The advice was professional, the delivery on time. The staff who delivered the sofa were friendly, professional and made a very good impression. I will definitely buy something from BoConcept again.

Unfortunately I am very dissatisfied with the service from Bo Concept Ulm! I ordered a bed from Bo Concept and I did not think that a slatted frame of such an expensive bed could be of such a cheap construction !!!! The distance between the slats is much too big (approx. 8cm!). I was clearly told by the mattress manufacturer that any reasonable mattress needs a slat at least every 5cm. The focus here is on optics but not on function and ergonomics.

Then it turned out that the staff couldn't help me with solving this problem. The order cannot be changed, although the parts are not individually manufactured and the order will be processed for at least 3 weeks. And even the hydraulic construction of the bed cannot be moved deeper in the bed box so that another slatted frame can be attached!

I love browsing through designer boutiques. The special feature here is that everything comes from a single source, that all designers work on the Bo Concept. Here everything is assembled that appeals to the world of functional design, ajar and strongly inspired by Red Dot Award and what they are all called, which has rank and name.

The exhibitions are professionally and aesthetically arranged, here furniture, lamps, accessories come into their own. Ideas for impact and interior design are always available here. I find it incredibly inspiring to set up your own home. Even if I do not shop here quite regularly.

The employees here are happy to advise, are well informed and can give a history or context to almost anything.
