Stayed 1/6/18 go home tomorrow 8/6/188 fabulous hotel superb staff dining room staff absolutely flawless in every thing they do nothing is to much trouble they go out of there way for you all ways smiling and time to chat would recommend the hotel 100% to every one will definitely be back for l9ng er next time

Such a big brand and yet a cheater for its customers (many of them booked for 31st night). My guest have booked hotel from 28th till 1st 2020. Upon check-in they were asked to pay 1600AED per head for 31st night. Reason is that they is a gala dinner and it's compulsory to pay for it. What if customer doesn't want to attend party in the hotel and have prearranged plan. We asked them is it's compulsory then why not charge or informed during booking. Their answers is that it's written their (hidden t&c). Hotel is cause of unhappiness #Dubai #happiness ministry Dubai.

Luxurious. Nice hospitality. Awesome view. Underwater model restaurent is a sooperb loccation.

UPDATE: Hotel allowed my 19 year old emirati friend (im also emirati) to drink Alcohol and get drunk at their resturant and let him drive. Complained to manager and was basically told To bad, contacted hotel manager and was also treated as if he doesnt care. they didnt check his ID and i spoke to the resturant manager and told her he is only 19 so he wouldnt do it again there. Happened now 3 times. Very poor service for such a high rated hotel. Restaurants are same quality as McDonald's. Disappointed. When you complain to managers they just send you to someone else. Then to someone else and so on. No resolution. Now if you read their reply, instead of offering to FIX the problem they only say the issue is highlighted and they hope i had some positive memories. Again they are NOT willing to fix the issue. The sushi restaurant was horrible. my food came like a cat attacked it.

Positive: room, staff, pool, Indian imbis outside of the hotel (to the right past the parking lot, yammi it tasted good! Per person about 50 dirham drinks incl.)
Negative: breakfast atmosphere depending on the seat very hectic.

Hotel that needs no introduction (the reason for my visit is Awtar)

Awtar Restaurant offers a selection of 3 items (Grills 220 dirhams / seafood 300 dirhams person / salad 150 dirhams per person)
In addition to an evening with live tunes of an excellent Arabic singer, a beautiful band and belly dance

It's a luxury 5 star hotel to your expectations.
The service was good and staff were excellent. They do speak both Arabic and English!
The rooms are bit small but that's because they want to squeeze as much rooms as they can to make money.
I love the breakfast buffet, they go lots of options and food is tasty!
The rooms are not very sound proof as we can hear some noises!
It was expensive but what do you expect from a luxury hotel?
Will stay again!

There is a rich repertoire of breakfast
Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, with SOAP
The location is good because there is a mall within 10 minutes walk from the airport
I asked at the front desk because there was no toothbrush

The place was like something out of a film set.The food was excellent and breakfast near the indoor stream with the fish in was fabulous.From the moment you step out of the Taxi,you are greeted by a friendly member of staff.Breakfast was vast and with waiters coming back lots of times to see if you needed more tea or coffee and other drinks.nothing was to much trouble for any of the staff,rooms were clean and very quiet from the inside.Lifts only seem to take seconds to arrive.The pool was a good size with lots of sunbeds that were changed of there toweling covers once they were vacated.We had the use of the Executive lounge and made the most of it each night.A special thanks goes to my Colombian friend on the 14 floor Anna Maria who only knew me and the wife as Gin & tonic.Beautiful girl with a great sense of humor. You could literally write a book on all the good things this hotel has to offer in cleanliness,friendliness and fine hospitality. On top of all that,what a great place to go and visit.

This is a great hotel, great location, great facilities. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and the garden and pool area is very good.

Was one of the best experience in 5 stars hotels across EUA, price are good, services too, so i recomand the place to my friends [and not only them ]. Sugestion: give to visitors some custimizate souvenires for free, this will help you much more.

Nice offering of restaurants and used the executive lounge as well. Excellent lunch at Andiamo Italian restaurant and dinner at Peppercrab restaurant

Chic hotel. The service is beyond praise, ranging from housekeeping to restaurant service. There are several restaurants. Food varied, for different tastes. The only thing a little fish and vegetables is not a very large selection. Perhaps in other restaurants, of which there are several in the hotel, the choice is greater. The hotel has a chic gym. There are two of them. Free. There is a pool. The hotel area is also great. There are pools and slides for children. There are even soft beds with mattresses and pillows. Everything is clean. In rooms safe, ironing board with iron, coffee machine, drinking water. Cleaned every day. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Sound insulation is normal. The air conditioner worked fine. TV is huge. Internet speed and free. Such a fast Internet in the hotel did not meet in any country, even paid. The only hotel is not near the sea. There is a transfer from the hotel 1-2 times, like. Could not verify. From the hotel by taxi you can reach the sea. Excellent hotel!

Cool. As for now the best hotel I've stayed at. Great breakfast. We ordered the room at a cost - they gave us a better one. Valet parking etc. Real 5 stars. I recommend 100%

Amazing property, courteous staff, out of the world hospitality, a lot to do in the hotel. Interiors are bang on, a lot to offer to the guests.

Great rooms. Location doesn't allow for walking around but is otherwise fairly close to some major shopping centers and facilities. The grounds are very nice and there are good fitness facilities and restaurants. The lobby is GORGEOUS. Service is also very good. I would give everything 5 stars except for the location which I would give 4 and the swimming pool which is not that good.

The main pool is the old variety with a very shallow half of less than a meter and a deep half that is 2 meters deep. This kept the pool at a great cool temperature but made wading inconvenient. Also it's very far from the hotel making it an unpleasant walk in the summer. I would give the pool 3.5 stars.

This hotel is a resort in the heart of town. Amazing property and I will return every time I come to dubai. Because of ongoing renovation, some disturbance is seen.

F&B exceeded my expectations, great gym and super wet areas.
One of the best hotel's in Dubai will now become my preferred hotel.
