Nice place to stay w/family, nice swimming pool,very nice view,and staf very welcome

Great, it was so much fun I didn't want to go back to Japan
There are some attractions in the sea that you cannot do in Japan. I went up on the stage and my skin was ragged by the sunburn
In the first place, I will float when I come from Japan in winter to summer
Well, there is little overcasting inside the hotel premises!

Great hotel in bali. We can say its like one of the best of bali. It has its personal beach, personal water sports and many more. There are many activities going on here for the people a must go hotel if libing in Bali.

I had a great experience! The food was great. Breakfast was included during my stay .The hotel was very clean and the employees were very friendly. The employees also stopped by to see if my guests and I needed any extra towels. We had access to the beach, several pools, and entertainment for adults and children. There are restaurants and massage places near by if you do not want to use the hotel's restaurants or massage places. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Was very disappointed in our stay here. This place would suit young families who are looking for a one stop shop, where the kids are entertained and that s all that matters. There are two parts to the hotel where one is the family wing which is modern & clean, we unfortunately stayed in the older wing deluxe garden view but we struggled to find anything deluxe. The room was shabby, with two single beds pushed together for our deluxe bed which felt similar to sleeping on a plank of wood. House keeping lacked and appeared to get worse the longer we stayed. There was no book in the room to detail the room service, resort amenities etc - when we enquired about it we were told they had run out . This is not a place to really come & relax, there were large groups of tourists arriving and departing at all hours of the night waking up every room in their path. The rooms aren t very soundproof and could hear literally everything, including guests going to the bathroom next door. The resort entertainment included pumping music all day and the loudest singers and band until 10.30pm. One Main pool, which was ok - but could never get a daybed. The food was very underwhelming and we are glad we didn t do the all inclusive as found US $75 per person very expensive, and opted for great restaurants in the area instead. Having spent a few times in Nusa Dua before , and stayed at other places- I would not come back again. Did. It live up to its 5 star, more 3 star. The price tag we spent absolutely did not deliver

Very nice rooms, right on the beach, great property and amenities for kids, Italians restaurant on beach can have more options or can be a great barbeque place as well..

Nice resort, great location and good facilities . Had a wonderful holiday with the family.the kids club was wonderfull , my kids 3 &6 had a great time and enjoyed the activities.

They wouldn't fix the sliding door to the balcony that my 1 year old could open. They don't mop the floors of the rooms, makes me wonder how clean the rooms really are. If you don't get all inclusive the staff make you feel like a second class citizen.

The rooms left to be desired to be a 5 star hotel. The breakfast buffet is spectacular, there is a lot to choose from. And the hotel in general is beautiful. The part of the pool and access to the beach are very good.

Friendly staff, breakfast and lunch good, all inclusive dinner OK, service and drinks good, not too crowded, rooms decent. Price not too high. Would recommend to others

Yesterday, 26-12-2020 happened to get a job delivering food for guests in room 309.
As usual, I stepped into the Lobby to leave a food order at the reception as requested by the guest.
But security was intercepted and asked to turn over the jacket with an attribute (whereas I was wearing a plain jacket) and I was prohibited from carrying a Food Bag because there was an attribute logo. In fact, I was asked to use a plastic / plastic bag, which is against the regulations of the Environmental Service and is regulated by the Bali Provincial Regulation. Is the security here not equipped with sufficient knowledge and courtesy ... ??

Very friendly staff. Generally all people in Bali are excellent.very friendly , respectful ,geniune , does not bother you while walkig n the street. I will come again. Weather is 32c today and I got sunburn.

Beautiful building and classy pool space, but:
as early as the first evening dinner blew the fuse. The food was incredibly bad, as evidenced by the fact that the next day he was in bed, recovering. The prices in Pest are still tolerated (everything is double that of Ubud), but the quality does not even come close to what is experienced in the jungle. Pineapple juice, for example, is a brain water f * s. Fish & chips in a crispy fur with an oil-soaked waste of mirelite french fries. How many stars is the place? Also, after finding this catch, we ask where is what we read on the menu because half is missing from the plate. Smiling, apologizing request and then "unfortunately sold out" response. They barely speak English, this is dampened by their kindness, but even this in a few patients lying in the brain.
We didn't risk the dessert anymore, it's not a big strength anyway.
The room is beautiful anyway, but the beds are not very comfortable. The pool is ok, but the shore is garbage in places and the water isn t the cleanest either.
Wi-fi is barely connected and even then dew is weak.

We haven't stayed at the resort yet but hope it is worth the $650 per night that we are paying for a standard package. When I booked through their website I had the conversion rate set to AUD, once processed through my credit card they had charged me approx $900 more than what was on their site, which was the same as their all inlcusive rate without the all inclusive! Their only explanation was that their prices were in USD and my bank had charged me $900 conversion... however i had the price displayed in AUD not US. I then asked if we would be provided with all inclusive as we had paid that price and was told no I would have to pay an additional $75 per person per night.

