Nice hotel.. typical Hyatt! A little bit old but it is nice and clean (most importantly clean).. don't expect luxury..
Location: a 5 to 10 min walk to Taksim square.
Has an external pool (very nice) which is hard to find in most of other Taksim hotels.
Recommended for couples and families who wants clean rooms.
Front desk staff... please try to smile more often.. you are in the hospitality business after all.

Overall not much. I didn't feel like a deluxe hotel, but I was disappointed by the attitude of the secular and secular staff.

Nice classic five-star hotel with a huge breakfast buffet. I really liked the outdoor pool, although in September the water was really very cold.

A decent hotel in a clean and central location. Deficiencies were forwarded to the hotel.

The hotel rooms are alright and the staff very pleasant but room service had a few issues.

There's Covid so we're in different times, but turn down service failed everyday to replace paper cups that were initially in the room for the 5 days I've been here and complimentary water was replaced once.

It's within walking distance to Taxsim Sqare so it's super convenient.

Great hotel, I stayed there at the beginning of November. Good location but still ten mins walk to Taksim. Rooms are quite dated but still good and spacious. Great for families and business travelers I think. The stuff is friendly but for next time I would prefer to stay closer to Istiklal.

A magnificent hotel, top staff. The location is great next to the Taxim station. Breakfast at the top. In short I recommend it to all those who want to have a great stay in Istanbul. I plan to come back to it

Absolutely poor service from staff to management. My Apple Airpods have vanished somehow from my suite and they have done nothing about it. I will definitely not stay again in this hotel. Its no where near 5 stars.

Nice location for family tourists, walking distance from the Takshim square, the food is good, pool is nice, staff is warm and helpful, the rooms and washrooms are big and spacious but need to be updated, feel very old and doors get jammed due to expanded wood at certain places, doesn't go as well as the Hyatt brand.

Do u and Grand Hyatt Management; the fact that there is no limit to the exploitation of the subcontracting system with the most painful experience has experienced us. As far as we can give us the opportunity, we united this unequal inhumane subcontractor in our union and ended up as a subcontractor in Grand Hyatt Istanbul, where we worked as a gain of our class!
Why did they throw us out of work as a price? Union workers The conscious workers know that they cannot manage the arbitrariness they want, because they know what they want.
Subcontractor removal and a decent working environment ...

Hotel is luxurious and clean but needs some change of foundation

Very nice hotel, it exceeded my expectations in all respects. Very cordial staff, excellent restaurant with reasonable prices and very good food and desserts. Many amenities in the room in addition to being very clean and well maintained. I enjoyed a king deluxe and it certainly was. The bed was a joy to sleep in and the linens and pillows were outstanding. Location was also outstanding. Over all I am very much looking forward to staying here again when I come back to Istanbul. I have never been a big fan of Hyatt but this location was excellent and was easily the nicest Hyatt I have ever stayed in.

A nice hotel worth only four stars compared to the rest of Turkey hotels. The hotel direction I did not like although its location is very good.
