The location,breakfast,facilities was perfect also Mr.Hamad Al Jasmi was one of the best. but unfortunately Mr.Qais on the desk was not polite.
The Italian restaurant was good.
The room was bigger than normal size.

Excellent .. sophisticated .. The most important thing for children to have fun, such as the swimming pool. Excellent and fun. There are various water games and a hall for me. There is international food with varied options.

An amazing and luxury hotel in Dubai.having a big hall to arrange an Event with having each and every facility in hotel to reach there you can use metro from burjman take the train towards creek just get down at Dubai health care city there you can go there by feet or you can take taxi

My first time this year for Iftar at the Baniyas Ballroom. Really like the place and the dessert selection for iftar was very good. Food was a little above average, not a wow factor.

Vast place. Rooms and bathrooms are comfortable. Lots of fun activities to enjoy. Relaxing steam, sauna, jacuzzi, and spa. Breakfast is worth getting up early in the morning. Definitely a place to stay at when visiting Dubai.

Hammer hotel, good price performance, great breakfast and dinner with huge selection in the market cafe. Very nice rooms and great pool. Very attentive staff in the restaurants.

An upper middle class luxury hotel. Always friendly, courteous staff. Free valet parking. Very large rooms and a breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired.
For the price, gladly again and again.

Stay, food, hotel ambience plus hotel has taken all the safety precautions for covid. In reception Miss Hanna was extraordinary and in pool bar Mr Nava his fruit punch was so great plus Mr Brian who is so kind and friendly person also all the staffs are so caring

One of the oldest hotels in Dubai but still good to be there

Its a luxury hotel and a truely one .the staff is efficient hard working and polite ..excellent

They have a buffet breakfast of AED 210 including drinks and coffee. Arabic coffee and Moroccan tea arrive at your table. And tamarind as well. Dishes from all the international kitchens Moroccan, Gulf, Chinese and others. The authorities are very delicious. As for the service of God, the marshes, along the present without the lamentations, pours the May and serves you. I recommend it.

We're there for a press meet 2 days ago. The attitude of the valet parking guy (Don't wish to reveal his name) in front on the convention center was very bad I felt very odd compared to other valet services in major hotels in Dubai. At least there is a manner to greet someone. All of our crew found it humiliating and racial.<br/>Except that the services we got was awesome and I do appreciate all other team. However, first impression always makes the best impression.

Visited this Hotel for dinner at The Collective...a multi themed cuisine restaurant. So you had Italian, Lebanese, Indian and Continental fare at different stalls. Plus a Dessert station. Food quality was verty good. Service needs a little improvement. But the restaurant location in a Rain Forest setting was a major attraction. See pics posted.

Very nice hotel. Stay there if want to use hotel facilities. It's location is also nice. Located in Bur Dubai it is near to almost every thing in Dubai except for the Jumeirah Beach which is at a 40 minutes drive. It has one outdoor swimming pool, indoor pool, gymnasium. Yhe breakfast was amazing as well !

The hotel is really great. Staff very friendly. Room was really big and very nice. Unfortunately, the food in the main restaurant (which one at half board) did not like us so much. There was the same food every day, which is not so pleasant for a week. There is a very nice pool area where you can rest for a day after all the excursions

Very nice to go there, I am residance I did not stay in hotel as a guest, I tried its restaurants which was good, and their meal testy but a few of quantity with expansive delicious meal. The decor nice but become old fashion .

When of my best experience hotel in Dubai. Best place if you have children who likes to spend time in swimming pools. This place has more than 4 swimming pools one of them even 2 years old children can enjoy swimming and playing there it is like small aquapark which has slids and water spry every wgere we spent two co.pmted days at hotel and noneed to go out from the hotel plus to that they have cafeterya at the pool to serve us while enjoing laying and sleeping neer to the pool and there is also pool guard which they make games for the children and make the day entertainments

We were in Dubai at the Grand Hyatt for a week. We haven't experienced the hospitality that has been shown to us for a long time. We like to remember the little attentions that were given to us. The arrival at 1 o'clock in the night did not prevent the staff from giving us their full attention and fulfilling our room request.

At breakfast until 11 a.m. you have a variety of choices that should actually satisfy everyone. What is offered is freshly made, the baked goods from the same day. Different types of bread from pure wheat to whole grain. If you can't find anything there, you urgently need professional help. The staff knew us after two days and we got a full service that is second to none.

The small evening buffet was more than sufficient for our purposes, so it was also ensured that the scales in the bathroom no longer showed the weight on departure as it did on arrival.

If you asked which dish has which origin, the cook gladly explained which ingredients were used. the variety of tastes was given during the week and we would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff who made our stay as pleasant as possible. We are already thinking about how we can go back to Dubai to the Grand Hyatt in 2019.

The little attentiveness from the patisserie on the last evening also showed us both that we came as guests and were said goodbye as friends of the house. Shukron Gazila ...... Ma'Salamma.

The room was big, didn't expect it from a standard room compared to others.

A good hotel with many amenities for the children. We stayed here for a few nights due to business commitments nearby. The rooms are basic but with tasteful decor. No turn down service. The food was as one would expect from a hotel chain. The atrium was impressive with large chandelier in the shape of a pineapple. I would stay here again for work purposes but would not choose this location for vacation stays.

I have stayed in many hotels a lot less star rated as this but I have to say my experience this time with this hotel has been terrible. First of all television was broken in my room and men come in at 10.30 at night while we are trying to sleep to fix it. I say trying to sleep as the noise of the construction outside the hotel was ridiculous from so early in the morning till ridiculous times at night. When we complained about this we where told that our travel agent had been informed and it was in the small print on our email as if anyone reads this. Was asked to pay more money to move from our room to a different room with an extra room because we where also squeezed into 1 room 5 of us . Now we have our different rooms we have no water. Went down to reception to see about this and was spoken to Arrogantly couldn t believe it. Food is the same every day no change. Would never stay here again very disappointed
