The service department has terrible customer service. Completely uncaring and unwilling to be accommodating. The person I spoke to clearly did not want me to come in and tried to refer me to another dealership and then when I persisted told me that they couldn't look at my car for 10 days, waiting for me to tell him I would take my business elsewhere. Again, when I said I still would like to get it fixed, he was surprised and clearly did not want to add my car into his calendar.
