My favorite hotel in Jakarta close to city center and suitable for business trip.

Was there last week for a wedding. Nice decor (they already have festive decor in their lobby), friendly & helpful staff. Food was okay, not bad not the best

The hotel is not so big but the restaurant is very spacious. Meal arrangement is very accessible. They preserve on two side of the stall. Fruits are fresh, main course variative

Self service coffee maker, cheese, etc. The room itself quite nice, with common amenities provided. Staffs are friendly, meeting rooms are comfort

The security guard is not friendly ... after dropping down the hunt for a road, even though there is still a car across the valet parking in front

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, water is fast, bfast is decent

They serve so many food and the room is large enough for two persons.

Service is okay .... okay place ... okay facilities ... but only because parking tickets are not registered, not given free parking ... even though the receptionist knows that we stayed there ...
different from the others ... Aston example ... even though we were out of the hotel lobby, the hotel still gave free parking tickets.

Underwhelming, overcrowded. Hard to say much about this hotel, it doesn't feel like a 5 stars hotel whatsoever. Room is fine, bathroom with no bathtub but good shower, after one day it smelt of plumbing. Internet connection is super disappointed, in some parts of the day we couldn't even load basic pages of the web. The so titled full equiped gym didn't have many equipments and missed many basic tools. Pool was tiny and packed of people. Shared sauna. Elevator has the worst song we have ever listened to and it's loud. Staff was friendly. Breakfast area can't handle the amount of people, it's super crowded and feels super uncomfortable, lots of Asian options, ok westerner selection, but too hard finding anything with the amount of people going up and down and the way everything is located. About location, first the hotel doesn't have a proper walking entrance, if you take a taxi/grab, the driver will have to pay 5000 just to enter the complex. The shopping center right near is dead, nothing to do there, you need to go out to find something to do. I don't recommend this hotel at all, I'm sorry.

Value for money for all yoh can eat dinner. However, the foods are so so.. Not too good.

Awesome ... the rooms are spacious, clean and make guests comfortable. It's just a bit horror because there are still a few who stay during the Jakarta tight PSBB period. Haven't tried the swimming pool yet. Next time here again. Recommend

Luxury, according to the price. Lunch menu is better than breakfast. Dirty toilets in public areas within a few hours will be clean again without the need to report to the clerk first.

The accommodation is quite good and comfortable close to the city center, and there is a retoran with a variety of delicious and delicious dishes, both local specialties and foreign cuisine.

The watching satisfaction of Java Jazz 2018 is getting perfect, because I want to stay at the Grand Mercure Kemayoran which is comfortable, romantic, and the breakfast menu has many choices.
So I want to wait again ...

Hotel look a bit old but so far so good. All staffs are friendly and service is above average. Nearby is a bit hard to get nice restaurants unless you dine in hotel

Didn't stay, only came for a wedding. Hotel is luxurious without being _too_ grand, nice restaurant and food.

- The rooms are large, but very artistic, staying at this hotel might add to inspiration.
- Room features are satisfactory, wifi is smooth on all floors.
- Breakfast is super tasty - complete and there are various choices of food, western and Asian. Yumm!
- Art Gallery on the floor above the lobby can be used as a different photo background.

The menu are varied. Many meeting rooms. A lot of lift service.

Went to the buffet restaurant for a birthday event on Sunday lunch. The place and service was nice but most of the buffet food were dissapointing.

I just arrived and the hotel receptionist was so friendly and efficiently served the guest very professional. The suite room is very comfy. Plus the toilet is eqquipped with a movable/detachable shower as well as the water closet with rear wash. Clean and comfy!
