of all the cars features with the new technology. Also, having 2 children under 2 the safety features made me recognize how a car payment for a reliable car is not just for me, it s for the safety of our livelihood! I really feel like I know my car and what it can do. It really does feel like a family.
I spent months looking for a new(used) car. The right deal came up at Greeley Suburu/Mazda. The staff, Deano in particular, were extremely helpful. There was no pressure to close the sale, and I felt comfortable during all negotiations. I walked away with a 2015 Mazda 3 with < 16,000 miles on it for below market value. The dealership also lent me a loaner car while my Mazda got the windows tinted and detailed. Completed satisfied with my experience.

Worst service I've ever experienced. Have a 2015 Subaru Crosstrek I've had in the for the same issue 4 times. Each time its something different and it still just starts when it wants to. The 5th time I need to take it in or towed there, they can't get to it until 3 days. I've already had to take 4 days off of work and rent a car. I world NEVER but another Subaru! Thanks but no thanks Greeley Subaru.

I just wanted to thank the service department here for my experience the other day. I had gone in for some work and requested a few additional issues to be addressed, so the repairs took longer than anticipated. On top of that, it was discovered that three of my wheels had been bent on the inside, so they did their best to correct that as well. I haven't had an issue with my tires losing air since, so I can say that their work is quite good.
My girlfriend was in the hospital, and I had planned on visiting her but my car was still unfinished. They were out of loaners, so Steve helped me get a ride there and back so I could spend some time with her that afternoon.
Every employee was courteous and professional, and I wish I could have thanked the technicians personally for working to straighten out my wheels. I had just assumed that my cheap, old tires were the reason they were losing air - no idea the wheels were bent.
I'll be heading back in from now on to have my car taken care of. I can't thank them enough for their help, and attention to detail. The complimentary coffee was a nice touch as well.

This place was AWESOME. I worked with Adam after a friend of mine had referred him to me. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and worked with me on finding the perfect vehicle. Due to the hail storms we had this summer, I was able to get an absolute STEAL on my new forester. I was completely honest with Adam about my financial situation and was still able to get a very affordable price. They also took care of the hail damage that it had sustained very quickly. My wife and I bought a 2015 Subaru Forester based on the good experiences I have had with my 2012 and my dad has with his 2011. Unfortunately we have had nothing but problems with it since we bought it. It has had the rear wheel bearing replaced (noisy), radio head unit (stopped working), flash update and oil pressure switch (false readings?), complete motor (rod knock), and then the check engine light came on again and it started having transmission issues. Now even with all these issues they have always been very understanding and helpful and I don't blame them for a lemon car. Due to all these issues and our first child on the way I could not see keeping the car as I just couldn't trust it. I was hesitant to get another Subaru due to the issues we had but with the way Subaru of America stepped up to the plate with VIP pricing and them taking care of us on the trade and not beating us up on it like the Toyota Dealer was trying to do it was a fair outcome for us. The 2019 Forester is much quieter, rides better, Doesn't have an engine rattle on startup, and with the new headlights is easier to see out of at night. Thank you Todd, Brandon, Daisy, Michelle, and the rest of the Greeley Subaru team for making this as painless as possible.

I recently totaled a 2015 Legacy and the car saved my life. Needless to say I was in the market for a new vehicle so I searched the car I was interested in and found the exact car I was hoping for. And the lady team I was fortunate enough to have the pleasure of working with was simply amazing. Those individuals are Angel M. and Michelle F. Let me tell you a little about my experience with the A-team. When I walked in to the showroom I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome from the receptionist. I was having issues with my pre approval with my credit union and their computer system. So Angel went to work and found a alternative and put me in the car I ve been searching for. Longer story shortened; there were several issues along the way the A Team of Angel and Michelle tag teamed and solved everyone of the issues quickly and with smiles on their faces. I have never felt safe or comfortable purchasing a used car before until Greeley Subaru, I had previously only purchased new cars. Dal, helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made the whole experience amazing. I was never rushed or pressured into buying something that I was unsure of. I was able to take the car home and really get a good feel for it, unlike every other dealership where a sales person is in the back seat, I get a 10 minute test drive and then pressured into making a decision. I love my Subaru and not afraid to buy a used car anymore! Dal, is amazing and I will never buy a car from anyone else again!

The car salesman has insulted my intelligence every time I've been there. The used car manager actually made the sale. I continually get told the second key is "lost". They called me a few weeks later to come sign more documents so they could sell my trade in. The second key now never existed.

If a zero or negative number was available I d have chosen that instead. Try to get your windshield replaced. They will waste your time and money. We bought a brand new 2019 ascent and the windshield got cracked so we knowingly brought it to the dealership, filed a claim wth insurance and tried to get it fixed. Well, #1, service department was rude and then claimed to not know how to get a replacement. I contacted Subaru corporate customer service and they were able to locate and update me on a time and date for the FIRST replacement. So that day we drive to get the new windshield. Wait all day only to find out hours later that our replacement windshield had arrived cracked. Thanks for wasting g my time. #2 tryied to charge us the full price for install of second replacement windshield today. And claimed to never have heard from the jnsreuance company. Well that s what happens when dealerships subcontract out their work so buyer beware. Weren t even nice, horribly rude didn t even wash the car afterwards (it s hard to wash a car especially with a death defying crack in the windshield leaking water into your new car btw). We have bought a number of new vehicles over the years, and this was the best buying experience we have ever had! Our salesman, Deano, was no-pressure and made is feel that we were important and was a joy to work with. Travis took us through the paperwork efficiently and competently, and everyone in the dealership we spoke with was courteous and friendly.
So bought my car about a month ago needed a rental and ran into some issues, brandon who originally sold me my car called me back within 30 minutes of having the issue and fixed the problem i had. I would recomend using him to buy your car and talk directly to him when you have questions.
Update: i thought they made things right i was wrong after telling my story to a co-worker they suggested i call corporate and loveland Subaru. I did and guess what both places (corporate and loveland subaru) did not understand why they wouldn't have helped me out better. Corporate went so far as to reimburse me for a rental car until i got into my next Subaru.
Greeley Subaru WILL NOT offer you any sort of car insurance for a "rental" but they will charge you for anything and everything. They also are very rude and don't communicate back with people in a timely matter. Their Rental Department is a JOKE.
Went in this weekend and worked with Heather and it was great. She made our time there totally worth it. She was very professional about everything and we ended up walking away with a new car.
