The view from the room is good, and you can feel the wonderful morning sun with your whole body on a clear morning.
The rooms are large and clean, and the satisfaction is great considering the amount of accommodation.
Private showers are fixed and can cause the floor to be submerged if not used.
As water is a valuable area, there is a part that I can not help, but I also felt that the water pressure was lacking.

The staff were all kind and gave me most of the requests I asked.
The staff at the reception were fluent in English.
At midnight, there was an accident that the card key could not be clear and I could not get into the room, but when I informed the situation, I was given a spare card key and got a thing.
(Some Japanese staff members can speak Japanese.)

If you are not good at eating oil, I think it is a menu that you can generally enjoy.
Room service is also good, so if you are not good at restaurant crowding, it's a good idea to select room service.
It was very convenient because there was an all-inclusive option to use several restaurants near the hotel.
The Chinese restaurant located a few minutes away from the hotel was delicious with many menus familiar to Japan.
There was a convenience store just a short walk away and it was convenient.
It's a bit confusing, but there is also a shop that can buy SIM cheaply at a 5-minute walk.

I cannot Express how disappointed and angry I am with the hotel and the staff. From the moment I arrived until now I have encountered one disappoint problem every step of the way. When I arrived I went to the check in counter, while waiting I did not receive a welcome drink or greeting. The receptionist said I must give him credit card for deposit, but the receptionist next to him did not require the couple to give him a credit card for a deposit. The guests simply said I dont want to and the receptionist said okay. After giving the receptionist my passport and credit card he told me my room was not ready so I must wait. However there were no open seats in the lobby for me to sit down. So I went outside to sit on the stairs leading to the lobby. To my surprise I saw my luggage still sitting there after 20 minutes with no security around, completely unattended. So I continue to sit outside for 20 more minutes because i did not want my luggage unattended. 40 minutes after my arrival my luggage was collected, at which time I was suppose to receive a luggage tag but I did not. Since my luggage had been collected I went back inside the lobby to try to find an open seat, but there were not any. Once again to my surprise my luggage sat there in the lobby for anyone to take. So I find a place close to my luggage to stand and keep an eye on it. After another 20 minutes of this I went back to reception and was told my room still was not ready. At least this time I found a chair to sit on. 15 minutes later I went to the guest manager and explained my situation, including the fact that I have type 1 diabetes and require insulin which was packed in my luggage. Not only did I not want to open my luggage and tear it apart to find my insulin I did not want to give myself an injection in a lobby full of people. She say one minute, one minute, one minute. Clearly she was not listening to a word I was saying. She walked to the reception counter and after 5 minutes she returned saying I now have a room and they even upgrade me to room with partial sea view. Now I am beyond angry because I booked and paid for a room with a sea view and suddenly I get get downgraded while they pretend to do me a favor. Once I get a room that is supposedly what I paid for, though I doubt it, I find two twin beds pushed together when, once again I booked a room with a queen bed. So now I am in a room that has dead bugs on the floor, that has two twin beds shoved together, and smells funny. This is not a 5 star resort. I assume the no refund policy is because people come to realize this and want to leave immediately. Just like I do.

Do not recommend. The hotel is very dated. Nothing works well. Staff is not courteous. On the day of our check out water stopped in the middle of a shower. Front desk sent a plumber who did absolutely nothing. After a while water dripped a little from the shower but not warm but ice cold water. One plus is that it's on the beach. Food wasn't great either. If you plan to stay longer and have small kids I'd recommend it. It's value for money. The concierge desk too is very expensive. Try tours outside. Again the money changer gives you a bad rate. Again try outside for better rates. Will not be staying here again.

It was our second stay at Grand Mirage and it was just as great as our first trip.It was lovey that so many employees remembered us. It made us feel very special. We were taken to the VIP room upon arrival and a lovely flower bouquet was delivered to our room, welcoming us back.
Once again, we would like to personally thank the wonderful dining room ladies for always starting our mornings of with such good energy. They are Dina,
Ayu Ratnasih, Sulasih, Suratni, Suciani and Mariani.
We are also safe in saying that the Grand Mirage has the BEST beach in that strip.

To travel with children is the right one, possibly the only one in the area. But you can play in the secluded area of the hotel. The beach is possibly the worst in Bali. Also, it faces east, forgets the spectacular sunsets of Bali. Half luxury. Stop the price is the most appropriate of the springs. In Spain it would not be a resort or 5 stars, it would be a good hotel.

We had the most pleasant stay in this hotel. Travelling with two children younger than five does not come without challenges but the hotel with its friendly and attentive staff made it all easy for us. The General Manager made sure guests were informed of the daily activities offered by the hotel. Food and drinks were superb, amenities excellent, pools always on point, plus a relaxing ambiance all made this family trip worthwhile. We loved staying at both the Garden and Ocean view rooms. We are glad we chose Bali, and that we chose Grand Mirage & Thalasso Bali resort. We can t ask for more. Come and enjoy your stay as much as we did.

