The hotel was a nice place for a business training event.

The beds were small, but comfortable. There was no fridge in our room.

This place is fantastic, clean very friendly, oet friendly close to fsu campus. Perfect!!!

The pool and bar by the pool look amazing in pictures and don't look that way at all in person... Breakfast is not included, you have to pay separately for that.

Good hotel, circular structure makes the rooms uncomfortable for very large furniture. I had to ask for the refrigerator. The breakfast they wanted to charge me, even though my reservation had it included. Short breakfast

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Tallahassee Sheraton. The rooms were recently renovated and really nice.

I would not recommend this place...They over charge, I was charged 167 dollars to stay in a small room for one night... No special features... Waited over 10 mins to get help... The room it s self was not worth it and I was not pleased...

The pictures look nice but it needs updates. Looks more like a 2 or 3 star hotel. Hallway carpet is dirty, scuffs on walls and doors, and rust on bathroom fixtures and shower curtain rod. There also in no mini fridge or microwave in the room and half the TV channels didn t work. But the worst was finder no a LARGE cockroach scurrying around the bathroom floor when I got up in the night. When we told the girl at the front desk in the morning all she said was she would tell her manager, and nothing else was said or done. The only nice thing is that they had a shuttle to the FSU football game.

Beautifully updated rooms. Excellent service. Everything you need for a night away. The food is great as well!

Staff and service was pretty good. The rooms are awkwardly shaped but, the view of the city was perfect.

Great location and wonderful hospitality. Some apparent problems included very slow wifi connection, extremely poor TV quality, and a demonstration of highly poor leadership quality when the fire alarm rang at 4:30 AM. Everyone rushed outside and waited... Not one person took charge or even apologized for the extremely confusing incident. Would not recommend but considering the other options in Tallahassee, it seems you have no other option.

The rooms were on the smaller side but otherwise wonderful. The staff was warm and inviting. I surely will stay there again if in the area.

It is a nice hotel but like every hotel wifi could be better and breakfast left something to be desired. Aside from that it was a nice hotel

Awesome hotel within walking distance of some pretty cool places. Only down downfall was no fridge or microwave in room. But had an awesome restaurant, bar, and pool.

I have not had no hot water. I had to move into another room. Got there still no hot water or towels. Manager is always not available. I'm standing in lobby 2nd day same excuse, no manager. I am about to call news cast. 107.00 a night for this service!

Stayed here for 2 niece's weddings. I love the location...close to food and shopping.

Rooms are kinda small, and beds even smaller being only full Instead of queen, but overall fairly nice hotel.

I stayed here very the weekend with a friend. I have been an SPG member for over 3 years. This was my first time staying at this particular hotel. I paid online and mentioned to the CSR that me and a friend were meeting there. She never mentioned a fee for an extra car at all. So when I arrived to check in I paid and the guy at the desk said it was an extra charge for the other car my friend had like 10.95 I think. I specifically told him that I was never notified of this and he said he would waive the fee. Well lo and behold it showed up on my statement after I got home. Smh. So when we got to our room immediately I check for bed bugs and filth. The bathroom was the WORSE I have seen in any hotel stay. I almost went home. I called down for someone to reclean it which no one ever should and a lady came and redid it. It was still hair in the tub, all around the toilet and on the sheets. The only pros I got is the pool was decent along with the Jacuzzi. This will be my very last stay at this particular hotel again. It actually shouldn't be in the same category with the other hotels on SPG list. This place need to be renovated and gutted. I usually stay at the Aloft which is very nice. I only chose this one because on the website it looked very nice and wanted to try it out. Beware of this place.

After a mix up at check in (that took forever), i went to my room and nothing was right. I booked a king bed they put me in a room with 2 full beds, they said there was water in the room, there wasn't. The creamer for the coffee was expired. The doors are really thin so i heard the people partying until 2am. You can hear everything word for word. After a long drive up here, to be that exhausted and disappointed is ridiculous.

Stayed here twice, pretty decent overall hotel, nothing crazy out of the ordinary. the staff are nice and personable. The architecture is bizzare, but it does not compromise the rooms as far as I can tell.
My only complaint is that our previous room came with a mini fridge, but on my second visit I got a room expecting to have one but just so happened to not have one in the room.

Visited the pool. Was nice and relaxing, however in one of the corners there was an infestation of ants.

My husband and I have never stayed there but have a membership to the pool and the atmosphere is great. Pool side service is great but not sure that we would be members again next year because the pool is pretty gross but seems like all it would take is to throw a vacuum in over night to get all the trash and hair off the bottom. Hopefully they will invest in a vacuum soon.

