What I have to say? There was miss communication and miss understanding between us but The Front Office Manager has been fixed up all miss understanding. They are willing to give their best that they can do for their guest. Sometime miss understanding is happen every where, as long as we have good willing to fix it then everythings will be fine. Good job. Thank you for Grand Mirage Management and its Front Office Manager, your willingness really appreciate. I hope I can stay here again and again in the future. Wish all the best for Grand Mirage & Thalasso Resort. Keep good services. Have a nice week end for all.
