The Hotel is Old... but clean and tidy with nice pool.

Great place for families! Great kids club and awesome pools! Rooms are excellent! Views to beach amazing, feels like you re on an island not in Bali . Prices are expensive inside compared to outside so you need to toss up how much you will spend in there whether it s worth to get all inclusive. We didn t band we re glad because restaurants inside were bit on the ordinary. Drinks not worth their prices either. Breakfast was good but no taste don t know what was going on there. Lunch by the pool in family wing was amazing, best pizza !! Never the less great place to stay!

Excellent is too little a word to discribe my stay at the Grand Mirage, have stayed there twice first time on my own and second time round took few mates and just counting down to time when I can stay again

Really good resort. Very big and lots of activities are done by resort. Will be stay here next time. Everything is good there. Value for money.

Indian restaurant food is below average and doesnot taste anything close to Indian food.

Had a fabulous time here and the service, food, activities were terrific.
The staff were always very friendly, helpful and attentive.
I had my wife and 2 teenage daughters (14 and 18) with me and they all enjoyed every aspect of the hotel ... apart from leaving the terrific resort and beautiful island.

It was awesome with the kids. We didnt have to put any thought in planning for our day. Chef Vinod was excellent and he gave us great food. His menu choice for the buffet breakfast was quite good.

It's an upgrade hotel in Bali. Backside of this resort is beach and whole surroundings are well landscaped. The interior is done based on the Bali culture and each and every corner we feel the touch of the Bali mythology. Regarding the maintenance aspects there are few negatives otherwise every thing ok.

Great beach location with many food places within walking distance. .. including Starbucks

I stayed three night. Large room, near the beach. Restaurants are quite far away from hotel. Have a plan to go there with my family during summer.

Nusa Dua there is no opponent dear online, it's hard to pick up here

Had problem with check in... We booked 3 months in advance but they didn't have the rooms ready and we came there at 4pm (they said check in is on 3 pm) and made us wait for another hour until they have room.

But breakfast was amazing especially the Indian food and bacon. The pool is really clean too and the staff was friendly.

Bingits cool. It's a shame to get a room in an old building ...

Nice place, The beach is out of the world.

They are a bit low on Indian food options.

Customer service and staff is very helpful.

Take out some time to spend on the resort itself.

Hospitality is not good in this hotel ..
room allotted has very small bathroom.chekin was delayed and above all not having courteous attitude.house keeping reluctant to serve.we just checked in in 2201 room ,I have booked room many days back even then the room was not ready at time of check-in up to 4 O clock .and I have booked room for 3person ,only one water bottle is given

Hotel well located, clean but a little cure refreshment would not hurt.

So chilling. Go all inclusive and take the hassles away

Average staff, pool menu in family wing was lacking in choice and value.

Amazing rooms, exceptional service, fitting beach side location with amazing pool facilities. Great food all round with an unmatched breakfast buffe. Can't commend enough.

I love the cost, suffix and service at Bali hotels.

After breakfast, you can experience things you never do in Japan, such as beach volleyball, with people from various countries in the pool, pool aerobics every day and diplomatic people you don't know.

The hotel staff is wonderful and the beach is beautiful.

The cleanliness of the rooms is moderate, and the marine sports enthusiasts at the beach are too severe. I will go to the airport in a few hours after check out, but I do not have to say that I am sorry to have kept the taxi with no checkout information. I am dissatisfied with the reception.

Great family resort. Especially the Family Paradise. Rizal from the pool is a top bloke and made our kids feel very welcome and included. Lots of areas for little and big children. Private beach. Would go back.

Spacious room. This hotel has lovely beach, kids club, there is also xbox console in kids facility. The breakfast is wonderful.

We stay for 6 days and everyday we love it !!! Staff are friendly and helpful always make sure we have what we need.
Breakfast have a huge selections and am so trill with "jamu" , omelet bar and bakso. Food are amazing.
Hotel location close to everything, water sport, jimbaran seafood dinner, all this gorgeous beaches .. melasti, pandawa, padang padang , dreamland and garuda wisnu kencana.
Definitely recommend and would love to stay again in our next visit !!!

Overlooking the sea such scenic beauty loved it to the core

I stayed 20th oct 2019 to 26th, excellent sea view accommodation, tastefully breakfast, beach view arrangements good

The facilities are great, the swimming pool is good, there is also a mini waterboom that is very suitable to bring your family. The hotel is just right to see the sunrise.

main hotel still under renovation. so stay at the hotel for the family. overall okay. friendly staff, clean rooms, adequate parking, okay facilities. but at the end of my room why is the parquet like mold? does not cause anything but rich is not okay in my eyes.

The place is overall very nice. We had opted for a romantic dinner on beach...food was relatively good. However, the service can be improved as the tables set on beach are quite isolated and thus needs proper attention.

All inclusive gold package only way to go, Deka doing service around pool area is awesome always happy and knows his cocktails, off which he made me plenty in our week there love this place back for sure one day

Went there for candlelight dinner by beach.

It was pathetic.
The staff and the food both were pathetic.
Wasted our time .
Could not give even 1 star

Was ok. The pools are beautiful and the kids club is good. However I expected a lot more for the price, the rooms are loud, without side building noise our children could not sleep.paint fumes come in through the vents. The all inclusive package was good for food however watch out for the local alcohol as it had a terrible flavor and made my wife sick. But average for 5 stars.

Great hotel, good look. Great breakfast and good choices of restaurants. Cleanliness okay. I only had problems at the check inn as I had booked a twin room and only had bed home..and it took almost 1 hour until resolved. No more attentive staff. Good value for money

Overall fine ... but, the food is average, drinks too. There is no place to eat at night. Near many shops, I had to go there sometimes. Fortunately, there are many cafes nearby. The beach did not like. The sand is brownish, the ocean too)

Stay at Ocean view Room. Decent size rooms. Many amenities within the property. Good for family stay. Kids will enjoy property. Indian food is good. Indian breakfast also available. Jain food for breakfast is bit an issue.
Kids play area and mini water park in new family building. It was not informed to us by anyone. We found it much later. No free shuttle service provided by hotel as mentioned on their website and room service room. Indian hotels nearby provide free pick up and drop or free delivery of food at hotel.

Excellent place to relax on the beachside, however it is in Nusa Dua which is quite far away from majority of attractions in Bali.

Amazing view from the resort...good amenities...amazing food.. Specially the Indian restaurant was mind-blowing

Stayed here in April and it was wonderful. The AC unit in our room was broken, however, staff was incredibly accommodating and quickly moved us to a new room. We stayed in a balcony unit overlooking the pool and ocean, and it was beautiful. Great atmosphere if you are traveling with a large group or family. Fun, lively vibes where you can chat with other guests. No mosquito bites while we were there. Great food selection at the restaurants and pools weren't overly crowded. Loved the swim-up bar. Would recommend to anybody!

The best hotel in Benoa area. We stayed in Beach view room with stunning view of the beach.Hospitality is just awesome. Food and drinks are reasonably priced for a 5 star hotel. Best thing about the hotel are the wide range of indoor and outdoor activities. Lot of restaurants just outside the hotel. I Recommend a five star rating.
