HSB Stockholm Review

I received excellent and professional help with my many cases via their customer phone. I rarely write reviews but this was actually an exemplary response from the very friendly person who helped me.

I do not usually post recessions often.
But this time I have to give praise to a professional treatment we received when we applied and got a cooperative apartment last week.

Very slow customer service and no focus on getting the end customer satisfied at all. Waited for feedback for almost 2 weeks due to HSB making a mistake from the beginning.

Took 2 months to answer a simple question through their support.

Mixed up 2 different cases and the administrator has after 7 e-mails and 3 phone calls still not understood what applies. Having contact with HSB makes one realize what it must be like to live in mafia states where one has to bribe officials under the table to get something done.

Worst service imaginable. Good throws you are a member, but if you want to go out and get a refund on the bet, it is long queue times and the payment you have to call several times! Never again an HSB association.

Be careful when queuing for garage parking, they may make mistakes by either telling the wrong information or letting the people behind you queue. When that happens, the person in charge usually disappears suddenly and let another person take over the case and make up a story for you. Very poor organization and service. Some people just get jobs too easily. Attention!

The logged in part of the Website does not work properly. Sat in the phone queue for an eternity and when I finally arrived I came to an answering machine. Sad.

Lovely HSB, always works for good living environment.

Really cashed company. just care about getting money from affiliated BRF. Then when they are to help the members, they make the least possible conceivable.
Very little support in general and poor payment possibilities despite e-invoice.
Avoid if you can !!!!

Ok place for both condominiums their boards and for members.

Careless craftsman. Scratched my floor and fitted the kitchen obliquely because he was in a hurry for other jobs that were lagging behind.

Very comfortable offices and quite good coffee. The in house restaurant serves a nice buffet with three courses, bread and a sallad bar.

The building has an antique pater noster elevator still running through out the day which is a bit exciting the first time around (and modern normal elevators as well of course).

Fast service, but very inflexible help. Needed a paper in digital format that can only be sent to me by mail from HSB, but can be sent digitally to a bank. For me, it will be that I will have to wait for the mail and then scan the form myself. So it's going digital. To pass it on. There may be rules that you can not get this digitally, feel free to talk about it in that case !! I only received a sour response when I asked if they could send it digitally to me as well.

Do not answer the email and when you call they promise to come back but they never do.
