Pub is awesome and they have a forest inside which makes this place my favorite.

Perfect pools and tasty food

There is a lot of green and you can take a walk in the garden.
There are many parents and children, and there are many birds living there.
The cafe inside the hotel liked snacks, cakes, chocolates, salads, etc. in an atmosphere that can be enjoyed casually.
I went to the end of the year, but all the guests were the New Year party. I spent a conversation at the same table with an Austrian couple. It was a wonderful encounter.

Outdoor heated pool. The rooms are decent. The food did not like and the choice is the same. There was a problem cleaning the room. Overall strong four.

Its furniture and rooms are luxurious, as is the bathroom.

Hotel Champion Villaalit Inn is a little price and the breakfast is terrible

This is my first and favorite hotel in Dubai .. I have been a continuous customer of them for 4 years

The entire Lobby central area around some beautiful restaurants is covered in jungle plants, striking ponds with bridges. It's like an escape from the usual artificial things in dubai. Most of the area is so natural and beautiful, the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I'd definitely spent a few nights at Grand Hyatt in the future.

Good deli. Wox offers great pan-Asian healthy food.

The rooms are a bit classic ... the hotel can be a little too big ... all the rest are fine ... the prices are good

Review edited Jan 2019 (Unprofessional staff with lots of unnecessary baloney at 2.00 am) ... I had to cancel and leave the hotel as none of my needs were accommodated, I went a very nice hotel next door.

This hotel has it all. Superb rooms, the best service and restaurants to suit everyone s taste. Everything starts when you step out of the car: a friendly welcome followed up by swift and courteous check in. The rooms are spacious and super clean. Comfortable beds and a bathroom with all the amenities. Outside there must be a special mention for the management of the pools and the gardens. It is simply amazing. If you need a sun lounge they will help you using a very old fashioned and super effective style method of clicks, whistles and hand signs delivered from one life guard to the other pool boy. Never slow, always with a smile. The hospitality here is everywhere, you really feel welcome! Congratulations to the management for a job well done. You made us feel at home away from home. Sublime!

Grand Hyatt is simply GRAND. The minute you step out of your car/taxi, you feel your are in the tropics, with lush greenery all around and inside and out, as well as so many waterfalls also inside and outside, it takes you away into tropical gardens.
Strolling around is an immense pleasure, with so many spots for selfies as well as with family or friends.

The main restaurant is nestled in the huge indoors tropical garden with the water rattling all over around you. You forget the food and the varieties, even though the previous chef was superb, and because of ho m this hotrl was my very fav. But the current one (since more than a year ago) could not so far measure up to him. The dessert is the weakest in this place, but I always enjoy coming back to forget my pain behind the scenery and the waterfalls.

Be careful if you are going to choose this hotel and you need them to process a visa to go to Dubai for you. They will double charge and when you ask why they simply do not well explain and are rude and unprofessional. I show them receipts and emails they sent me about the payment and they still do not care. Also if you pay for the visa processing they put an extra charge of $1,363.00 against your card. Fortunately American Express will take care of this. However, it is very unpleasant to find out that they try to still money from their own customers by doubling charging. I will never come back to a hotel like this.

In the indoor pool, children can swim until 17:00, and later only in the open ... Ie it became cool and dark, at this time the indoor pool was closed.

I have always loved Hyatt for calm and solution of all problems, but this is not about Grand Dubai Hyatt, sorry.

It is a lovely hotel, very unique views, I like their concept of having some animals in a lovely environment with a river and gardens.

Good stay but surprising to see such hotels suddenly no water supply in bathroom

The rooms are comfortable, clean and clean. Everything is great, the staff are helpful and comfortable.

Great breakfast ...excellent pool for toddlers and children.. but never go for dinner especially on weekend evening.waiters couldnt serve you well. we have to wait for 15 mins for each food as most of the dishes are live counters. people also have to leave space and stand there is no space. Rooms are very small.

In this period Hotel Management has given a discounted offer. Staying here was convenient and appreciated. The place is family friendly with beautiful refreshed pools and an excellent pool service. Rooms are spacious even for 4 people (2 kids). Buffet is rich and yummy inclusive of wine and drinks. Place is a bit crowded during weekends but this is a nice surprise. Kids spent the whole time inside cool water. Bring sun creams and full swimsuit to avoid sunburns. Beers at the pools were discounted and super refreshing

Always my best place to stay in Dubai. Being a platinum Hyatt, and hvg stayed many grand Hyatt globally, my vote is for GH dxb.

Lovely large rooms. Very close to the airport. Staff always very attentive and friendly. Love the spa facilities, great for a relaxing break. The food is excellent quality from the blackened fish salad available at the pool bar to the extensive room service menu. There are also lots of restaurants to choose from in the basement level of the hotel. Ranging from exquisite Sushi to delicious coffee and pastries. Everything you need under one roof.

The best pool for kids in Dubai. Excellent rooms, great selection of restaurants, beautiful jungle theme with fountain and live fish setup inside the hotel. Enjoyable for the whole family.

A very nice hotel, the breakfast is varied and leaves nothing to be desired. The pool is very large and a good alternative to the beach. At the pool there are loungers with a mattress, which are reupholstered after each guest, an umbrella is brought and placed as desired. Lunch and drinks are served directly to the lounger. The dinner is delicious and there is a lot of choice for children and adults. The hotel is conveniently located so that you can get to the Dubai Mall and the airport very quickly by taxi.

The rooms are exquisite, the bathrooms are spacious. The breakfast dining area promises one of the most varied and luxurious options imaginable. It's also right near an indoor man-made pond and stream with fishes, giving the feeling of dining outdoors.
