Very expensive for what it offers. The computer keyboards for customers had so much dirt ... The fridge in the bedroom, broken put inside. The windows and doors are very dirty. In general, a dirty and neglected site.
This hotel is one of our favorites! The only reason I give four stars is because it is always so busy. That is hardly the hotel's fault, though. The rooms are always clean. The staff is friendly, and the free dinner and breakfast is good. Drury allows our family to take more vacations because we don't have to pay for so much food!
Drury Inn is always our first choice, reasonably priced and breakfast included. Friendly staff.
Stayed overnight in a single queen room. Location can be hard to each during heavy traffic, but otherwise standard Drury quality stay.
There are many extras, including drinks, breakfast, newspaper andthey all cone with room charge. The hotel is conveniently located and clean.
Very nice. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Dinner and breakfast had a nice fresh selection. Only complaint was about loud guest outside late... But that had nothing to do with the hotel. Would recommend starting here!!
Small, clean & comfortable, intelligently & efficiently laid out room. Per staff, recently redone. Bed firmness was just right. Nice & quiet, and was able to darken well to sleep in late. Friendly & helpful staff. Free breakfast was not bad. Afternoon snack & beverages were a welcome bonus. Able to park near door, and lot was adequately lit. Location convenient to the things I wanted to do. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Plan to stay here again.
It's clean the staff is friendly the extra aren't extras they come with the room and your guest for the price I paid I'd pay again but I'd do it from the website not priceline

There's only two Drury hotels is the Birmingham, AL area and of them I like the Southwest location much better. The only reason why I chose the Southeast location is due to the fact there was not availability at the other one. When I made my reservation, they claimed they didn't see it in the system and sent me to Reservations where the agent there immediately saw it. My previous stays at this location has not be the best, with the desk clerks not being attentive to the hotel guests. There was no one at the front desk because the clerk was working out in the fitness center. If it wasn't for the fact that my company chose Drury hotels to accommodate our lodging needs and since they're paying for it at this location I just suffer.
The meals were amazing. The service was fantastic and very helpful. The pool, hot tub/spa was very relaxing and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Not far from the Birmingham Zoo and The Summit and only a short drive to Splash Adventures. My reservation was for a queen double and I got upgraded to a queen double suite. Also, after an early morning drive and day at the Birmingham Zoo I was ready to check in and they allowed me to check in early. My room was very relaxing especially the shower. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel also had popcorn and taco night with other appetizers which was a great snack and dinner for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay.
My husband and I love staying here. We celebrated our Anniversary here this year. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff is friendly and professional. The front desk clerk Brittini was awesome. We enjoyed the free food and drinks during the 5:30 kick back. We will most definitely come back.

Definitely recommend this hotel. Very nice and clean hotel. We had an issue with our room and was promptly given another room. Michael at the front desk is awesome. This was the second time we have stayed here and will stay again.
Nice location, staff members were super friendly! Room was about average, but free dinner and free breakfast was definitely a plus! Also enjoyed the pool and whirlpool!
Rooms are clean and comfortable. The check in was fast and seamless. Whle we have stayed at many chains, this property was outstanding! In most cases the staff is what really determines how good your stay will be and this was no exception!

The hotel was nice. Defintly worth the money, with a beautiful, big, and clean rooms and bathroom's. Only problem I had with the room was that the room was a 2 bed room, and when booking the room in advance they were told about the other 2 guest who were coming. When arrived everything from the cups in the room, to towels was only enough for 1 person. I just wish they would've put a couple more things in there. Especially for it being a 2 bed room.
Comfortable beds & pillows. The downside was that the bathroom is 6 x6 & has no exhaust fan. The shower had the shampoo, conditioner, body wash in a dispenser. The toilet paper & Kleenex was rough.
Free popcorn, free beverages (both adult and otherwise), free dinner and breakfast for guests. Very clean, very quiet.

Wonderful place to stay with an awesome, friendly staff! The morning breakfast and afternoon kickback that provides you with 3 free dribks are also great. If you're in town for business or personal reasons, you won't regret staying at Drury Inn!

Hotel is new, clean, and in a great, safe area. Rooms are very nice. They were very accomendating with my small dog. Definitely would visit again when passing thru Birmingham.

Great hotel. One if the best we've stayed at while traveling. Clean rooms, free taco bar in the evening, 1 free alcohol drink per adult between 5:30 and 7:00...and a fantastic free breakfast.
My complaint is the noise. We got a room on the 5th floor. Didn't realize it was close to the pool area. It's 10:30pm and people are still at the pool and we can clearing hear them. Staff is great but the pool need to be closed at a certain time. Will surely ask for a room away from the pool.
I called an asked the price of the Room with a dog and it was $89. We arrived at the motel and ask again the price of the Room with dogs I said $89 and yes was the answer. I get my bill it's a $146. They charged me $35 plus taxes and fees for the dog.
It's a great Drury. Very nice staff, clean rooms, clean dining area. Can get crowded on the weekends.

We enjoyed our visit. They offer a evening bunch. Really nice with hot dogs and just something for the entire family. Even free drinks for adults. They even offer free breakfast. It was really amazing. They even had grits. In door and out door pool!
I would recommend Drury to everyone. I have stayed in several on numerous occasions and never had a problem. Everyone working there are friendly and attentive. They make you feel welcome and comfortable whether you are a one-night stay or extended stay.
I loved the hospitality! The entire staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful. They even gave ideas on attractions and events during our stay. The rooms were clean and set up very nicely. Close to shopping, restaurants and activities. Will come back.

Not that pleased during these COVID times. My linen was not clean, the bathroom was not clean, People wasn't wearing mask. The lady at the front tried to tell them but it was way too many for her to try and do as it could have caused issues. No housekeeping so I recommend getting new linen when checking in to change yourself to make sure you have fresh ones.
Best hotel to stay at. If you get a suite then each adult gets 3 mixed drinks or beer of their choice per night stay. Plus kickback at 530 they serve tacos, nachos, hot dogs, and other things I'm sure but this is a great hotel worth your money I promise!!!
Can t say enough good things about this place! The staff was very friendly, the free breakfast and evening food with drinks were great, the price of our room beat out all the others, and we loved our room. The room was clean, the a/c worked well and kept us cool, the bathroom was spacious and clean, and the bed was super comfortable! Made for a great experience for my wife and I as we traveled on our way back home.
