From the check-in schedule at 1:00 p.m. it turns out we haven't got a room yet.
Just starting at 16.00 there are rooms available, and even then only 2 rooms.
After that also still have to wait a long time to get the next room.
Even more surprising was that one of my entourage had a room that was being renovated.
The check-in process just finished at night.
I forgot the total number of rooms that our group used for more than 10 rooms.
Not finished there, the next day there was also a problem again, suddenly some rooms could not be accessed anymore. When asked he said only book 1 day.
I don't know how many times our group complained to the manager.
