Great experience so far, food is pretty good and a lot of activities for my family

I went to Bali for the first time.
The hotel room was clean overall, but if you look closely, you can see some parts of the repair that are a little sweet, but it is a caress.
The hotel staff is very nice and helpful and there is a staff who can speak Japanese but not every day.
The plan is all-inclusive, and you can eat the restaurants in the hotel for free wherever you go. It was very difficult to eat rupiah because it was difficult to calculate rupiah.
In addition, it was advantageous because there were several free Thalasso Spa trials and marine activities.
Souvenirs can be purchased at supermarkets and convenience stores such as cocomates rather than DFS, so please use them.
It was so fun that I would like to use this hotel someday.

We booked 2 weeks invlusive. Im usually not the one to just hang around and do nothing, but i loved it on this holiday. The waiters at the pool restaurant are lovely and always morivated you get you a drink. Just shake you empty glas in the air and they'll bring a new one. Feels like beeing a king.
It was a bit windy though, but that made the inclusive windsurfing much more fun.
I can only recommend to go all inclusive if you want to have a relaxing holiday.

Beautiful hotel (not very modern), varied food, splendid view, with "All exclusive" drinks are at will, you can drink in the pool cocktails (thanks to the bar), very nice !!!
Activities (for "All inclusive") are very good (kayak, bikes ...).
The playroom is also very good for children to relax in the evening (open until 0:00).
Without forgetting to see (not organized by the hotel) the jewelery UC Silver which is a very beautiful jewelery (with visit workshop) of gold and silver, the prices vary between 50 and several millions of euros.

The balcony opens for 2 minutes to the beach, no regrets in this life!

Stayed here on my recent stay to Bali with family. I was upgraded free to the ocean view room and I was amazed to see the efficiency of staff at the reception. What amazing experience. The staff in all departments here is just perfect and automated. You can always see them around there to help you. No matter where you are in this huge resort. Pools are amazing and beach in the hotel is awesome and there too you have a team to help you. Good food and view and experience and feeling and everything..... these guys are just amazing and you just cannot ask anything more from a hotel.

Very very good service at the breakfast table. Turmeric juice was not available but the staff (pak Wijaya) took the extra effort to fetch one for us (5-10minute walk) from their other property. Many thanks !

Awesome resort, nice beach, very clean rooms and food is delicious. Staff is very friendly and always welcome you with a warm smile. Worth every penny I spent. Definitely will come back next time...

We had you upgrade to suite about honeymoon. It was good to spend leisurely on the beach with a pool aside

The hotel is large and is close to the beach.
So if you want to stay here you don't need to go far "if you want to relax on the beach

Great for the family, not cheap but everything is expensive in Nusa Dua.

Friendly staff, very peaceful and a lot of things to do

Great resort on the water for when you feel like staying in, having cocktails or doing water sports. Not much else around. Best to check that they are still running because I think my wife and I nearly sent them bankrupt with their All Inclusive package

Nice place, my room is romantice ocean view. However, room is a little bit old. The beach is not suitable for swimming due to sea plants.

Very nice. Staff very friendly. When checking in, my room was upgraded to ocean view The room was very clean. Very complete facilities especially for children. So the kids feel at home. I recommend to take the package "all inclusive" krn many advantages that are offered and nothing to lose. The performance at the dinner was amazing, the kids liked it.
For food also varies

Rooms could use a bit of an upgrade, it's a bit outdated, otherwise great service, food and very pleasant staff

I had an excellent experience the staff was friendly, the food was great. Service, out of this world the even do your laundry. I would definitely go again.

The hotel is not calm and a strong smell of fish on the beach and the sea and very cloudy

Lovely place to stay with lovely beach with kids waterpark. Perfect place for family holiday destination when they're going to Bali.

There are some reasons why I would not call this a 5 star resort. The room wasn't cleaned properly when we checked in. The mini bar was stocked with the lower grade beers and snacks. Also in the last week of our stay it seemed that the level of cleaning deteriorated for example the bar fridge was not stocked properly and the cleaning was not up to scratch.

