Grand Mercure Maha Cipta Jakarta Kemayoran Review

The hotel restaurant is luxurious, cool and tasty, cassava snacks.

Currently still staying here, plans to want 2 nights but it looks like only 1 night.
Room facilities are ok, good. However, there are 2 things that make you disappointed:
1. From the basement the lift is turned off (9pm), so you have to take the emergency stairs to the lobby, already carrying heavy bags, take the stairs too == for the price per night of 1.3 million this really makes a drop.
2. Already arrived at the lobby, many lights were turned off and the AC seemed to be dead, because it was really hot. So horror.

Maybe that's just the review. Hope it can be fixed.

Has been here for a meeting. Good, unfortunately like other good hotels in Jakarta, the sensor model of the urinal is running when the person leaves. So it's difficult to cut it off. Even though the majority of the guests were Muslim who needed cleaning up from the toilet ... :-(

the place is nice, neat, clean and fragrant in every place all the staff are friendly, the food in the bufe is delicious and many choices of taste are recommended

this is only the meeting room revuew. its big enough to carry 100 peeps (lotus 1). awsome coffee breaks and lunch too.

Very good setting. Convenient for visiting everything in Jarkata. I recommend you to stay here.

Grand mercure kemayoran

As the name implies, this hotel is really "Grand" ... Unlike other mercure hotel chains, the grand words in front of the hotel name are different from other mercure hotel chains.

In terms of interior, design, facilities, hotel room area, materials used, and in all things it is indeed much better this grand mercure kemayoran than other mercure hotels .. It could be said to be more exclusive and more high class ..

This certainly also affects the budget of this hotel ... As we know, the mercure hotel chain is included in a budget hotel, but not with this hotel ... and luxury .. Included in the leisure hotel category, where we can enjoy facilities, interior and luxurious atmosphere ...

This hotel is suitable for those who are looking for relaxation and staycation .. We really have to enjoy the facilities at this hotel ..

Overall this hotel includes a very good hotel, 4.5 of 5, strategic location, luxurious interiors, very good facilities, very suitable for releasing the fatigue of Jakarta's density and short relaxation

Hi Grand Mercure, I have dropped you emails for more than 3x emails but got no response back. Its a very poor service to let the client waiting long like that. I will not recommend this hotel to my overseas nor local friends. They just lucky to have the location near the exhibition hall.

The hotel gets 1 star because the property is new, clean and the rooms are kept clean.. However, service wise the hotel is not up to the standards... the check in staff was not friendly and felt as if she was back after fighting with someone... the lounge is full of staff but they are busy chatting with each other... I even had to go and collect the menu myself but was lucky they did not ask me to cook my own food :)... tomato soup is out of the world literally and I mean it... in the name is tomato soup they handed us a ready made pasta sauce and when we provided feedback the staff was impressed and even said thank you... the sauce on the pizza base and the soup was the same...a fruit platter to deliver in room took exactly 45 mins but I can understand that... also, if you take a grab make sure you hand in extra 5000rp as they charge for parking even for grab drop off.. normally other hotels will chop in the paper.. not a big amount but just a practice I have not seen in many hotels... all in all substandard staff, poor management and strictly business transactions is what this stay was about... guess this experience will make me think twice to book any grand mercure property..

Perfect hotel, good restaurant, good spacious rooms and a good lounge. If I have one point of criticism, it is minor, it's that the quality of its food is noticeably better in the evening than in the afternoon

The room is clean, but the top shower doesn't work, the water is not hot, the lift access is problematic, the quality of toothpaste is very low. Please improve.
