Great location, have big ballroom and lot of parking space.

Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast served and room were clean and comfortable. Especially to mention the WiFi connection is speedy and free.

Arrived at the at hotel at 2 pm, the rooms weren't ready. Had to wait for a couple of hours before we can enter the rooms. No complimentary drinks, and the breakfast is rather bland.

Was great experience for the first came here .I attended seminar here at 5floor and that's great hotel

The hotel has a wonderful effect, the quietest year, the staff cooperation, the cleanness of the toilets and the sheer breadth of it was an experience worth living in terms of luxury and sophistication

The hotel is strategically located not far from the airport. To the city center, Jakarta is not too far away if the traffic is normal. But it's close to Druf Dufan and Ancol. More suitable as a hotel where a business or meeting.

FULL AMAZING Hotel, in the middle of the City, 15 minutes walk to PRJ, 5 minutes to Kemayoran car & spare parts market, RS. Family Partners 5 minutes, MITRA KELUARGA Hospital, SUNTER AGUNG / PODOMORO / JAYA beside MGK (Mega Grosir Kemayoran, To Ancol 5 minutes (Online / Taxi), ANCOL TOL 5 minutes.

Good 5 stars hotel conveniently located near the International Expo Jakarta, and 30-60 minutes away from the international airport (depending on traffic).
Almost everything about the hotel would get -from me - a very positive review, from staff performance to fantastic quality/price ratio. The only little disappointments are linked to buffet breakfast, with trays not getting refilled when empty, and to the noise from the busy roads outside which, at night, can be annoying.
In general though, it was a very good experience.

Just through prayer, it's easy "one day I can stay relaxed here ..."

It is clean and well-equipped like a new building. There is shopping mall nearby and it is convenient not far from airport. However, it is flawed that WiFi is too slow.

Always satisfied when stay at this hotel. One of my favorite hotel. And they have a chill karaoke room at the basement.

I ve always loved going back to Jakarta. Even if a lot of people say that Jakarta is a city of hope , I think it s still one of the best places you should visit when you re in the Indonesia. This time, My Bojo and I decided to stay in Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran, provides easy and convenient access to any part of the city and various destinations.

Strategically located in Kemayoran business district, Sunter and shopping centers, and closest way to culinary area of Kelapa Gading. And the other reason why I chose to stay here was only 5 minutes drive to Kemayoran toll gate and providing easy access to Soekarno Hatta International Airport.

The rooms were so homey which made me want to stay inside the room the whole day. Ha! The rooms were filled with pretty little details and beautiful accent pieces. During my stay, I would usually exclaim Omg, this! or Awww, I missed seeing this! . I needed a place that made me feel like I was home. And I think Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran was able give me that.

But A bit sad for me i m forget to show my Accor Membercard so i don t get any rewards point for my 17days stay there

Good, clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, can fly over view, easy access to visit JIEXPO, breakfast is complete and delicious, spacious breakfast area for many people. Haven't had time to see all the facilities but overall is good.

The rooms are nice and the food is also good, but the service is lacking, many SPVs look lazy to find out the hotel knowledge products

Bad parking facility, too far at basement. Most parking at basement is reserved for the club/karaoke there. Rest of the hotel is good
