Faced racism twice here..still staying here and utterly upset! will never stay here again..the comments thrown at me by the guests for no reason made me sick to my stomach today..feeling like I paid them to disrespect me!

I didn t expect the hotel this huge, seen from outside couple of times. But this hotel is big and have a lot of restaurants inside. You don t have to go anywhere when you check in. Tried their Asian restaurant. Found it overpriced. Food was good . Have a outdoor seating area with a lovely view.

Very good service, thanks to Abhisher and Shvoeta. Great rooms and very good pool area. The half-board meal could offer more options (e.g. seafood)

Ifthaar was packed as is to be expected. Food was reasonable.

A great hotel, with a fantastic service and a great pool area. The buffet asks for a wide variety of food. The only thing I have to complain about is that it was at the pool area only at the beginning of the pool area toilets, if you were with a child at the children's pool then it was a very long way to the toilets (for children). Will certainly come back

Very nice hotel a big thank you to Mamouni and Haitam they speak French very well they take care of us for breakfast and dinner very helpful very polite they are the only ones who understood us no one speaks French here thank you Mamouni and Haitam et Moustafa welcomed us very well on our arrival he is very professional thank you for tt we will come back next year

Our experience at Grand Hyatt Dubai was amazing. The concierge checking us in only had me put down a $200 AED deposit for the stay. The hotel room was simply gorgeous! It was the nicest hotel room me and my boyfriend have ever stayed in. The ambiance in the hotel was serene and filled with splendor. One of the hotel staff came to the room and wanted to lock the mini bar since we were not going to use it. I allowed him to do so and I remembered I had some Macaroons I purchased in Paris that I wanted to refrigerate. He promptly unlocked the mini bar and allowed me to put my Macaroons in the refrigerator. There were a few mishaps such as it took three calls for me to get more body lotion brought to the room. When they finally did bring the body lotion they brought me a handful of 4. I would presume they felt bad for not bringing them in a timely manner when asked. Also they stated we had a Do Not Disturb sign on our door which is why the room did not get cleaned on the last day we were there. We did not have a Do Not Disturb sign up so that was a mistake. The buffet at The Kitchen restaurant was very delicious and we greatly enjoyed all of the breakfast offerings. Although our server did not ever bring me some sugar for my ginger tea which I did not drink. Overall this was a nice luxurious hotel and we would stay here again when coming back to Dubai. The beauty of the hotel from the lobby to the room was like no other. The staff also was extremely nice and they called a taxi for us to get back to the airport after Alpha Tours did not take us due to a delayed flight. They even transported our luggage to and from the room.

(June 2013) This hotel was very beautiful, nicest I ever been to. I wish I could get there once again. Great swimming pools (outdoor and indoor). Very clean and awesome room's. I even got an upgraded room on arrival due to issue from previous hotel we stayed in. So the very best indeed. Thank you for this opportunity. Love this hotel.

Hotel is exceptional interior and design have come away as a large party and the staff and hotel cannot cope with large groups and aren't very helpful with trying to organise anything for larger parties. The staff are so vast on one end of the scale they couldn't be better but others are very rude and arrogant and wall into my yo8ng children without much care or an apology which I find completely unacceptable. They do not pass on any information and we have been made to feel like 2nd class guests due to being a larger family.

Very clean and noble hotel. The food is all the trimmings. It lacks nothing. Great pool, great views. And even a free shuttle to the beach!

Awy over rated is truly not 4or2 start hotel i had to deal with bed bugs and the kabt me for day before the chang room the deactivate key room 2 hrs before chkout time phone in room not working construction every were and no refunds for trying to leve fund out it has sold over so many times in one year not worth it
