I liked this resort i stayed here for 4 days and i enjoyed a lot..i liked the swimming pool and the food here.

Very well located with great service the staff were very attentive with a lot of offer for children. Liked it and recommend it.

What I have to say? There was miss communication and miss understanding between us but The Front Office Manager has been fixed up all miss understanding. They are willing to give their best that they can do for their guest. Sometime miss understanding is happen every where, as long as we have good willing to fix it then everythings will be fine. Good job. Thank you for Grand Mirage Management and its Front Office Manager, your willingness really appreciate. I hope I can stay here again and again in the future. Wish all the best for Grand Mirage & Thalasso Resort. Keep good services. Have a nice week end for all.

Apart from the squeezed shower area in the room... The place is awesome for stay... Great Breakfast, pool and beautiful property.

Perhaps, this is the one amongst a few resorts lying along the costline of Benoa that brings vivid settings of nature into its premises.
The main feature of these settings is an artificial waterfall whose view the guests or visitors can drink in.
It has one of the most frequently visited spa for excellent treatments in the area.

A hotel with a private beach and numerous services for its clients. It has several specialized pools and restaurants, and good entertainment. The breakfast super complete, varied and validate. Highly recommended.

Perfect resort for child-friendly holiday!

We recently stayed at the Grand Mirage Family Paradise in Nusa Dua. It was the most family-friendly experience we ve had yet. From the buffet breakfast, to the kids mini water park, and kids club, we were never at a loss for things to do on the resort property! We enjoyed the family paradise wing of the grand mirage; it s only about 2 years old so everything is sparkling clean and new. We also loved the all-inclusive aspect. It was so nice to order room service after a long day of playing instead of having to figure out a place to eat dinner! Can t wait to visit again!

Amazing service and cleanliness. Best breakfast with thin crust chicken. Especially no pork menu, friendly for moslem guests.

Great for the whole family make sure you go all inclusive

Great for families who just want to relax. A bit far out from some of the attractions of Bali (markets, temples, cultural stuff) but if you want unparalleled service, all you can drink, eat and a beautiful resort atmosphere then this is the place. The family paradise section is the pick.

It is a great properties good rooms quality of food is good.

Its a very big resort, somewhat old now, not even contemporary or modern destination hotel. Have many restaurants indian, japanese, thai and multicuisne. Rooms are just ok, claustrophobic and old, leaky bathroom fittings. There are better hotels around this area

Old hotel that is still good. Sy book the cheapest rooms, large rooms, get a bathtub + facilities for ankle not stay overnight 1 night!
Children's waterpark, swimming pool 3 (infinity for adults), private beach, kids play room, billiards, big chess etc.

Its a very prestigious place, with an amalgamation of nature, beauty and infrastructure, awesome place to spend a vacation.

Awesome Candle Night dinner ....yummy food. And service is excellent...... awesome place to spend time with ur loved one's ....

Major upgradations required.

No hand shower in Ocean suite
The shower water flow is turtle slow
Hot water was a problem

I asked for cutlery in the room was told "come and take cause we charge for just cutlery in room"

Property is great but management needs to invest to take it to the next level else competition will surely take over.

Spent comfortable week at the property. No issues but don't feel 5 star pampered.

I came here on a honeymoon two years ago. It was the best hotel without saying. it was fun!

Fantastic ocean view private beach and lovely sunrise view

The hotel is not worth the money.
Lived 2 days. A day was worth 10 thousand rubles.
In the room on the ceiling there are signs of repair, in the bathtub the dryer was repaired by screws that are longer than the original ones and they stick out.
All restaurants are terribly expensive.

Hotel is a bit dated and should be upgraded with newer bathroom facilities and more electrical outlets in the bathrooms.
Food items in the buffet should be labelled with ingredients to identify which contains meat

Very nice, located on a beach as well as accessible from road. Fun & food events are organised. Food is good, not very loud, is clean.

Nice place , lovely sea view. The renovation compensation is fine too.

Staff is a bad grandmother2 ... even though it wasn't my fault that the suitcase from one of the guests at Grandmirage was raised by the hotel staff and I returned it sincerely instead there was no thanks ... instead he spoke in a loud voice like I was wrong.

A nice and quiet resort, convenient to bring family with small children at this resort

Family group of 14 travelled to bali for our 2019 annual get together and stayed at the grand mirage for a 9 night all inclusive. It was fantastic, 6 restaurants to choose from, plenty of cocktails on the list to go through once.... or twice.... or not. The hurricane was a family favourite. Staff were friendly as always and the atmosphere was great.

The facilities of this hotel are very satisfying ... the rooms directly view to the sea ... really recommend

The appearance looks beautiful, but the contents are quite old places

Hotel room good unfortunately the rooms are down to 15 degrees down. Currently construction site noise by building the great infinity pool. Did not bother me personally sometime you have to build yes and the pool is great. Food in the hotel is great. Hence the good rating

Not at all value . Just overpriced . Big impersonal and maybe ok for family with small children . Make sure you have lots of money to spend

Great resort! We spent a week her for a family holiday. Kids loved the pool. Great service and amenities. They have everything you need so you don't have to leave, but if you do lots of shops and restaurants near by. We will be back!

It s a Good resort with awesome beach view. Beach was very clean and can be enjoyed swimming. They have huge sitting area on the beach which can be enjoyed. Place is very huge. They have Indian restaurant inside the premises which eases for customers who craves for Indian food. Breakfast spread was also good and includes multiples of options for veg and non veg. They have special corner for Indian breakfast. This resort is mostly crowded by Indian as they have Indian restaurant. Lastly, their swimming pool was big enough to enjoy and they have kids pool too.
