The hotel is so very nice... But it's neighbourhood is not aupport it... Shops open in mall near the hotel are few...

A 5 star hotel in the Kemayoran area. The position of the hotel is still 1 complex with Mega Glodok Kemayoran. In the past, this building was not used for hotel purposes but was eventually bought and transformed into a 5 star hotel.

Actually the hotel itself is quite good with a ballroom that is quite large, modern and luxurious decoration plus the air conditioner is very cold.

However 1 negative thing is the parking which is very inadequate. I went here to attend the AC launching event from PT. Daikin AirConditioning Indonesia and finding parking in the basement is very difficult. The outside parking lot is also very full so a lot of parking reaches MGK and it is walking distance to this hotel.

It's really uncomfortable especially when it rains, there is no special road with a roof so it doesn't get caught in the rain.

Hopefully you can think of a better solution for parking in the future.

Comfort and relaxing. Yet the staff not too friendly (not enough smile) but the service quit good. All still ok.

Strategic location. The hotel is good. View from inside the room, towards the city and the main road. Complete facilities. But unfortunately, the food menu is less varied and it feels less suitable for a 4 star hotel. The check in process is also quite long. Hopefully in the future it can be improved.

I'm sure "grand" frills don't guarantee a hotel to be special. But Grand Mercure Kemayoran is an exception. This hotel is truly special.

From the outside, it looks unremarkable, just like other high-rise buildings in Jakarta. Entering the hotel area, the charm starts to differ. Green gardens are neatly arranged and stretches wide. Large enough to provide freshness visually to break down the air pollution around it.

The interior of the hotel lobby feels luxurious. Dark floors combined with golden lighting radiating from the ceiling and walls. The side of the wall is given a touch of lighting like a tree. Artistic. Rows of sofas with colorful cushions complete this luxurious feel.

The lift is cool and spacious. Decorated with mirrors and wooden ornaments. Like not in the elevator.

Look at the size of the room, I had a dream, if the furniture is taken out, it will fit playing full team futsal. I swear the room is as big as a futsal field. Modern minimalist room interior. The facilities are super complete. There is a safe deposit box and mini bar. Dragon fruit and grapes are provided on a table near the sofa. Not bad for starving hunger.

Get a single bed. But a relief for both. Even the three of them, as long as they are thin. The bed and pillows are soft. Only there is no bolster.

Now this is crucial, the bathroom. Clean? Certainly. The door design is unique. Had thought the wardrobe door. The interior is elegant with transparent glass dividers. Stay closed if you are uncomfortable. Bathub no. Hair dryer and complete toiletries are available. This is the first time I am satisfied and like hotel soaps and shampoos. Usually it smells weird. It smells good. Like it.

The most special thing about GMK, in my opinion is the variety of the breakfast menu. Festive and delicious. Like again there are culinary festivals of countries in the world. Starting from traditional menus from Indonesia, India, China, Japan, Europe and America.

There are fried rice, liwet rice, warm, various porridge, various street snacks, various chili sauce, herbs, various juices, curries, European, Indian and American breads, whatever their name is, mayo & cheese sauce, sausage, baby & grilled potatoes, vegetable salad, yogurt, fresh fruits, dim sum, lamien, buns, sushi, miso, tamago, etc. I'm confused about what breakfast.

Have not had the chance to try other hotel facilities such as pool, spa, fitness and bar. Maybe another time. Anyway, GMK Hospitality is special and classy. Two thumbs up for staff service performance. Not in restaurants, lounges, rooms, receptionists, even security. Salute.

I'm here only for the seminar. Sondsystem is not good. Some x lights went out during the event. Delicious food, varies. Comfortable atmosphere. Cold air conditioner. Clean room. Very good service.

4.5 star hotel with great service, homy ambience, but very very bad phone signal

Love the ambiences and staffs all very helpfull. Unfortunately, the chef buffet forgot to smile and say "enjoy the meal etc" bcs you know small talk means so big.

The fan speed of the air condition not balance, even it's set to LOW the speed still blows in HIGH mode.

Overall the service is ok the place is really cool too ... ,, recommend it. If you plan to spend the night here, the food also has a lot of menu choices, for the conference room actually the place is ok other other facilities too ok just coincidentally the room that we use the air conditioner turns off right again the event took place, it took a long time until the participants came out because of the heat, for this person frankly a little disappointed huh ..

Been here for a workshop. The meeting room are spacious and luxurious. The prayer room is located in the same floor next to toilet. Everything looks clean and fragrant.

I am impressed by the taste of all foods served, the snacks in coffee break and also the lunch menu. Unfortunately i forget to take a pict of them. Good job chef and team!

Good hotel in Kemayoran area. there are 2 entrances, you can pass the mall or directly to the main lobby. The lobby is very beautiful.

The location is strategic, easily accessible from all directions the direction of the wind ...

Only, for guests carrying motorbikes, the parking is slow, it's hard, hehehehe.

Amazing food at the resteraunt. Service at the front desk needs improvement. Check in took over 20 mins!
We asked for a car to be arranged for my family, were told it will take 15 mins; 30 mins later were told it will take another hour!
Rooms are clean and moderately sized.

Great room/bed (but somehow felt d aircon is sometimes hot n sometimes cold). The swimming pool is nice, my kid want to swim forever :D))) and ah.. we got complimentary drink on arrival day :)
