I m Ali from Saudi Arabia, in Riyadh city I m 24 years old. I m student in Alyamamah University. I was in Turkey 2 years ago with my family for tours. I stayed in Hayat hotel in Istanbul. I stayed in single room. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The location of the hotel is perfect just 5 minute walks to the Taksem area. The lobby has classic style that give good looking for the hotel. The room was very spacious and not stuffy also it overlooking to the ocean. There was two restaurants one of them I tried its turkey restaurant. This restaurant was so good I like it, the food was delicious and testy. The health club was there and it has big pool and a small gym.

The location of the hotel is in European part in Istanbul city, also in area it called Taksem. Taksem area has a lot of tourists because it s near from Besphorus. The distance between the hotel and the ocean just 10 minutes by car but I recommend to take tourist bus to the ocean cheap than taxi. If you want to go to the airport you have to plan more early because the area for airport has bad traffic. For the swimming pool it s a huge one and it has bar beside the pool. The bed was more comfortable but the television was not good it has a lot of Turkey s channels and no English channels. The room service was helpful and they try to bring what you need if you want. The maids were so clean and every day they change the sheets and pillows. If I have time to go Turkey I will go to Hayat hotel because it s the best and don t be undecided to reservation in this hotel.

It was not my first stay in this Grand Hyatt in Istanbul, which is located next to the famous Taksim square. Check-in was very professional and friendly! We got a room on the top floor. To be honest, the room design is a bit outdated, but it was very clean in every corner! In my opinion the hotel is well kept by the way! The Grand lounge offered a good selection of food and drinks in the evening. I definitely would choose this hotel again in the future.

Beautiful hotel located in one of the most interesting parts of the city.

The library bar has an excellent singer Asli and a great pianist. This hotel is the best because of its service and a big thanks to asli and the pianist. I always return here to listen to them.

We stayed there for 3 nights ,the place is very beautiful with friendly staff very helpful smiling all the time. Rooms are clean and the breakfast is delicious, I highly recommend it and definitely will stay again in my next visit to Istanbul.

Very spacious rooms and attentive staff. The restaurant is very good, as was breakfast. Especially if you're someone like me, with a sweet tooth, those were delicious. I was there for an office event, and we spent a lot of time by the pool, besides going to the popular Taksim square area which was like a 5 min walk. Overall, I'd come back as it's a great location and is super nice for families or friends.

Good hotel in the center of Istanbul, stayed only one night- hotel is well located in the center of Istanbul, bun not in the noisy part of the city. The breakfast was ok. Room was clean and spacious- it was good place to rest after 10 hours flight.

Very good location near Taxim square and nisantasi street. Very nice staff whom speak english fluently. Room was amazing with awesome view on Bosphorus. They need just to enhance the furniture which is too old

A 5 star and it shows. Staff always very kind and helpful. Checks at the entrance both in the taxis and when you bring in your suitcases. The rooms are spacious and cared for down to the last detail. Perfect cleaning. Perhaps the style is not really modern and functional, but overall I would say that you are very well.

Great hotel. One of the best hotel chain I use all over in United States. Room was Amazing, clean and had a great view of the bay. My bed was very confortable, felt like home. Near of everything in the new modern city of Istanbul. 100% recommend to stay here if you are going to spent time in Istanbul.

The hotel is well located and very close to Taksim, but there are no services next to it. Rooms are good but the furniture is outdated and especially the TV. The food is delicious in the hotel and its prices are reasonable and the view of the garden is beautiful. But the price is high without charge especially if booked from booking sites . The last information does not open the refrigerator because it is a warning only after what they spoke and do not take you charges. I got a position with me because of this subject. The mother opened their refrigerator to all the wines in her room (although I asked them to drink them but refused only fees) A staff member came to her room and a chair was thrown at her in Turkey and his father was insulted. If I existed, the animal would be slaughtered.