In general, the hotel is very good. I rented a suite that was luxurious and its views were magnificent, but the flaw in this hotel is poor, the lower restaurant, whether in breakfast or dinner, there are two other restaurants, one on the beach and the other in the second, which is Italian.
The good thing about this hotel is that it overlooks the water games coast, and I would not recommend risking an experience except for those who are able to swim
The hotel overlooks a main street at the back and has a number of restaurants, supermarkets, cashiers and cash machines

They serve samosa in starter.. Food was very bad. Salad was not fresh. Being so high rated food taste was pathatic .. In short the worst candle light dinner i ever had.. And very poor service.. Beach side is dirty with lots of mosquito.

Nice place for hanging with your love. Candlle light dinner alnog side thr beach gives you the most romantic experience.

Just popped in for a drink but pleasantly surprised that the cost was not inflated. Enjoyed our visit.

Don't consider going here, major renovations done from about 7am to 7pm...our entire 8 day stay we had to endure constant grinding and jackhammering...not so much as a notification for these works to be done or an apology from management. We especially chose to holiday in Nusa Dua due to the relaxed atmosphere. They are quick to pick up that you are not dining at their restaurants and quick to send discounts on their rediculously priced buffet's...bad Grand Mirage, really bad. This spoilt our entire stay. Not to mention your outdated rooms.

Vast infrastructure, nicehospitality, Good food- indian cuisine. Private beach, Spa, Big Pool, Party club and Sports amenities. A bit old infrastructure, under renovation.

We spend 5 days in this resort and feel like we are in heaven! Especially we have taken the inclusive package you dont even need to step out of the resort, just enjoy all the free flow of drinks and food in there! To be honest we dont get too high expectations on the food as they are inclusive, give you a thought that the food is in low quality, but instead, we have tried 5 of the restaurants and none of them will disappoint you! Especially the Indonesian restaurant located in the Family side resort (Ibu Kitchen). Food is extremely tasty and especially the service is very attentive! Dont miss out this resort as 100% you will have a great time with your family! Thank you Grand Mirage you have made our first trip to Bali felt so impressed!!!
P.s. The foam party and the super friendly customer service are the great highlights of our trip!!

The most luxurious hotel we have ever had! Clean and comfortable suite, the staff is kind! Breakfast buffet with Chinese, Thai, Indian, Balinese, English dishes! I can recommend to everyone!

Fantastic view of the beach, arrangement of candle light dinner was one of the best thing during our stay.

Our first 4 nights was at the Grand Mirage Resort. We had friendly service and never needed to ask twice if we needed anything. Even though they are busy with some renovations it was never an inconvenience, the pool is lovely and has a bar (coconut bar) where you can ask for young fresh coconut drinks which was one of the highlights for me. We relaxed and enjoyed good food. Thank you Grand Mirage for making our holiday very special. PS. We don't have kids but this place has amazing activities for kids to enjoy as well so if you have kids, do your self the favour!

Great place to spend your holiday with your beloved family

Parking for guests who drive motorbikes is very bad. Not to mention the poor service. Do you have to bring moge to be served well?

Great staff great. Room we were in needed a refurb but overall very comfortable. All inclusive hotel and food was decent great if you have a family. Facilities pretty good too can use 2 hotels next to each other. Chinese restaurant was great

Good Hotel but they are not customers centric for the price you pay. I had double the value for half the price in Ubud. Considering its a family destination they should do more in terms of kids activities. Also meals very not the best at breakfast or the Indian restaurant. All the restaurants on site are way too expensive, hence you can't make this a one stop destination for a relaxed holiday. Taxi service was 7 times the Uber or Grab taxi.

The best Hotel in Bali. The all inclusive is must have. Great staff and great facilities! Keep improving and be the best

I was here for a wedding. Was well worth the 22 hours of flight time.

It is a pleasure to put in thalasso pool while looking at the sea. More than expected, the momentum of the jet is great satisfaction.

It's nice family hotel with large pool and near beach.
The room is quite big with ocean view.
Breakfast is nice with mix of western, indonesia, chinese and indian food.
Has a plenty sport facilities indoor and outdoor.

I WANT TO GIVE THIS NO STARS

This hotel is one of the worst hotels I ve been to, the water was cold and brown, the beds were dirty and there was a spider in it on arrival. The rooms were filthy and the bathroom had mold all over it. I felt uncomfortable when entering the room and when complaining to the receptionist they didn t even apologize and said to get an improvement we had to pay extra. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, it should have no stars not five.
