We stayed there for 5 nights. Enjoyed every minute of Dubai and the hotel. Absolut 5+ star. Beautiful room fantastic bathroom amazing bed. Breakfast was plenty big variety and very tastfull.
All employers where excellent very helpfull and courtious.
Thank you for all of you. We been there before and we will be back.

It was very disappointing that the staff of the club lounge spoke private language, and it was priced.

It was a great place to stay. Enjoyed the view from outside. Staff were good. I enjoyed swimming in their pool.

A wonderful hotel and it has an Awtar restaurant that offers dance and songs, and the shisha is presented. There are wonderful gardens and an atmosphere of sessions in which there are also beautiful concert halls.

Very very dirty hotel with a lot of insects everywhere and after we called the hotel for this no one come even after one hour so I suggest everyone to run far away, very old furniture with poor service

Oh, what a place and the ambiance. We had the opportunity to attend the gala dinner party hosted by the ruler. The convention hall is huge and the food and service are just above excellent

Very nice and spacious room and very comfortable I advise you if you like to relax in a quiet place away from noise

We stayed there for 2 nights.
I must say that the staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous. They're always there and very prompt. Right from reception, then Ms Jackie was so helpful and guided us very well. She always had a lovely smile on her face.
We booked club room with half board package at market cafe. The staff in the restaurant was really nice, esp Mr Karthik, Mr Hazem and Mr Saad. They made sure that we were comfortable and helped with serving our kids and we felt the service was exceptional. They always welcomed us with a big smile. The staff at the pool was also very nice and vigilant. The pools were very clean and well maintained. Kids loved the slides at the kids pool. Indoor pool is a big plus point in summers. Food was very good. We placed request for veg options for dinner and it was taken good care of by Mr Vinod at market cafe.

I highly recommend it esp for families with small kids.

Nice hotel and offers great offers, but the kids club is not free entry and customer service is late to provide services. You have to call several times until your request is executed.

It's one of the old hotels in Dubai in an old area in Dubai but still holds as one of the nicest places you can spend your time there! Everything there is great! The rooms the pool, the service is exceptional, and a couple of really good restaurants. The Jazz club is also amazing, but avoid it on weekends though.

Nice, large hotel, with very good restaurants, large indoor / outdoor pool, with a very good location. We have been coming every year for 13 years. Update the rooms are now new and modern rennoviert.

The staff at the Grand Hyatt are incredible from check in to check out. Many thanks to Vinoth in the Collective Cafe who took care of us every morning at breakfast who went out of his way to ensure we were completely satisfied and Ikbal at the pool who really wanted to make sure we found the best spot and lastly to Omar who delivered ice to our room most evenings and was always smiling. All three are great ambassadors for customer service which made our stay extra special.........thanks so much
