Was there to attend a conference and it's a good hotel with standard 5 star facilities. The staff is warm and welcoming. Food options are excellent. In terms of location, very much central in a good neighborhood.

Great hotel! Staff is very attentive. We would love to come back.

To start from the arrival at the hotel we impose a deposit of 340 euros for the mini bar even if you do not intend to use it having done other hotel in dubai it is' never seen. The windows are very poorly soundproofed we can hear all the cars the motorway is right in front so very complicated to sleep. For breakfast we are made to believe that we are drinking fresh juices when they are bottled juices very little choice at the buffet and frozen pastries, shameful for a 5 star hotel. there are several shuttles during the day to go to the beach while there is only one it is at 11am. The housekeeping is sloppy .. In short, not worthy of a five star hotel, I strongly advise against this hotel. The wifi that breaks down !! Never seen before too. The outdoor swimming pool = municipal swimming pool, siganture of a paper to have towels. Even the
Piscine Aqua boulevard is more modern than its. Really go your way, this is not a hotel for a good vacation. There's a lot

I liked the hotel in all its details, rooms, facilities, quality and services, very suitable for the family and can spend a full day in the hotel and benefit from its leisure facilities .. I strongly recommend his visit

I come here a lot because this place deserve it.
Although, it is located in Deira (noisy area),
here is calming and the staff are professional and friendly. The food is nice too :)

An oasis in the middle of the City - lots of family fun , This hotel has everything thing indoors , indoor pool , several outdoor pools with kids slides , a tennis court a lovely gardens and landscape and even birds , the food is very good and presentable with multiple offerings for discounts , staff are super friendly and the rooms are very spacious and very clean , I went post the C19 and the hotel is just amazing , not all outlets are open yet but all are amazingly chic.

This is a beautiful hotel that exceeded our expectations! We spent amazing four days here and enjoyed every moment. The staff are very polite and professional, nothing is too much of trouble. We got two extra beds on request. The pools are fantastic. The main pool is well chilled and the kids had a blast at the kids pool with slides. The indoor pool is very convenient during the hot hours. The food was tasty and the half board deal with unlimited house beverages and juices for dinner was an amazing add on. The hotel is so beautiful inside as well with lots of greenery and fish swimming. The room was very comfortable. We will be back as we think the rate was an excellent value for money.

I just love the idea of them bringing the nature inside the hotel. It's like, you have it all. Staff are very accommodating, rooms are very clean and lush, and the Jacuzzi -- I enjoyed it! They both have indoor and outdoor swimming pool, and the outdoor one is amazing. Complimentary breakfast offers a large variety of food to choose from that would suit your diet. And the greenery landscape inside the hotel, the sound of waterfalls, the lovely fishes in the stream -- had me feeling so relaxed! Overall, I had a wonderful experience staying in Grand Hyatt Dubai!

The hotel leaves nothing to be desired. Big, clean and nice rooms. Good beds. Very friendly staff. Wi-Fi is everywhere, in every corner and also by the pool. The food variety is overwhelming. The metro is just under 10 minutes. The pool area is great, very suitable for children.

I went to laylati tent for breakfast in ramadhan and it's amazing and totally worth it

At first we received a very warm welcome by the manager. We had complimentary drinks and snacks sitting at the reception balcony, while we were filling up the registration form, in the meantime our luggage were taken to our room. The room was perfect! Big enough for a family, well furnished and clean!

The same night we came to know that the Indian cricket team was staying at the same hotel. We got to meet a few of them and took pictures with them as well. We even bumped into them at breakfast and having breakfast along with the Indian cricket team was an unforgettable experience and something hard to believe.

Overall a very relaxing and memorable trip. Highly recommend this place to all tourists and people looking for a fun and relaxing staycation.

This is a very good place for staycations with your friends. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is complete with cooking utensils. Their service is also great, you can feel the eagerness of their staff to extend their helping hands in assisting you with your luggages. Their pool area is big and has different levels. One thing though I noticed is the level of their outdoor pool where average people who cant swim and can just stand and enjoy the pool is at the area under the bridge which is not too nice to hang, you will notice alot of adult either swimming on the below waist level or at the deep level but are just chilling and holding on the side bar. Another great feature of this hotel is their indoor pool, Thank God for the indoor pool. We all know that Dubai = hot weather so having an indoor pool with controlled temp is ready a great thing to have. On top of that is a jacuzzi where you can sit and let your stress flow away. Oh and did I mention that the indoor pool is 24 hours open. We stayed there until midnight and there is a life guard attending still. Overall, I must say that Hyatt Residences was one of the better hotels weve been when it comes to amenities and affordability. I will definitely comeback and celebrate special occasion their again.

Very comfortable rooms, great SPA and excellent restaurants are landmark for this 5 stars hotel. Free valet parking, free wifi and free breakfast...

I stayed here last week. I was absolutely blown away by the hospitality overall. The staff were incredibly nice. The service was fast. I used the entertainer voucher which included breakfast, dinner, and drinks. The rooms have been recently refurbished, it seems. The whole experience was almost unbelievable because this isn't a new property, but incredibly well kept. Absolutely 5 star experience, hands down. Again, the food was unexpectedly good. I ate more than I should have

Reasonable rates for such an establishment.
Town center very close and accessible by taxi for a bite of bread.

After reevaluate my reviews on the Grand Hyatt last year and could not fault it in any way services was brilliant and the food was excellent unfortunately i recommend this to my friends and we came this year service was terrible food is not worth eating I would not recommend the grand Hyatt it is not value for money you can get a lot better hotels for the same money

3. Staff were no helpful in any way very ignorance towards my family and friends

Impressive luxury hotel in Dubai. It has an impressive reception with more than 5 receptionists working at the same time. It has 13 different restaurants within the Hotel, all of them of high quality (Italian, Thai, Japanese cuisine, continental, etc ... The rooms are impressive and very spacious, the only problem may be the price. a 10.
