Amazing food. Awesome place to stay with the family. Friendly staff

Currently staying in this wonderful hotel, both in terms of leisure, luxury and first class service.. have stayed in many different hotels in Dubai, and I have to say this is my favourite ... room overlooking the Creek is a must!.. oh and would highly recommend the VIP lounge area for the 6pm-8pm for vino and great light bites!

Loved our stay here. Plenty of outside space that is a bonus in Dubai, much more relaxed atmosphere around the pool as there is no car & building noise. Inside the hotel was beautiful and rooms lovely and spacious, will definitely be back.

Very good hotel. Big swimming pool, not that easy to find in a "city-hotel" in Doubai. Very friendly staff, high standard and good food. Our room was in the main hotel in the 15th floor. Drinks and food are expansive e.g. 14 Euro for a beer at poolside

We were from 04.01.2018 to 09.01.2018 in the Grand Hyatt Dubai, my wife our granddaughter (17 years) and me and we can only give the full score, what is there for the money is just great, great room, pool Beautiful, cleanliness thumbs up, breakfast a dream, staff, rarely so friendly and helpful staff experienced, also in the hotel the safari with barbecue booked, that should make everyone. We think we will come back. Thank you for the wonderful time

Huge hotel with several different restaurants, shops etc. We visited one of the restaurants and the food was very good.

Had a great stay. Lovely reception area with mini forest like setup and waterfall.
They have package with complementary breakfast but that also includes dinner and the dinner time is 6 PM to 8 PM, which makes it hard for tourists to be back on time for dinner. So do choose your packages based on your itinerary.

Very nice hotel - a proper 5 star.
My family and I stayed here for a week during Easter. Had a few issues with the room we booked, and I think they gave me the wrong class of room but it was fixed (I had to press them alittle) but they moved us to a bigger room which is what we'd paid for. After this inital set back, it all went very well. The breakfast and dinner were fantastic, as was the service from all the staff. The swimming pool was nice but i felt the design, with many levels, steps and bridges was abit tedious at times. It would benefit from being more open plan which a better flow from kids area to main pool- at the moment the two pools are abit disjointed.
The location is good and it was a short taxi to la mer beach and dubai mall which we visited a few times. Its also great that you can order food from outside to the hotel.

Very nice location enjoyed a lot during a marriage party food and serving service were good and satisfied except quality of first supply of juice served were poor observed to be totally waste and seating allocation for families with kids were neglected owing to covid restri tions has to be reviewed

Very poor policy to stop hotel guests parking in basement. Hotel guests are allowed to park cars in the open parking where cars will get roasted and walking to the hotel itself is sweating your full body. There are many other options to stay in Dubai where hotel is taking much better care of guests than Grand Hyatt

This is a beautiful, large and luxurious hotel where there are a number of large halls that have open buffets and a very special food in the Princess Hall which was visited by a huge number of people during the Ramadan nights for breakfast. There is also an open buffet restaurant where there are different restaurants where there is Indian, Italian,

Vietnamese rice noodles wax Restaurant is very good

Unique hotel with best staff ever. Location is superb. Very comfort rooms and excellent room service. One of the best 5 star hotels with acceptable rate.

Spacious room, clean hotel, large indoor and outdoor pool, luxury hotel!

It is so big that you need atleast 4-5 days to cover your entire hotel... So u have to decide weather u wanna cover Dubai or hotel
And it's Hyatt so it doesn't need any reviews

The apartments are comfortable and lovely and the pool is gorgeous but the prices are high.

It's just fantastic at the Grand Hyatt. Good price-performance ratio. This hotel can only be recommended

Grand Hyatt Dubai is the best hotel for me more than 10 years in Dubai the location is perfect and Large areas of gardens and corridors inside swimming pool and outside.

You can find all international cuisine inside the hotel don't forget to book Club access to enjoy the from breakfast and canapes and refreshments

I truly enjoyed the peaceful, quiet and charming resort facilities of Grand Hayat Dubai. It is in an ideal location overlooking two beautiful sites of the New Dubai downtown as well as Dubai creek with old city and airport. My family and I felt welcomed by everyone, and rooms were very nice & clean, staff were very friendly and service were great. Hotel has multiple fine restaurants but I only visited & eat at the Viampio Italian restaurant and the food was great. Although it was expensive but I had the best massage session since longtime by Indonesian male therapist. Wafi mall is walking distance. I will certainly love to go back there again to enjoy the large swimming pool and utilize other facilities that I didn't have enough time to use during my last visit.

I was treated incredibly poorly during my checkout from Grand Hyatt Dubai. It started when the mini bar service personnel stood outside my door 30 minutes before my checkout time. Out of the 10 five star hotels I have previously stayed at in Dubai, I have never experienced such a bothering mini bar service. The man wouldn't stop bugging us just to go in and check the mini bar. And because I had two rooms, this agitating process had to happen twice. When he came in he started to charge absurd prices on such trivial things like Pepsi (normal price $2.18, Hyatt price $10.00) and red bull (normal price $3.00, Hyatt price $11.00). The prices are extremely exaggerated especially because we were under the impression that all these drinks were complimentary. When we asked to speak to the manager, the manager ditched us for a good 30 minutes after saying wait here I'll bring my manager and consequently made us late for our transportation. When we went down to the lobby, where he was just casually standing, to confront him, he was extremely rude and started to shout at us. What made the situation even worse is that when I decided to go put our bags in the car as my mother was reasoning with the manager, only to find out that I couldn't because the hotel administration instructed the bell boys to hold our baggage hostage (even though I was already checked out)! They took the cart full of our personal belongings and put it in a locked room and claimed that we cannot have them until the dispute is settled. What kind of customer care is this!? We were publically humiliated in the lobby as we were treated like thieves. I am disgusted and absolutely hurt due to the manner in which I left Grand Hyatt. They constantly advertise their desire to please their guests, however, when it comes down to it they only care about the money. I ended up paying an unnecessary amount of $70.00 for the mini bar. They ignored the satisfaction of 12 guests just to earn money. I certainly do not, and will not recommend this hotel to anyone looking to have a good time in Dubai

But overall it's great place

Last time I stayed in this hotel for 12 nights and everything was great!

I came for shopping in Jabel Ali mall it was terrible experience and there was guy helping for packing stuff and he was pretending he is the manager but he was impolite and being so rude and also he is so arrogant and doing some physical violence.

Beautiful hotel and good location from airport,.only 10 mins. I stayed for business so was pretty much alone but the staff are very friendly and provide great service. Big thank you to Kamal from the poolside who treated me like a Queen and wheeled umbrellas for me and got me ice buckets without me asking. Another big thank you to Prashant from Market cafe who was always so chatty and helpful. I hope the reception team gave you both the generous tips I left you on my last day........

The hotel staff and food was excellent! Made our stay with kids super comfy. Special credit to Chef Ram for his amazing food at breakfast everyday, every hotel needs chefs like him!! Overall amazing stay. Very child friendly and staff is always wiling to assist you with everything.

Superb venue. Great pool, slides, kids play area, restaurants, gardens, etc etc. Staff are hard-working and kind. Place is very clean indeed.
