Lovely luxurious hotel in the city center. Very close to the main attractions. Amazing staff, service & food! Must stay if you're visiting Istanbul.

The hotel location is perfect.. Rooms are spacious in comparison to other Istanbul hotels but they are little bit outdated. Breakfast is very good. Prices are acceptable and comparable to other 5*hotels in Istanbul. Dinner is ok but not that authentic

The design of the hotel was stunning however the staff could use some improvement. Every morning the suite my family and I were staying in smelled like stale cigarette smoke when the air conditioning kicked on - despite being in a non-smoking room. We explained the situation to the staff who acted like we were crazy and moved us to another suite after a few days of complaining. This didn't solve the problem. The club level employees were nice most of the time but the breakfast staff downstairs were rude to me if I was eating without my husband. I understand things are different for women in this country BUT THIS IS A HYATT!!! After awhile the cigarette smoke every morning was too much to handle and we had to go to another hotel. I have never had to leave a Hyatt due to problems not being addressed before. This place is beautiful - but it has problems.

I was giving service by speaking in arabic in that hotel, I believe that I did the best about service, but when it came to the right, this hotel put us on the door, why was the reason ...?

Great location. Rooms are big and clean. Very good gym. Nice pool and epic breakfast.

Outdated place, has a certain old smell, Aircond doesnt really work, our TV was broken and complained twice and never fixed for the 2 weeks duration of our stay.

When I complained TV was broken, the reception told me Impossible! Thinking I do not know how to use a TV. She said they will send someone to look while we out. When we come back, TV was the same condition and still cant turn on and no update by reception.

We told Aircond was not cold, same case of not repaired. Luckily it is winter so we just open the window.

There was smokers at the 8 floor lounge and the staff just let it be when it is clearly a No Smoking Lounge and it was indoor with no ashtray. We had to tell Reception only then they took action.

The bed mattress is old and curved in. You wont get a good sleep.

But why I give 4 star? Grand Hyatt Istanbul has been my hotel since childhood and I still love Grand Hyatt. I hope they update their room and bed so I get to enjoy Grand Hyatt as it should be

Dirty hotel (((non-working hair dryer, in elevators on scotch tape and propped with sticks, glued mirrors and all dirty !!! Generally one frustration

Rooms are great. The breakfast is great, lots of variety. Walking distance from Taksim Square, Istiklal Street and metro station. Staff is nice.

Loved the staff. The rooms are great. Spacious and with great views. The location is perfect with Taksim square being only a few minutes walk away.

It's a good hotel

I'll begin by saying that the rooms could have done with a little bit of modernising...but don't get me wrong, they were not bad, just could have done with a little refreshing. From a geographic perspective, the location could not have been better. A very short walk to Taksim Square so close to transport, shops and restaurants. The hotel had a great pool, gorgeous gardens and both the poolside and restaurant menus were great. In fact, we actually chose to eat in the hotel restaurant for dinner on several occasions as the quality, cost and service was excellent. The images I have uploaded do not so the dishes justice. They were so full of flavour and texture...it was the reason we kept coming back. Would definitely stay here again. Great value for money (note, we had a great view of the river from our hotel room as seen in uploaded picture).

Excellent hotel for an experience in which there was a delay in entry, but the rest of the things are fine. There is one flaw in it. It has a window that closes and overlooks the bathroom. I recommend it in general, and I deserve it very very and calm

Lovely place with amazing terrace and good shisha/narjillah

Professional and courteous staff so no issues on that end but the overall hotel is antiquated compared to other hotels in a similar price range. Bomonti has more modern options especially the Hilton!

Rooms are out dated and furniture looks dirty with holes in it
Staff is not very helpful or customer service oriented
I am staying here for couple of more nights and already regretting it
Many other modern hotels are there with better pricing

This used to be a premier 5 star hotel and was a real luxury stay. Not anymore. The breakfast is still wonderful. Fantastic choice and great restaurant staff who are very attentive and efficient. The staff in general are wonderful. The hotel, however, looks dated. The carpets were not clean and I have stayed in cheaper hotels that had better quality furniture, newer TV sets in the rooms and just generally higher standard. This was disappointing as I recommended that my colleagues stay here and I was waxing lyrical about what a great hotel this was based on my last few stays albeit over 6 years ago.

It is distinguished by its proximity to Taksim Square.
The furniture is very old and worn out.
And the price is very much.
Slow room service response.
Lacks sophistication.
Overpriced for the restaurant

Transportation Easy, Valet and Parking is available. it is very good to coincide especially with the smoothie valet :)

The hotel is very nice staff and very friendly furniture has to have a little improvement since I have been down since it opened more than 15 years ago several times when the life of the Regency Health Club has been very wonderful has not been completely renewed but the family is conservative and modernized and it is a comfortable hotel with an excellent floor

Grand Hyatt Istanbul is located in a nice place with good view. Surrounded by beautiful garden. 3 minutes walk to taksim square, going through istiklal street where you can find many restaurants, shops, exchange shops and more. Grand Hyatt Istanbul has got many option for their buffet breakfast. Which includes vegetarian, halal, American and vegan. Staff are friendly. They also have spa facilities.

this is the second time we stayed in the Grand Hayyat Istanbul, I am absolutely speechless by the amazing service we always get from the team. Everyone was so nice, they are always willing to help you with a lovely smile. The rooms are super clean and beautiful. Food is amazing. Very nice cocktails ( thanks to Mahir the lovely gentleman who works at the bar). Thank you Grand hayyat Istanbul for making our vacation so wonderful.
