Comfortable hotel, with the best facilities, friendly staff

Staying at this hotel provides a pleasant experience. Starting from a comfortable hotel atmosphere. With unique room decor. Cute wall decorations like for example Japanese paper fans. The service from the receptionist and roomboy was also very friendly and pleasant. The most memorable thing about this hotel is the restaurant. The restaurant provides very diverse food from Chinese, Japanese, national, western, even Indian food.

Good hotel eventhough in.the middle of super macetttt

The room is clean and tidy, the service is good, but in the room when the night can still be heard the conversation from the next room.

From the moment you step into this hotel you will feel at home. Warm and welcoming greetings are abundant amongst all staff members. Great facilities and appetisingly delicious buffet breakfast.

I guess the price speaks for itself. The hotel is pretty ok, cool architecture but otherwise standard. The food is amusing but well.... sticks to budget.

It's good hotel with many meeting rooms. Its restaurant is impressive, especially for their italian cuisine.

It's a five-star hotel from Accor chained-hotel and that's why I chose it. Room is clean, dynamic looking, and I love their toiletries but their slipper got me down. Another point of unsatisfaction is the unpleasant smell in the corridor. Maybe it came from the air conditioner system. Last thing is I don't like staff whom served customers but still chatting with their coworkers.

Good place but unfortunately it doesn't provide motorbike parking

The most frustrating thing is that the rules have to use shoes at the fitness center. Not all guests come to plan to the fitness center but because of the need for training schedules so they need to take advantage of free facilities provided to guests. But unfortunately it is no longer free for those who don't wear shoes. As if this prohibition rule was used to launch shoe rentals there.

This hotel got best room for a decent price. Very cozy and elegant. Foods here is the best. You can find many kind of food here, there are indian and europian food. The breakfast if the best.

For the first to come here Parking must be confused. Now the basement parking is for the night club only. Automatic hotel guests can only park in the basement of MGK (far, bro)
Actually, vale is provided for free (he said) but the guards are not actively offering them so many don't know

Meeting room is very small.. lack of colokan.. no tissues in coffeebreak table.. no greeting from ALL EMPLOYEES.. bad service from Adit the receptionist.. will NEVER stay or book a meeting room in this place again..

Very nice hotel but breakfast not that good. I gave 3 star coz there were loud noise like from a function room starting 7.30am, and mind you, I was on 26 floor.

Terrible customer service!
At check-in yesterday, i had requested for a breakfast box because i needed to leave for an early meeting at 615am and was agreed by the check-in manager who said he will try and I confirmed that i could get it before i left. But only to be disappointed today when I went to the counter. Twice i was told of i ordered and told that there was none.
I thereafter went to the restaurant to give them my room number and told them i don't have time for breakfast but ask if they could give me a take away cup of tea and the reply, after checking with a restaurant staff was 'No'. Really? No take away tea or coffee for breakfast? Too early and tired to press my case, I left annoyed. This is truly the worst possible way to experience the grand mercure.
I dread going back here tonight.