To be fair i have to comment on the good things as well. First the bad. When we arrived at the hotel we needed to swipe our credit card used to pay for the booking. There was a problem with the hotels card machine and it kept on returning an incorrect pin error. The attitude from the concierge manager was less than helpful which resulted in us having to make expensive calls to our bank who couldn't assist because the issue was with the card machine used by the hotel. This was unnecessary as we have just made a 22 hour commute from South Africa and just wanted to have shower and relax.

This started our trip on a bad footing but on the positive side there were many reasons why I would return. The food at the resort was second to none. The variety was great ranging from Indian, Thai, Chinese, Australian, Indonesian, Italian and American. There are more than 5 restaurants on the resort and with the gold all inclusive option you could eat at all of them and have access to 24 hour room service. Drinks are included in the gold all inclusive except the hard tack was to local whiskies and vodkas which was the only downside. We stayed for 14 nights and never got tired of the food.

The service from the room service and restaurant staff were impeccable. Nothing was ever an issue.

Our main reason to book the resort was that it was away from the hustle and bustle of Bali which it lived up to. The beach was private to hotel guests and those that were staying at the neighbouring hotels. We were travelling with a 2 year old and the kids club was a great benefit. It cost us 18 dollars per hour for a baby sitter. Kids over 4 can stay at the kids club for free till 5pm.

With the all inclusive came massages and access to water sports. Free laundry 2 items per person per night. The hotel shuttle offered free trips to the shipping centres and to the airport. There is a gym on the premises and a games room. There are 2 large pools that caters to the main resort and family paradise which is the other part of the resort. The hotel has its own live entertainment at dinner time almost every day.

i would definitely return. Maybe the concierge staff can brush up on their customer service skills and perhaps the cleaning can be improved. But all round a very good stay and I would definitely recommend if you are travelling with kids.

I was very disappointed with our stay. There is basically no WiFi in rooms or public areas despite advertising it does. Extremely unhelpful staff, the hotel is seperated in two halves that are quite far apart. They both have a reception but the one on the family side is next to useless, so you will have to take the hike to the other hotel to organise anything. Every meal we had at the hotel had some kind of mistake or wrong meal brought to the table. Restaurants where understaffed. Left waiting far to long to be served or to be able to leave and pay the bill, and the food was of poor quality and not the cheapest. The only thing we enjoyed was the buffet breakfast which was really good.

Guest can't bring friend to room, should pay charge 50$/ night...

Rooms were not thoroughly cleaned especially under the beds. The food at the restaurants are unnecessarily expensive. The pool area closes at 8pm (downer)

The place is starting to get old but is like a well rested wine - full of charms.
Great all included option with a number of restaurants to choose from.
One major con is the sea shore since water level drops radically and sometimes you can only walk on the sea base.

Grand Miraje is nice ocean view property and also nice pool , garden. Property ( room need maintenance such as bathroom door , shower etc) . Staff are so nice.

This is a fantastic resort. 5 Star for sure. Many activities. Great service.

Rooms nd serve good. But vegetarian breakfast options not much. No Anniversary surprise in free. No cake given when it was requested then also. Which was very bad.

The Resort is centrally situated with lots if shops, restaurants, cafes message parlours all walking distance from the resort.
The staff were courteous, smiling and polite. The Resort was spotless, and the pool area, and the adjoining facilities were well maintained. The gardens are well manicured. The beach requires more shady areas.
The rooms need to be cleaned quicker. The function rooms and hall were of high class. Lots of entertainment for the children and adults. The restaurants caters for all tastes. The breakfast in the morning was very good, with big variety and catering for all.
All in all very good resort for the family.

Everything about this place is grand..the beach..pools... eating areas and especially the facilities and activities for kids is mind blowing,so if u planning a vacation with your kids it's "THE PLACE"..rooms need a bit more of lighting..

A hotel that is suitable for family vacations, because there are lots of places to play for children, there is also a swimming pool for full children's toys, really kids friendly, this hotel ... the rooms are spacious, there are rooms for their own children in the kids suite / junior suite

Very surprised at the reception during check-in, as the reception manager demanded 200 USD as refundable deposit. Unusal.
Agreed to wave off this condition on the ground thst all bills to be settle in cash.