My family & I have just returned from a 2 week stay at the Grand Mirage Family Paradise with all inclusive. Without a doubt, this has been the best family holiday we've had.

Facilities
Facilities throughout the resort were what you would expect of a 5 star resort. We predominantly spent the majority of our time in the newly built Family Paradise section and as a young family, we could not ask for any more. The waterpark for children, pools, poolside service, playgrounds, watersports and Kids Club facilities made it a breeze to keep our 3 year old entertained. In fact there was so much to do that he crashed into bed early every night! Would in particular like to say thanks to Kartono at the pool for his language lessons - was really nice to meet you! Also the lifeguards for continually sliding with Ollie - he thinks you guys are awesome!!

Kids Club
The newly built kids club facility is sensational when coupled with the daily activities. My little boy had the absolute time of his life playing, interacting and making new friends. The staff at kids club are wonderful - I could not thank them enough for the time they spent looking after our child and always going above and beyond.

I would have no qualms what so ever recommending the Grand Mirage based on their Kids Club alone. In particular I would like to personally thank Shinta & Agun - Oliver was so sad to leave you guys today and is telling everyone about how much fun he had & how you are his best friends!

Room
We were in a Queen Double with ocean views - room was brand new and well appointed. In room WiFi is free, however, is a bit slow and you will have to continually sign in to the portal.

Service
The service staff at this Hotel are sensational. Genuine friendliness and willingness to help & accommodate. The staff are very family focussed and love interacting with children. We had no dramas what so ever for our entire stay - staff were only too happy to accommodate the few small requests we made. 10/10!!

Food / Beverages
Multiple restaurants with an ever changing menu. The variety and quality of food was very good and we always felt we were spoilt for choice.

As we went all inclusive there was piece of mind not having to worry about what ordered - this was especially great when it came to beer & cocktails by the pool!

We were very sad to leave this morning as we had such a wonderful family holiday filled with fantastic memories. So much so that we have booked again for the same time next year!!

Thank you to all the staff at Grand Mirage.

Mark, Rebecca & Oliver.

I wish someone had provided a more specific review...

I wish someone had provided a more specific review before I stayed at this resort, so here is what you need to know before booking:
- This resort is mainly suitable for kids & families or big group of people who don t mind a noisy environment while on holiday
- Despite having two separate buildings, screaming kids are everywhere
- Rama live entertainment in the outdoor area of the resort is super-loudly playing music every night from 7 to 11pm
- Rooms are dated with minor renovation
- The room service menu doesn t have much varieties

However, if you don t have any issues with the above, here are the positives:
- Very polite & attentive staff
- Amazing breakfast
- Great location, right on the beach with a few swimming pools
- Good gym facility
- Water activities
- Good wifi

Huge 5 star property just on the beach in Nusa Dua.it has private beach , greenery all around with garden. Huge swimming pool with depth from 4 to 6 feet. Sunken bar is also on swimming pool which provides all kind of juices and drinks. Great thing is this resort has one Indian restaurant which is costly, you don't need to go anywhere else if you want to eat Indian foods. Breakfast spread is great.you will get many options in Indian food also like poha, chhole bahture etc.

Mixed feelings. Airport pickup was included in all inclusive which was supposed to be free but when we re on the way to the hotel, the driver pulled over the car and asked us if we pay or if the hotel pay the taxi fee. I don t like I m asked when I m not worried about money. The hotel should have explained drivers if they arrange outside taxi companies.

The hotel could not prepare our room by 2pm and they provided room slippers on the 5th day of our stay suddenly(I think they just forgot to refill new slippers on our first day).

However, I ve seen a lot of staff working really hard to make customers happy during our stay. And the most important thing is that we all enjoyed food and activities of the hotel.
I hope they improve some part but I would like to come back again.

We originally booked the family studio... which upon checking in upgraded to junior suite... as the original room looked over to a rooftop on side way of resort ( was told by staff - that all these room have no view) the junior suite is certainly worth the extra money, with 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms ( including a bath) which the family studios don t have) and we had a ground level which would recommend as had courtyard/pool access and easy access for kids to go to kids rooms and activity ( without them having to use lift or staircase) . The kids pool was good with waterpolo daily and a fun waterslide that the kids loved. Missed out on a few occasions to get a pool chair ( as some many families take more then they need) . The food around the pool is nice ( but did find it a bit pricey).
The buffet breakfast had a great variety and was a lovely thing to wake up to. The beach wasn t inviting for families- you need to walk up to main resort.
The new building doesn t have much balianese feel - as it s very modern. Room was very well stocked, super clean and with lovely bedding.

The worst experience EVER! From average food quality and choice to rock hard beds, slippery bathroom floors (not ideal for children) and surprisingly average customer service, we certainly won't be back. All inclusive package was poor value and 'thalasso' very overpriced. Very disappointed. Saying that kids loved it so... One more thing, prices on website were in US $ so got 'conned' there too...
