Very nice hotel. We had a large, very comfortable room. The pools are beautiful, the children's area nice. Large buffet breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff. Restored virgin forest style interior.

Fantastic place for youngsters! Close distance to the airport.

We were at the Grand Hyatt Dubai from 11 to 17 May 2014 and really enjoyed it. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are cleaned or controlled several times a day. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location (5 minutes from the airport, about 10 minutes from Burj Khalifa). Can only recommend it!

Access is little challenging, Newly renovated rooms even though the hotel is old, breakfast is very busy and definently not a good experience. Rooms are without qibla directions. Shower doors are very weirdly designed near the toilet door which doesnt make sense at all.

One of the Great property of hyatt...our stay was gud n relaxing..my 4yr old son enjoined alot...

From the outside it seems like a forgotten 90s building, but inside it is cavernous and beautiful! Great selection of restaurants-Wox is not to be missed!

Valet parking staff very fast...!!! Really fast , there was huge rush that day . Around 12 people were waiting for the car but they bought it within 10 mins. Everyone was happy to get the cars fast

The hotel is beautiful and the food is fabulous. A very nice ambience. The whole hotel and especially the rooms are very clean and nicely decorated.

Recently I was there to attend a healthcare conference. Conference hall is too big and it can accommodate a huge number of audience. However the washroom was not up to the mark. 3 to 4 urinals were blocked or not flushing properly. I believe the situation will change when I visit next time..

Awesome property....Office or family gathering in the Gardens in an excellent ambience is a must do if you plan a party...buffet was good...Al Baniyas ballroom a good option for conferences

Wow beautiful place, scenic location lot of greenery. A vey nice architecture, beautifully laid out. Nice parking spaces, valet parking is also available. Interiors are really beautiful, lobby is very nice, scenic very very good place. It was a great experience to be there. Would recommend everyone, very good place to stay during shorts visits to dubai. Its is the centre of city too, easily accessible.

I love this place . The ambience, the restaurants the hosts , flowing water falls , great rooms . Do try out the great Vietnamese restaurant inside . There is ample parking space and you can just hop across to watch a movie if required.

Breathtaking! Starting from the mighty lobby, over the beautiful "dining area" which lies in the middle of a huge indoor garden up to the spacious and beautiful rooms, this hotel offers everything you could wish for. The beautiful pool area is another reason, this hotel in principle not to have to leave. The staff was extremely professional and very friendly. As far as the food is concerned, I've personally never experienced such a diverse selection with such high quality. This hotel will definitely be visited again.

Such a beautiful place, it's a family friendly destination, the staff was super nice even when handling complaints, the hotel offers one of the best indoor green area in the UAE and in my opinion worldwide.

The number of natural plants that are planted Indoor are huge, the environment is very nice and it actually feels like a real forest specially when you hear all the water movement around you.

They also have some super large koi fishes that are very astonishing to the eye to watch.

The boats hanged on the ceiling add a really nice touch to the environment.

The hotel has 3 outdoors pools, the main pool (that's really big), the kids pool that's heated at higher temperature, the toddler's pool that has some water slides that's actually good for adults too, and the kids pool has water games with splashing water everywhere.

The hotel also has a big indoor pool, that can be accessed through the spa, it's very friendly and nice in the summertime.

Overall it was a great place to stay in, and it was a family friendly destination.

Great location for short time visitors not so far from the airport check in and out was very slow room was big and clean the inside garden was great 5 restaurants around the garden. The outside garden andd the summing pool was so great love definitely will come again

I took breakfast with my friends there, hotel inside is nice, outside looks old school. There were a lot options for breakfast, but price found still expensive just for breakfast. Maybe I'm used to stay in hotel lower class with ordinary breakfast menu.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, definitely great service.
Also easily got parking.

Great location, courteous staff, gym and spa v good and breakfast options luxurious. Will go again.

We had a lovely, comfortable stay with very co- operative & friendly staff along.The food, environment & the surrounding was simply awesome!!!

Everything is magical and world class!
The rooms were super fresh and nice.
The staff were absolutely wonderful and had a world class service.
Big plus to Lusan in the service / reception who helped at all times and Hazem in the restaurant who really gave us good service.

The pool area for children was perfect and all the staff were awesome.

The food is very good and the chefs should all praise for their work.

Longing to come back

The hotel is luxurious but the food is possible to be available. I only tried the room and did not stay there

Nice room, good and big pool. Unfortunately no shuttle to the nearest metro or shopping mall.

One of the finest hotels I have stayed.
Right from check in to check out you are greeted and served by wonderful staffs. Lobby is beautiful. Amazing and large outdoor pool. Perfect indoor pool. Room was sparkling clean and beds were extremely comfy. I couldn't stay awake while on bed for more than 20 mins I must say Initially I booked for 4 nights. I couldn't stand the thought of leaving the wonderful room and stay and extended for another night
Breakfast and Dinner was amazing. Special thanks to Sajid who was always there to serve us and knew what we wanted and also Joshua who served us farewell cake during our last breakfast at the hotel.
Room Service was also instant. They were there to serve us in a matter of few minutes after you request them.
Definitely going back there. Will always be my first choice!

A sweet hotel for children with facilities, games and a tub

That was Ahasees Gym Pool Park and spa,1 less for the toilets showers and the lockers next to the pool they're quite old and small require maintenance.

The hotel is very nice and the restaurant is very nice.

The name itself talks about the Grandness of this huge hotel. The structure the doors the feel are are Grand... Amazing ambience amazing hospitality...

It's grand size in nice location little distant from Creek. Ballroom is very nice and with stunning visual graphic effects. Also they have ample parking for big corporate events.. Overall it's one of the best hotels in Dubai.

We have just arrived home after 7 days at the Grand Hyatt. My wife and I cannot fault the hotel in any way what so ever, the staff from arrival to departure were excellent ,nothing was a problem no matter how small. We must mention 2 of the staff in the Market Cafe (Vineet and Karthik) who were extremely pleasant and helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had excellent dining experiences the whole week.The facilities in the hotel were spotless and clean including the outdoor pools and area.We are certainly going back for a longer stay in the near future.Thank you again Mr & Mrs S McCarthy

First of all, they want a room that is more expensive than the ordered one. But that doesn't work for me. I think that's part of it now. For me, this is modern exploitation of the guests. The staff was friendly, the food was good.
