Stayed at the residence with a number of friends when we visited which was perfect when you had as your own apartment in the hotel.

One of the most lavish hotels of Dubai with grand rooms and amenities and all around view of Dubai skyline. Magnificent property with indoor garden restaurant and large convention center.

Wonderful relaxing Dubai vacation. Best hotel in a long time. Great pool outside. Great wellness area indoors. Super Service. All very friendly. Eat class. We had a club room. There was the dinner with drinks included. Likewise, our room was in the 11th floor. Fantastic view. We stayed in May 2019. The hotel was not crowded. Maybe because of Ramadan. We thought it was great. Is my opinion and therefore without guarantee.

Stayed 6 months in one appartment once!pepper crab is the best restaurant,pool,nice territory,garden,quite!near airport and creek!

Great hotel also for Dubai with very high comfort and excellent service! Breakfast buffet very versatile from asian, kontinantal and large offer also for vegetarians! Several restaurants with high international offer and standard! Huge pool with pool bar and courteous service in a large park! You do not need to leave the hotel to relax! Ideal for stopover trips to Asia or Australia!

If i could give a negative black star , i would have given that. We have booked and paid fully in advance for Iftar Event in Ballroom for our company staff of 200 people and the people came was below 200. But the food they gave was only for 100 people i believe. They are not filling anything, instead they filled and dumbed the balances from other Iftar parties, which was not in our Menu. It was very shame for us from our staff and families who came for the Iftar Event after being a well reputed brand in UAE. We will never ever recommend to anyone. Thank you!

Pool area is very nice. Just the big adult pool is quote useless, is big and deep everywhere and place to rest while you are there.

Excellent..Bellhost was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful(sorry forgot his name but it starts with letter 'D)..Array of dining options..Guest Services was very timely with servicing requests...Oversll service was perfect...If you are in UAE and you have not visited Grand Hyatt...you are missing a whole lot!

We stayed here for 7 nights. The staff were friendly and attentive. We would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were nice, clean and the beds were comfortable.... Thinesh (a waiter at the main restaurant) was very supportive, friendly and kind ... keep up the good work.... top man!!

Loved the place for overnight a day before departure

Breakfast buffet is amazing. I'm loaded up and I passed on a pile of things then on the way back to my table I find another whole section with more stuff! Seriously.

I really liked this hotel. Nice rooms, delicious breakfast, and most importantly, the staff are awesome. I specifically love the spa attendants who saved us many times during the heat with ice cold towels to put on our head at the outside pool. All the workers at the pool deserve praise. The cleaners are very thorough. All employees are polite. It's also great to have several restaurants inside.

One of the best hotels in Dubai. Spacious rooms. Super clean. Excellent staff and facilities. Good for families and couples. A huge indoor area with several restaurants. Swimming pool is huge as well! Location is convenient and all.major attractions are easily accessible.

Struggling to find anything negative about this hotel. It s huge so even if it was busy it still feels relaxed - service is the usual high standard that one might expect in this city. Facilities are plentiful, available and well maintained. Catering options are plentiful and varied and I m confident even the most particular palate would find something to satisfy here. Great spaces, both indoors and out, excellent spa and good gym facility with modern equipment. So far the only downside is not having booked to stay longer! Would come back to stay again if the hotel is maintained to its current very high standard.

One of the best hotel s lobby in Dubai, even if you are not staying in the hotel you can come and enjoy cup of coffee with the nice atmosphere.

The hotel is beautiful .. I did not live by now but I walked in the garden of the hotel with wonderful views and sat in a restaurant for coffee and sweets .. I liked the hotel very much

Well done chefs and staff's perfect for meeetings and other occasions

Sad to see the decline of what used to be one of my favourite places to dine out or even just have a coffee. Sad that the standards have dropped this much. I hate to rate Manhattan Grill here but this has been one of the disappointing declines in the hotel. The restaurant used to be fabulous. Now, except the hostess, everything else was drab. The chef seriously has issues with cooking and getting their meat rogjt and to top it off they wouldn't even bother to discuss how badly they had messed up my steak. Oh well. Better to let the absence of people there be their wake up call.
