It is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in so far. You can't imagine how friendly and helpful the stuff are. I am really impressed from the level of service they provide for their visitors. I have booked a club room with breakfast and dinner. The dinner buffet is just amaziiing!! The variety of options is fantastic. They have mixed grills, indian dishes, steakes, appateizers and amazing desserts. Not to forget ofcourse the pools and kidsclub, they are more than amazing! The hotel is the perfect gateaway for family with kids, couples or just group of friends. The rooms interior is really nice. But the best part is the staff. I want to thank Mr. Hossam, he made our check in process very easy.

I ve went to this hotel with my family. It s completely awesome. It was a short visit but nonetheless we had such a great experience. We ve really enjoyed the pool section. There was multiple pools with different depths which was perfect so I could go in with my little siblings. The food was awesome. Would give the breakfast buffet a 10/10 there was a lot of different foods from different cultures. Dinner as well was fantastic the set menu had a lot to choose from( I can t quite well remember the restaurant s name but it was a Lebanese cuisine)
Customer service,housekeeping and concierge was extraterrestrial.As well as reception at check-in.
Overall my satisfaction rate is 110%.

I see a lot of positive reviews on the website for this hotel; well all I can say is good for them. I am glad they had a a good experience because I was certainly not one of them. When I first checked into the hotel they took out an authorization on the credit card for 500 AED over and above the entire amount for the duration of my stay. Upon checking out they charged the bill to the credit card. What I found out later was that in addition to the charge they made, they did not cancel the authorization. In essence I was charged 4000 AED twice which gobbled up the available credit limit on my credit card. I only found that out once I made a purchase and the card was declined. My credit card company told me that the hotel had not canceled the preauthorization even though they had charged the entire amount in a separate transaction. I made 3 long distance international calls to the hotel and I was told that the finance department is working on it and it takes a few days. It has been a week and the charges have not been sorted out. I was promised that the finance department would get back to me with an email which they never did. This has been a horrible headache and a huge inconvenience because of which I have had to take time out of my busy schedule. It is a very large hotel but it appears that its a bit understaffed in the finance department or perhaps they are just inefficient. Next time I would elect to sleep in a dingy motel rather than give this hotel my business. Shame on you Grand Hyatt!!!

high quality food in the restaurants and they aren't as expensive the most of restaurants in the other 5 stars hotels

One of the most beautiful and luxurious hotels for the money

Brilliant ambience. Sufficient parking spaces. I did not dine here so I wouldn't comment on the food. I did go to the bar. Pleasant and warm approach by the bartenders and waiters.

Excellent service and was delighted with my stay. Our room wasn t ready on time, so they upgraded us to a deluxe suite for free. Very nice people and I ll definitely come back next time I m in Dubai.

i have been stayed 2 nights in luxurious room with pool and trees view , so warmth and calm room, nice facilities
Only captured my attentions is your bellboy and valet personnel was not attending much of the guest coming in.
they just chichat standing still with good looking elegant and looking for the guest coming in, no greeting even.

Wonderful hotel, excellent and large indoor and outdoor garden. Very suitable for families with children, and it has a children's play center, a large bird cage and children's water pools.
And the view on the creek is wonderful.
Its fault is the large number of foreigners.

Amazing hotel, we came back many times. It has world class customer service. They know how to WOW their customers. The food and beverage department, Shadi, Rabi, haytham and all the team at the market cafe restaurant are super champions in customer service and they prove the high quality standards that Hyatt stand for. We love every experience in it. We are staying now for the past 4 days. Every day they manage to keep WOWING us with different service level. The staff there all should be awarded as the super champions of customer service.
The facilities amazing, the rooms are super clean, the experience is unforgettable. I strongly recommend it for family trip, business and events.
I can not discribe the WOW affect they had on me and my family. You have to try it by yourself to understand the lovely experience.

Great hotel with great service nothing is too much for the staff. The pool is great with very comftable beds. Great restaurant choices 7 I think! Offering somthing for everyone.

The breakfast in this hotel is so die for its incredible with live stations so you can get fresh ingredients.

The room service choice is also one of the best I ve ever seen.

From a visitor's point of view: Nice lobby, ambience and staff. If you are attending a conference though, you may find it difficult to find a parking. Also, some parking spots are extremely tight. Valet parking was not offered to us when we attended the conference.

One of the most relaxing spas and poolside I have ever experienced. With a choice of indoor and outdoor pool sides, gym and sauna facilities. With optional bar at the poolside makes it even more fun. Also the greenery and the flowers and not to forget the birds makes it much more natural and a home away from home place

Very nice hotel. The rooms are renovated up to the 12th floor. Above that there are old rooms. Breakfast a lot of choice there is something for everyone. In the evening there is half board booked the trunk restaurant or a selection of about 7 restaurants where you can eat there in the evening. Here you have 25 euros per adult credit and for children half. Everything about it is to pay yourself. Small shops downstairs in the hotel. Spa, indoor pool, fitness ect.

I will never try again because I do not have the service

We booked our stay (15 nights) directly via the Grand Hyatt platform. About 4 weeks before we started our trip the room rate on the credit card was charged, which is ok. A short time later, the credit card was charged 600, without any notice from the hotel. On request to the hotline from the Grand Hyatt in Germany we were told that we would get an answer from the hotel in Dubai. A short time later there was a standard enamel from the Grand Hyatt in Dubai, which only showed that the amount for the New Year's Eve event (a must when staying over New Year's Eve !!!) is. On repeated demand by email and also directly in the hotel, we have not received any information as the evening program looks like, or what we get for the 600 . We find that quite strange and it is certainly not friendly!

Its structure is magnificent, majestic. It is a huge hotel with a lot of charm. Above all, thank all the staff who work there. They are extremely kind and caring. Everything is very clean. The food is varied and of very good quality. The room is spacious and the bedding is very good. We are delighted with our stay which will end on July 18th. Our holidays are not over yet and we are talking about coming back next year. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Not good always have issuers with the payment. Breakfast very expensive. Not professional at all.

A large area, a lot of greenery, flowers. several pools, there is a children's one with slides. Closed swimming pool with jacuzzi, hamam (children in the jacuzzi and hamam are not allowed). Good rooms, everything, but toothbrushes need to be asked. Drinking water is put every day. The first day they brought fruit to the room. There is a transfer to Lego Land, to the beach. We really liked the hotel.

Nice place to stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends who will visit Dubai.

Hotel with fantastic garden and big outdoor swimming pool. Close to the metro station but far away from the noisy downtow. Good if you want to relax.