I was really disappointed with my room overall. The check in process was okay but a bit slow. My room was freezing on a cold day. Even when I turned the heat on, I still had to cover myself with extra blankets to sit at the desk without shaking. There were splotches of white paint on the beige wall. It looked as if repairs had been done but they forgot to print over it. The toilet looked clean at a glance but underneath the rim there were layers of dark moldy looking grime. As I took a shower, the tub kept filling with water because it wasn t draining fast enough. I looked up and saw a dirty wash rag with hair and dirt on it, draped over the shower rod. It was disgusting. The tub was a little dirty looking. The vent over the toilet had caked up dirt. I don t feel as if the room has had the deep cleaning it really needs in a while. I d expect better conditions for the price that was paid.

During my stay, the room was clean, view nice, and WiFi signal fantastic. However, the walls are very thin, and traffic noise / neighbors were loud. Very loud.

Notified front desk staff that the elevator floor was ridiculously sticky from what looks like a spilled drink. All the staff member replied with was mhm .

Good location near downtown Tallahassee. Across the street is Bird's aphrodisiac oyster shack which has excellent food.

Nice room at a good price. Loved the electric car chargers and the solar panels.

We tried to get a room there while we were evacuated from hurricane Mathew, but couldn't because of our cats.

The Sheraton had a large and clean space for the event I went to. The event was highly organized and even had a nice sound system set up. Lots of parking was available. I would recommend this event

Driving through Tallahassee decided to splurge. Paid $275 for what I thought would be top-of-the-line hotel room. Couldn t believe the room. I ve paid $90 for this quality. There s no justification for the price they re charging. Stale tan walls, stale curtains. Dim yellow lights. Dark brown dated wood furniture. Tiny tiny rooms. Smells old too. Dont splurge for this place. I feel I over paid by about $200.

I love it. Is cute, comfortable, clean, rooms big, good closet space, parking spaces, 3 blovks from The State Capitol... And the neighbor is the best ecer Chinese Rstautant . China Delight. You have to try that food... Mmmmm niomi niomi

Good location near the Capitol building and downtown area. It's an older building, but has been totally renovated by Sheraton and looks very nice inside. The rooms aren't huge, but are nicely appointed for a mid range hotel. I liked the cozy lobby bar area which, since they outside of the round building is all windows, had lots of natural light. Ample free parking, and a small but nice pool deck.

Great staff but mediocre rooms. Outdated, many don't have microwave or refrigerator. Was told no rooms with those available but that turned out to be not true. Some rooms not clean upon check in, other rooms smelled strongly of mold and had to be aired out. Other hotels close by that are cleaner and more updated in same price range.

Adequate amenities, nice facility, rooms could be cleaner

I wish I had something nice to say about this hotel and I'm so disappointed, let's start with the room, yes they are cleaned, semi clean because the floor was dirty, the water in the shower, you have to wait until someone on another floor stops using it so you can get it, the gym, yes they provide the necessary stuff but they don't have any heat on the gym, it was 55 degrees when I went to work out. Three buttons in the treadmills do not work or they do after 10 minutes of struggling with it,
There is no free breakfast, I went to get coffee downstairs and it was burnt coffee.
I am never this negative about a hotel and my profile describes it which I have over 100 reviews from all over the world,

Spent 3 nights here for a wedding and was beyond pleased with everything! The staff was amazing, very clean room and the wedding party was extremely well organized!

The room was ok. Seemed a little outdated. The cleaning service did not come until 4 in the afternoon the following day which was a little unsettling seeing as they are supposed to come in the morning so our room did not get cleaned. Their breakfast was way overpriced also.

Room was great (clean). Front desk was slow. Morning coffee near front desk was not the best. Hotel was centrally located.

This is my favorite hotel in the area. Prices are always reasonable, the staff is awesome and they have a great happy hour.

Very nice hotel conveniently located near FSU. Check-in process was a breeze even with online booking. We arrived early and there was no issue getting in the room. Rooms are clean and in proper order. New renovations are solid and apparent. Elevator is quick. They offer a complimentary shuttle that will take you anywhere within a mile radius of the hotel. The staff were accomodating to our requests. Reading earlier reviews, we knew to ask for the parking lot side of the building, as it is quietest. The pool was clean, happy hour in the bar was great with 2 for 1 specials. It was a great visit. We liked it so much we stayed over a couple extra nights. It was definitely clear that the hotel simply gave me fresh towels and made the bed without even looking at the rest of the room. There was a bug on the desk and hairs in the tub. For this to be a Sheraton hotel the food was gross. everything we ask for we received. what ever they could do to make us comfortable they did. felt very safe when out and about. I have made this place my home when I come to Tallahassee which is every other month.Nice place, good rooms and location. The hotel was fairly priced for the location and amenities. I would stay there again on a return trip. The restaurant was pretty good, lots of parking and a gym that was adequate.

I haven t stayed here yet but I m already extremely impressed with the way the reservation was handled by Beth Rodan. She is the friendliest and most helpful person I have ever encountered making a reservation. She even recommended a few places in Tallahassee that I would enjoy. Wish I could give her more stars!
