Very nice hotel. Awsome private beach and swimming pool. Ambiance is very very nice. People are very very cooperative. Very nice experience. They have their own water sporting that cheap also. Nice experience.
I liked the hotel very much. The service is top notch and well worth the money spent. 24/7 help with any questions. Everything is very friendly. The hotel can be liked by everyone, because there is a lot of entertainment (water aerobics, etc.), the territory of the hotel is amazing, in 7 days, only a part was seen. View from the hotel window. Ohhh you can give a lot for him ...

Fantastic hotel , such friendly and helpful staff, always a big smile and hello for you , amazing choice for breakfast, multiple pools and beach frontage, but it is the staff that make it all the better. Located near many restaurants and convience stores which is handy . The gardens are beautifully landscaped and the air is filled with the smell of frangipani, cannot fault it at all.

It is an excellent resort, very lavish, they have all sort of amentities and in house activities going on in the resort, eg. Kayaking workshops, water volleyball, zumba, water aerobics, dedicated VR game rooms, etc.
They have a private beach of their own, few in house restaurants catering to different cuisines, a nice pool and kayaking setup.
Breakfast buffet is really excellent overe there with options from different cuisines, Indian, continental, chinese, etc.
You'll have a great time in this resort. Highly recommended from my side.

Experience staying at Grand Mirage Family paradise during a pandemic. Get super cheap prices than usual. Take the E-learning package for bunk bed rooms for 2 adults + 3 children. Free BF, lunch / diner & water sports. Children love it there so much that they don't want to go home. The children's facilities are very complete, there is a mini waterpark, slides, indoor & outdoor playgrounds, wall climbing, game rooms etc. The service is very satisfying. The food menu is a western menu option. At breakfast, you can have a buffet. The exterior & interior of the hotel are good. The only thing that is not satisfactory is the beach, not clean. Maybe because the residents around the area can be in the beach area. Yes and ckp lots of dogs roaming around the beach. But overall the hotel is really good for family holidays.
We had a very nice vacation in the hotel. Is a little outside, but just rented a scooter and we went.

We stayed at this resort in 2007 and were quite satisfied. The food was very extensive and tasted us. The shows were also pretty good.
Perfect place to relax and unwind. Sun, sand, sea, weather, people. Close to airport. Fast internet.
Everything was good except buffet breakfast . Horrible I ever seen my life. Food was off almost every section . Weather was very hot and they setting the buffet outdoor with no temperature control. Never seen anyone to check on it. Lucky not to had food poisoning. 5 star resort facilitates with this kind of buffet.....very disappointed. Stayed between 5-8 December.

If you want to spend your hard earned money with a construction view.... Breakfast is good. Hotel and rooms are quite old. Not a five star hotel!

We were accommodated in the secondary building, the first from the airport.
Quite modern in decoration.
Our room was on the lower level compared to the reception. The downside is that these rooms are much closer to the sewers, and the rise of their odors in the bathrooms perfumes all the sleeping rooms.
As moisture is poorly evacuated, there may remain, despite good ventilation of the living areas, a stubborn smell of mold.
The beach is really not what you would expect for Bali: no white sand. Rather the same type as on many beaches in the south of France. The water is not very clear there either. However our stay was from July 19 to 25.
I am a little disappointed with this hotel which was advanced to us as excellent by a travel agency ... Bof!
But besides that the staff are very welcoming and are attentive to your requests to meet them. The decorations are very beautiful and original. Activities for children are almost at their best. You could have bicycles to move to the main building or whatever. The catering is well organized and the food of very good quality.

It looks like an old hotel (or made an old design?) But it's clean and comfortable
Initial booking was a nightmare, we booked a JNR Suite as we were traveling with 2 Adults and 3 Kids and were downgraded to a standard room, Grand Mirage capitulated and gave us adjoining rooms and free bottomless juice and ice-creams for the kids, but it was not the same as the JNR suite experience we had signed up for, on a positive the place was clean, a bit tired, good value and the meals were good.
Nice big rooms, but was not cooled enough the air conditioning is really poor. The pool area is really nice but the beach is disgusting. The staff are super friendly and the hotel is located conveniently across the road from many restaurants, 24hr mini marts ( with atms) and even starbucks.
The breakfast was really apalling. And the coffee was terrible.
A very underwhelming experience to say the least. The all inclusive package is definitely not worth it as most restaurants offer pretty similar menus. We had so many issues with our room inc and not limited to, TV not working, hot water not working properly, toilet not working properly, late delivery of our baby cot. While 'family friendly' we found it to be rather loud at night time.
Price- price for all inclusive was very good for my family of six!
Room- our room fit my family perfectly, we stayed in a Kids Suite at the family paradise. We had three beds for the kids and a crib waiting in the room for us! I loved that the kids had their own bathroom!
Food- food in every restaurant was very good and something for every member of my family.
Pool areas- pools and pool service was fun, clean. Drinks were very good and staff was so accommodating.
Kids Club- my children loved the kids club, the staff and the activities, it was hard to get them Away some of the time!
Spa- the spa was glorious
Room with beach veiw is loveley and food room service great. Staff are too nice and friendly
Good place to stay with its own private beach. In evening it becomes an enchanting place to dine.
Good buffet, nice beach and sunbeds by the pool. The decor is wonderful.
Just think of staying in a 3 or 4 star hotel and getting a bit more. If you expect too much of a 5 star hotel you'll be disappointed.

Nice 5* star right at the beach. They have a new building with familly suites which have a seperate kids area with bunk beds and TV. Restaurants are great too and so are the pools. The family building have great pools for little kids.
We stayed here for our Honeymoon in Nov 2017. Great ambience, Great location and Excellent service!

This is the best hotel resort I have ever been to. Great in every aspect, the private beach bay, the pool, their hospitality, the food, the rooms with awesome sea facing views...infinity on the praising list. Just amazing in a single word.
Service of the restaurant was horrible. We waited for our romantic dinner for 2hrs on Valentine's day. After repeated request to bring food, the staffs were reluctant. Finally, we had to walk out without having the main course. We booked and paid for the dinner beforehand. Our money, time and evening was fully wasted. Very bad experience.
Booked a room with two double beds for me, wife and 2 kids, sea view. Got room with one double bed and one single. Complained to manager but only solution from their side was smaller room in near by building with two double beds but view on backyard building wall, no bath in room. So we stayed in first room,me and wife sharing bed with one of our kids. Minibar is not replanished for 4 ( !!) Days. After 3 days Informed staff on reception but no action was taken. Spoke again next day, lets see.. In yard between hotel and sea side construction work going on , perforator was working till 10 pm.Sound was wounderfull. Rest is ok, good breakfast, friendly staff, good location. I would not call it 5 star hotel.

Amazing, relaxing the staff were really helpful and everything was very professional.
Best place for family with kids. Everything was perfect, the beach for kids playing sands, kids pool with slides and water splash, kids play ground and games, kids club, speed boat and foot massages were all included in the package we took for the promo. We had an upgraded room to junior suite as we noted in the booking request. Staffs were all following Covid protocols. It was quite though, iu very recommend to stay here for you guys who have kids.
Rooms are dated, bathroom was not so clean. On the beach was a lot of plastic garbage.
