Has been here twice.. always nice hospitality.. too bad the last stayed, free upgraded room not 100% ready and clean.

For me this hotel is so comfortable and nice besides being a comfortable place to rest from all activities especially on vacation or business. Food is of course a variety of variations that will make us stay at the place like being at home alone and of course good food is available and served like a fancy restaurant.

five star hotel in kemayoran, Jakarta. It's near with Jiexpo, which pretty common to have some exhibition on there. Also, the location was strategic, and it's not as crowded as the other places in Jakarta. The weather ambient also good, it's about 28C degree when I was there (it's quite cool, compared with the others), because there is some green place near the hotel. The jacuzzi, sauna was good also. They offer the spa also, but I haven't tried it yet.
The breakfast was good also, there are a lot of option, from western, chinesse, japanesse, indonesian and surprisingly they also offer some traditional indonesian's food. good taste..

A very luxurious hotel in the center of Jakarta, clean comfortable plus a complete covid protocol. So we feel safe.

Actually The hotel is good. But not city center. From airport it is easier to come. No traffic like in city. But the biggest problem is you can not open window. No fresh air in the room. I couldn't breathe!
I don't recommend anyone go to Jakarta. The most ugliest city in the world.

Choice of places for formal events with a complete food menu

First thing that make always want to come back here is the restaurant. They always serve their best meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room is also nice, clean and cozy, services in this hotel is also great, in the meeting room they have button to call the concierge officer, swimming pool is also big and nice. They also have bar, night club, and mall. Would recommend it to others.

Good hotel, especially for meeting or event, bcs they have big ballroom and some meeting rooms. The hotel was new, clean, good view, good service, and the meal was good.

Parking is paid for using FLAZA BCA but there is no proof of the parking receipt, cm on the receipt from the EDC engine only.

Nice 5* hotel, foods are tasty.. luxury, comfort and cozy also... just the parkir space so small.. we have to parking so far away from the access to hotel.. and also the lighting in parkir is so less.. nice improvement if they can improve on the parking space..
