Underwhelming, overcrowded. Hard to say much about this hotel, it doesn't feel like a 5 stars hotel whatsoever. Room is fine, bathroom with no bathtub but good shower, after one day it smelt of plumbing. Internet connection is super disappointed, in some parts of the day we couldn't even load basic pages of the web. The so titled full equiped gym didn't have many equipments and missed many basic tools. Pool was tiny and packed of people. Shared sauna. Elevator has the worst song we have ever listened to and it's loud. Staff was friendly. Breakfast area can't handle the amount of people, it's super crowded and feels super uncomfortable, lots of Asian options, ok westerner selection, but too hard finding anything with the amount of people going up and down and the way everything is located. About location, first the hotel doesn't have a proper walking entrance, if you take a taxi/grab, the driver will have to pay 5000 just to enter the complex. The shopping center right near is dead, nothing to do there, you need to go out to find something to do. I don't recommend this hotel at all, I'm sorry.
