The Hotel rooms and lobby were very nice. Check-in was quite fast, for checking-in a big group.
Location is perfect if you re attending the nearby Exhibition Centre.

My room though had a bad smell for the whole duration of the stay( something like sewage smell ).
Even though breakfast had a wide variety of choices, we couldn t really find much to eat compared to the usual continental breakfast in other hotels.
People in general in the whole country, not only in the hotel,are very welcoming and helpful. If you ll ask anyone to show you the way to an elevator for example, they would walk you all the way until the elevator and not only point the direction.

Definitely one of underrated hotels in Jakarta. First time i came here because of seminar and i dont know about this place. This is truly great amazing Hotels u can find in North Jakarta, especially because the moment of Asian Games. The ballroom quite nice and simple, but quality of the food is very mesmerizing for me, good for Indonesian like me. Service was very nice too and the employee very great. Also u can see the better structure building and VAC quite nice for me. If the price not so expensive (haha), better u can booking in this hotel if u are looking near Jiexpo and airport Soekarno Hatta.

We had a pleasant stay. Comfy room, good selection of breakfast. Very close to surrounding Kemayoran business areas.

Attending a wedding Golden wedding is located in LT 27, the uppermost LT in the grand Mercury hotel can see the jkt of the place.

For motorized parking riders to be too difficult to drive

Good hotel..but the design of the bathroom door blocked the door to the msuk room ...

It's actually good, it's just that it's a pity that at that time we were hampered by a check-in.
Somehow the check-in process which should only be briefly turned out to take a long time.
From the check-in schedule at 1:00 p.m. it turns out we haven't got a room yet.
Just starting at 16.00 there are rooms available, and even then only 2 rooms.
After that also still have to wait a long time to get the next room.
Even more surprising was that one of my entourage had a room that was being renovated.
The check-in process just finished at night.
I forgot the total number of rooms that our group used for more than 10 rooms.
Not finished there, the next day there was also a problem again, suddenly some rooms could not be accessed anymore. When asked he said only book 1 day.
I don't know how many times our group complained to the manager.

I haven't book a room in the hotel, I just drop by at the lobby. The desain and furniture are luxurious. The toilet is clean

The hotel is good clean. Take the classic room for a long time, just suggest the HR of the Grand Mercure Class, the friendliness of the staff and the parking are still standard, the same as the parking lot will go up when the turn is up narrow times

Check in/out were very smooth, nice and spacious room for Grand Mercure, comfortable bed, fast wifi, basic ammenities, so-so breakfast, good for short stay. The staff(s) in the reception area were not really friendly. The only friendly lady were the Restaurant's greeter. Do not mind to stay again on my next visit to Jakarta.

Comfortable hotel and suitable for holiday needs ...

Everything was good, only 1 thing made my stay feel less ... from many room types, only the suite type has a bathtub.

The mattress and pillows are comfortable, the room atmosphere is also good. Cleanliness OK. Complete hotel facilities.

It can be seen clearly from Jalan Kemayoran, a magnificent building, adjacent to the Mega Glodok Kemayoran (MGK) shopping center.

A hotel that is clean, clean, comfortable & good service. Located one complex with shopping center & automotive MGK Kemayoran. Easy to access with private vehicles, as well as public (taxis & cars online). Quite close to the toll road & towards Soekarno Hatta Airport.

Good food option. Good place for meeting or hold an event. They have some meeting rooms. It's usually crowded in the restaurant when lunch time. Great room available here.

The building is unique ,, the interior is really cool..touch of wood ..
Go there to attend the bday celebration ponakan.. it turns out the venue is on the 27th floor..really really nice view from there..recommended for the evening celebration..and the staff is very friendly ..

This is really great hotel to stay in Jakarta. Great price for the service and facilities. Rooms are big and comfortable.

Great hotel for a tourist, facility for the room is good, but sorry i don t take a picture of that room, cuz i forgot that. But overall for the room it was great.

The ballroom is nice to you for any gathering. If you want to make a small gathering you can use small room on 27th floor. That a great room too.

For food i think this hotel make improved from the last year i came. Good food and appetizers :).
