Grand Hyatt Dubai Review

It is an excellent hotel for family great facilities and superb food .The staff from ground level as you enter the hotel to the cleaning staff are all very polite and warm .I enjoyed my stay thouroughly and would visit this hotel again.
I only wish they had more shuttles to the main malls

Good location near Dubai international airport with great breakfast. Convenient facilities are not located near the hotel, so you need to go out by car for shopping.

My second visit to this hotel. Check-in was smooth and very friendly. Checkout took a little longer. Staff not very friendly when I asked my package to be changed, when I knew the new package I was asking for was cheaper than what I had bought. Having been a diamond member for years, I knew it coul have been done but the staff simply didn't want to do it. Anyways. Hotel property is great. Distant view to the Burj and downtown. Ideally close to the airport (25-30 AED by taxi). Road construction delays access to downtown (about 20-25 mins by car). Breakfast buffet very good. Room spotless and comfortable. Strong and fast WiFi. 6 hours of free WiFi access even if you're just visiting (not even staying)! Helped a lot after checking out when my departing flight was late at night. Overall great stay. Didn't use any facilities such as pool or grand club but they were great on a previous stay.

the room was so big and the facilities are great.it was a good place to stay for families and big groups.

Lovely grounds and the interiors with fountains and water ways. Peacocks on premises. Multiple pools, tennis and badminton court, ping pong table and jogging trail with exercise bars. Kids club. Sauna and steam rooms.
Gym could use more than one trainer to assist at a time.
Store on premises needs to adjust prices so it's not always gypping customers on change.
Requirement to have bill charged to room to use resident discount needs to be changed.

Super amazing hotel in a good location NOT THE BEST but still good location middle of dubai .. nice and clean rooms , great stay , free stuff , fast check in n out depends on the time u arrived,, of u arrived in check in time yes it will be a little busy ,, they do have also swimming pool for the kids and some games and there is also indoor swimming pool they do have also kids club but at this date 12-08-2020 it was closed for the SAFETY they do also have deferent restaurants and bars ,, and also some shops ,, the lobby is huge ,, over all it was nice experience,, and I highly highly recommend this hotel

The best hotel with an amazing team Service are perfect and they are taking care well of their guest. Had an accident yesterday my daughter hit her head cause small injury they were so keen to take care of her and to check on her the whole night and today as well. Well done guys

A place which is really Grand like it's stay. Good place to stay in Dubai with everything under the roof and less than 10 min from airport.

We have been three nights in this spectacular hotel Luxury everywhere, the spacious and very comfortable rooms, the mattress to stay and live in it ... And what about the breakfast buffet? Different types of food to choose from: Arabic, European, Jewish, Fresh and well-prepared products.
For the most athletes, there is a free entrance gym for clients that does not have to envy any of them for payment. To put a stick, I would say that the area of the Spa is very deficient in terms of facilities: it only has a pool and a jacuzzi. One expected sauna or Turkish bath and there was none of this

Where do I start from, this hotel is stunning and huge just got back last week from a week stay and omg what a stay it was from the minute we arrived, we were greeted by the lovely Ahmed, he was so nice and gave us such a nice welcome the room was so big and beautiful very modern the cleaners are so nice..

The food is endless there is so much variety the waiters the cooks are so nice just would like to say mahmud was so lovely alway got my favourite drink for me .
The hotel is huge we stayed 7 days and we still didn't cover all the hotel that's how huge it is.

Would I go back 100% thank you to everyone who made our stayed grand my kids loved it...

Personally love this hotel. As. It's huge and has everything in it, vast range of restaurants and shops and conveniently located in the heart of Dubai overlooking the Dubai creek

Perfect hotel and resort but the location it s not good

Poor hotel policy for Ahasees club... Kids can't use the shower in men's or ladies room but shockingly Arabs are allowed.

Huge five star luxury hotel. And there are cinemas within the property. You dont need to go far to see the latest blockbusters!

Great Hotel. We had such a good time back in September 2018. We booked immediately for June 2019 :-) the whole staff, the food, the whole area are absolutely first class. We are so looking forward to our trip in June to come back and have a great time.

Update: we were there in June again. And like first time it was awesome. You can really see that the crew and staff really care about you. We had a great time. And i am pretty sure we will do the three times in a row and will stay at the Grand Hyatt next year again. Best regards :)

An enjoyable outing with family. They have multiple pools for kids and adults. The drinks from the pool bar are not too pricey. We enjoyed a white wine sangria and a peach colada.

Everything is perfect.
We feel pampered. All the staff are present and very attentive to make our life easier.
The breakfast is exquisite. The spa and pool are top notch. You never feel cramped. The staff find us deckchairs without us having to ask. Really great

Luxury hotel/complex in a good location with fantastic facilities and rooms to match, staff really friendly and helpful. Metro station 'Healthcare City' a short walk with fast links to the rest of Dubai. Taxis plentiful and cheap.

The best luxury hotel in the heart of Bur Dubai. Should give some free nights to enjoy more with same place.

I love this hotel swimming pool, so big and nice for familly. And you can enjoy many good restaurant.

I attended a conference here for a few days and had an awesome overall experience. The staff were very professional and the conference was very well organized. Great food as well and the location is very convenient to the airport. Rooms are spacious and I had a great view. Upon checkout I forgot something in the room and I called the hotel and they kept the item at concierge for me to come and get.

Great product, spacious rooms , high standard of cleanliness, super views of the City... however what stands out and makes this the best place to stay is the genuine warmth and care of the team. Good for couples and families, friends.
