One of the finest interiors and very courteous staff

We had the club room for a night. The room was beautiful, the club lounge is by far the best in town. Breakfast is huge with more options than you can ever think of. Remarkable stay . Definitely will come back again

Very nice hotel, nothing to say, with the exception of alas Dubai like all out of the way it is really difficult to go somewhere, we find ourselves quickly stuck in this underground shopping mall base hotel

The mini forest right in the middle of the hotel is truly amazing and relaxing. Koi ponds will relieve your stress. Vietnamese restaurant is just next to it and its an A-list for me.

The place is very wonderful and meets the needs of the family of entertainment .. I lived in an apartment of 4 rooms .. Excellent cleanliness in all annexes .. Calm .. Service .. Beautiful views of the gardens and outdoor swimming pools ... But do not eat better in the hotel restaurants because I I took a tour on them and their prices were very overpriced ... better to go out to eat or order from abroad and many restaurants have a delivery to the hotel.

Loved our stay here as we got upgraded. Breakfast is scrumptious. Pools are awesome.

Gala night spoilt an otherwise enjoyable stay. Gala overpriced, over-rated and annoyingly was compulsive purchase if needed to stay over night New Years Eve.

Great hotel, excellent service, good location. Two pools, indoor one large for laps etc. Out door one, sprawling, with mini Water Park, great for kids and relaxing. Many restaurants, Indian, Italian, Vietnamese and more , big gym, top notch Spa, and grooming spots. This hotel, really takes care of your every need, politely and patiently. A "Must Stay" Hotel.

A great hotel. On arrival our room was not ready but the staff took care of us taking us to the executive lounge area for drinks and snacks. After 1 hour our room was ready which we didnt mind as it allowed us to explore the hotel. The room we had was very spacious and decor and interior was very elegant, classy and clean. We had to order an additional bed which came very quickly and even then the room didnt feel cramped. Bottled Water and fruit was always available free in room and hot drinks self made were always stocked up. The hotel inside was like a palace in an oasis with waterfalls, green palm trees and plants and a small stream with beautiful fish very peaceful and tranquil. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and always ready to deal with your enquries. My family espicially my 4 children felt the staff were great, always happy, friendly and ready to help and making them feel special. The pool, kids area and outdoor space was excellent, clean and well managed. The breakfast area was great with a wide range of breakfast items to eat each morning no one was complaining espicially the children as the chefs were always ready to make their favourite pan cakes with choc each morning. The breakfast area did get a bit busy during the start of half term as more guest were at hotel and we had to wait for a table for six but again staff brought you juice and pastry to enjoy while you were waiting and the wait was never more than 30mins. A great hotel, good price, great central location to all sites and tourist places in Dubai. We had exclusive access each night to the lounge area to have some quiet time and this was really nice as we had access to hot and cold drinks and snacks made available free by the hotel. A hotel me and my family would use again and we would highly recommend to others. A message from my children: Thank you to all staff. We loved the hotel and it was a very special place with lots of happy memories .

The second time is the accommodation. Although the last time was a sweet room, this is a normal room. But it is still quite large and satisfactory room. Since the flight from Haneda to arrive early in the morning, but Early check-in is required gave me underwriting willingly.

The facilities of the wonderful rooms of the apartments are very large and comfortable with a relatively old furniture, which is bound to change the price of the breakfast is overpriced

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt recently and loved the whole experience.
The indoor pool was wonderful due to the extreme heat outside and the room was clean and spacious
The check in staff Sherif was specially kind and welcoming and looked after us throughout the entire stay
Breakfast is really really good with great options for everyone!

The interior landscaping and facilities are very good, so it is a good place to go for a walk if you are in a desolate Dubashi and a bowl of rice noodles at Works.
